Claims (11)

  1. Système d'aiguille à coulisse d'un métier à tricoter chaîne (1) avec une course d'aiguille à coulisse de 10 mm maximum, sachant que le système d'aiguille à coulisse comporte une aiguille à coulisse (3) avec une tête d'aiguille (8) et une tige d'aiguille (10) et une coulisse (11) coopérant avec l'aiguille à coulisse (3), sachant que la tige d'aiguille (10) comporte au moins à l'extrémité (15) d'une zone de coulissement une périphérie qui est au moins aussi grande qu'une périphérie maximale parallèle à celle-ci de l'ensemble de tête d'aiguille (8) et coulisse (11) en position de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'aiguille (10) est constituée de forme cylindrique au moins à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement.
  2. Système d'aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la périphérie du talon d'aiguille (10) à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement est exactement aussi grande que la périphérie maximale de l'ensemble de tête d'aiguille (8) et coulisse (11) en position de fermeture.
  3. Système d'aiguille à coulisse selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'aiguille (10) à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement comporte une épaisseur plus grande que la tête d'aiguille (8).
  4. Système d'aiguille à coulisse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que la périphérie de l'ensemble d'aiguille à coulisse (3) et coulisse (11) en position de fermeture varie au maximum de 15 % de la tête d'aiguille (8) à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement.
  5. Système d'aiguille à coulisse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le système d'aiguilles à coulisse comporte une finesse du système d'aiguille à coulisse de 32 aiguilles à coulisse à 44 aiguilles à coulisse sur 25,4 mm (E32 à E44).
  6. Métier à tricoter chaîne (1) avec une pluralité de systèmes d'aiguille à coulisse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5.
  7. Procédé de fabrication d'une étoffe tricotée élastique pour lequel on forme des mailles de l'étoffe tricotée en utilisant des systèmes d'aiguilles à coulisse, qui comportent respectivement une coulisse (11) et une aiguille à coulisse (3) avec une tête d'aiguille (8) et une tige d'aiguille (10), sachant que les aiguilles à coulisse (3) comportent une course maximale de 10 mm, sachant que lors de l'abattage des mailles, on évite un écartement des mailles en choisissant la périphérie de la tige d'aiguille (10) à l'extrémité (15) d'une zone de coulissement dans laquelle se trouve la maille à l'extrémité d'une course de tige d'aiguille à coulisse au moins aussi grande que la périphérie maximale parallèle à celle-ci de l'ensemble de tête d'aiguille (8) et coulisse (11) dans la position de fermeture, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'aiguille (10) est constituée de forme cylindrique au moins à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la périphérie de la tige d'aiguille (10) à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement est exactement aussi grande que la périphérie maximale de l'ensemble de tête d'aiguille (8) et coulisse (11) en position de fermeture.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la tige d'aiguille (10) à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement comporte une épaisseur plus grande que la tête d'aiguille (15).
  10. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la périphérie de l'ensemble d'aiguille à coulisse (3) et coulisse (11) en position de fermeture varie au maximum de 15 % de la tête d'aiguille (8) à l'extrémité (15) de la zone de coulissement.
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 7 à 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on utilise une finesse du système d'aiguille à coulisse de l'ordre de 32 aiguilles à coulisse à 44 aiguilles à coulisse sur 25,4 mm (E32 à E44).
