Description
- Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Tablettenspender, der eine Hülse und ein in dieser Hülse geführtes Magazin zur Aufnahme eines Tablettenstapels aufweist, welches zu Füllzwecken in Magazinlängsrichtung gegen die Kraft einer Feder teilweise aus der Hülse ausschiebbar ist und an seinem oberen Ende eine Kappe schwenkverstellbar aufnimmt, die gegen die Kraft einer Feder aus einer Ruhelage in eine Spendelage schwenkverstellbar ist und einen Zierkopf trägt.
- Derartige Tablettenspender sind beispielsweise aus der
,AT 387 760 A und derAT 362 073 A US 4 311 251 A bekannt. Das Magazin ist zu Füllzwecken aus der Hülse ausschiebbar und wird nach einem Befüllen wiederum in die Hülse eingeschoben. Am oberen Ende nimmt das Magazin eine, einen beliebig gestalteten Zierkopf tragende, Kappe schwenkverstellbar auf. Die Kappe weist im Bereich des Zierkopfhinterkopfes eine Auswerferzunge auf und ist mit dem Zierkopf gegen die Kraft einer anderen Feder aus einer Ruhelage in eine Spendelage schwenkverstellbar. Wird die Kappe mit dem Zierkopf verschwenkt, schiebt die Auswerferzunge die jeweils oberste Tablette des Tablettenstapels zur Entnahme nach vorne aus dem Magazin. Ist diese Tablette entnommen wird die nächste Tablette des Tablettenstapels in Richtung der Kappe in eine Entnahmekammer nachgeschoben. Der Zierkopf ist entweder im Spritzgußverfahren auf die Kappe aufgespritzt, oder auf die Kappe in Magazinlängsrichtung aufgesteckt. Ist der Zierkopf aufgespritzt ist ein hoher Materialaufwand zur Fertigung erforderlich. Dies zwar auch bei den bekannten, auf die Kappe aufsteckbaren Zierköpfen der Fall, allerdings ist diesen der zusätzliche Nachteil zueigen, dass die Zierköpfe dann oft nur mangelhaft an der Kappe befestigt sind. Häufig werden solche Tablettenspender von Kindern für Süßigkeiten in Tablettenform verwendet. Deshalb soll auch bei einem unsachgemäßen Gebrauch eine Gefährdung des Benutzers durch sich ungewollt von der Kappe lösende Zierköpfe vermieden werden. - Der Erfindung liegt somit die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Tablettenspender zu schaffen, der sicher auf der Kappe gehalten wird und bei dem ein auf eine Kappe aufgesetzter Zierkopf vorzugsweise mit möglichst geringem Materialaufwand gefertigt werden kann.
- Die Erfindung gemäß Anspruch 1 löst die gestellte Aufgabe dadurch, dass die Kappe eine Querführung aufweist, auf die der wenigstens zweischalig ausgebildete Zierkopf quer zur Magazinlängsrichtung aufgeschoben ist, wobei beide Schalen des Zierkopfes unter Fassung der Kappe gegenläufig zusammengesteckt und dabei in die Querführung eingreifend derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass ein sicherer Verbund von Kappe und Zierkopf gegeben ist.
- Ist eine hohe Festigkeit erforderlich kann der Zierkopf wenigstens zwei Teile aus Vollmaterial umfassen. Durch eine zweischalige Ausbildung des Zierkopfes ist sichergestellt, dass Zierkopf mit möglichst geringem Materialaufwand gefertigt werden kann. Die Querführung stellt sicher, dass der Zierkopf nicht von der Kappe abgezogen werden kann und damit sicher auf der Kappe gehalten ist. Die Führung ist dabei quer zur Magazinlängsrichtung verlaufend ausgerichtet. Beide Schalen des Zierkopfes werden bei der Montage von vorne und hinten oder von links und rechts auf die Kappe aufgeschoben und unter Fassung der Kappe zusammengesteckt, dabei miteinander verbunden, insbesondere verrastet, verklebt, verschweißt od. dgl., und greifen dabei in die Querführung ein, womit ein sicherer Verbund von Kappe und Zierkopf gegeben ist.
- Die Querführung kann beispielsweise Bohrungen in der Kappe umfassen, in welche Stifte der Zierkopfschalen eingreifen. Besonders bevorzugt, weil eine robuste Verbindung damit gewährleistet ist, ist es allerdings, wenn die Kappe kopfseitig zwischen einem Kopfteil und einem Kappenrumpf einen eingezogenen Kappenhals aufweist, der die Querführung bildet.
- Sind die beiden Schalen des zweischaligen Zierkopfes mit federnden Ansätzen ausgestattet sind, die in die Querführung eingreifen, so ergeben sich besonders vorteilhafte Montageverhältnisse, weil Zierkopf und Kappe dann einfach miteinander verrastet werden können. Dazu können die federnden Ansätze endseitig gegen die Querführung vorspringende Rastnasen aufweisen, die in der Montagestellung der Schalen in entsprechende Nuten des Kappenhalses verrastend eingreifen.
- Um dabei sicherzustellen, dass die beiden Schalen des Zierkopfes sauber und sicher aneinandergefügt sind und auch nicht in ihrer Stoßebene gegeneinander verschoben werden können, wird vorgeschlagen, dass die beiden Schalen des zweischaligen Zierkopfes stoßseitig über einen Falz ineinandergreifen und sich dabei um die Falztiefe überlappen.
- Vorzugsweise umfassen die beiden Schalen des zweischaligen Zierkopfes die Kappe zumindest ebenso größtenteils, wie sie den Kappenhals mit den federnden Ansätzen vollständig umfassen. Dies gewährleistet ebenfalls einen sicheren Halt des Zierkopfes auf der Kappe. Um die Auswurffunktion nicht zu beeinträchtigen empfiehlt es sich, wenn die Kappe und der Zierkopf im Bereich des Zierkopfhinterkopfes eine Aussparung aufweisen, in die eine Auswerferzunge vorragt.

Fig. 3 im Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV. - Der Tablettenspender 1 umfasst eine Hülse 2 und ein in dieser Hülse 2 geführtes Magazin 3 zur Aufnahme eines Tablettenstapels. Das Magazin 3 ist zu Füllzwecken in Magazinlängsrichtung 4 gegen die Kraft einer Feder 5 teilweise aus der Hülse 2 ausschiebbar. Am oberen Ende nimmt das Magazin 3 eine Kappe 6 schwenkverstellbar auf, die gegen die Kraft einer anderen Feder 7 aus einer Ruhelage in eine Spendelage (strichpunktiert in
Fig. 3 ) schwenkverstellbar ist und einen Zierkopf 8 trägt. Wird die Kappe 6 mit dem Zierkopf 8 verschwenkt, wird eine Tablette zur Entnahme unterhalb des Zierkopfkinnes nach vorne aus dem Magazin geschoben. Ist diese Tablette entnommen wird die nächste Tablette des Tablettenstapels durch die Feder 5 in Richtung Kappe 6 nachgeschoben. - Die Kappe 6 weist eine Querführung 9 auf, auf die der zweischalig ausgebildete Zierkopf 8 quer zur Magazinlängsrichtung 4 aufgeschoben ist. Dazu weist die Kappe 6 kopfseitig zwischen einem Kopfteil 10 und einem Kappenrumpf 11 einen eingezogenen Kappenhals 12 auf, der die Querführung 9 bildet. Zur Befestigung des Zierkopfes 8 auf der Kappe 6 sind die beiden Schalen 13, 14 des zweischaligen Zierkopfes 8 mit federnden Ansätzen 15 ausgestattet, die in die Querführung 9 zwischen Kopfteil 10 und Kappenrumpf 11 eingreifen. Die beiden Schalen 13, 14 des zweischaligen Zierkopfes 8 umfassen die Kappe 6 dabei nahezu vollständig. Ebenso wird der den Kappenhals 12 vollständig von den beiden Schalen 13, 14, nämlich von deren federnden Ansätzen 15 umfasst.
- Die federnden Ansätze 15 weisen endseitig gegen die Querführung 9 vorspringende Rastnasen16 auf, die in der Montagestellung der Schalen 13, 14 in entsprechende Nuten 17 des Kappenhalses 12 verrastend eingreifen. Alternativ könnten die Rastnasen auch am Kappenhals angeordnet sein und die Ansätze die gegengleichen Nuten aufweisen.
- Die beiden Schalen 13, 14 des zweischaligen Zierkopfes 8 greifen stoßseitig über einen Falz 18 ineinander und überlappen sich dabei um die Falztiefe 19. Die Kappe 6 und der Zierkopf 8 weisen im Bereich des Zierkopfhinterkopfes eine Aussparung 20 auf, in welche eine Auswerferzunge 21, zum Ausschieben der jeweils obersten Tablette aus dem Magazin 4 in der vorgenannten Weise, vorragt.
Claims (8)
- Tablettenspender (1), der eine Hülse (2) und ein in dieser Hülse (2) geführtes Magazin (3) zur Aufnahme eines Tablettenstapels aufweist, welches zu Füllzwecken in Magazinlängsrichtung (4) gegen die Kraft einer Feder (5) teilweise aus der Hülse (2) ausschiebbar ist und an seinem oberen Ende eine Kappe (6) schwenkverstellbar aufnimmt, die gegen die Kraft einer Feder (7) aus einer Ruhelage in eine Spendelage schwenkverstellbar ist und einen Zierkopf (8) trägt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (6) eine Querführung (9) aufweist, auf die der wenigstens zweischalig ausgebildete Zierkopf (8) quer zur Magazinlängsrichtung (4) aufgeschoben ist, wobei beide Schalen des Zierkopfes (8) unter Fassung der Kappe (6) gegenläufig zusammengesteckt und dabei in die Querführung (9) eingreifend derart miteinander verbunden sind, dass ein sicherer Verbund von Kappe (6) und Zierkopf (8) gegeben ist.
- Tablettenspender nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (6) kopfseitig zwischen einem Kopfteil (10) und einem Kappenrumpf (11) einen eingezogenen Kappenhals (12) aufweist, der die Querführung (9) bildet.
- Tablettenspender nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schalen (13, 14) des zweischaligen Zierkopfes (8) mit federnden Ansätzen (15) ausgestattet sind, die in die Querführung (9) eingreifen.
- Tablettenspender nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnden Ansätze (15) endseitig gegen die Querführung (9) vorspringende Rastnasen (16) aufweisen, die in der Montagestellung der Schalen (13, 14) in entsprechende Nuten (17) des Kappenhalses (12) verrastend eingreifen.
- Tablettenspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schalen (13, 14) des zweischaligen Zierkopfes (8) stoßseitig über einen Falz (18) ineinandergreifen und sich dabei um die Falztiefe (19) überlappen.
- Tablettenspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schalen (13,14) des zweischaligen Zierkopfes (8) die Kappe (6) zumindest größtenteils umfassen.
- Tablettenspender nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Schalen (13, 14) des zweischaligen Zierkopfes (8) den Kappenhals (12) vollständig umfassen.
- Tablettenspender nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kappe (6) und der Zierkopf (8) im Bereich des Zierkopfhinterkopfes eine Aussparung (20) aufweisen, in die eine Auswerferzunge (21) vorragt.
