Description

  • Die Erfindung betriff eine Sackmarkise zur Anordnung an einem Wohnwagen oder einem Wohnmobil, wobei die Sackmarkise eine Markisenwelle und eine Markisenbahn aufweist, wobei auf die Markisenwelle die Markisenbahn aufrollbar ist, wobei die Markisenwelle auf dem Boden durch mindestens eine Stütze abstützbar ist, wobei die Markisenwelle auf der der Markisenbahn gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Vordach aufweist.
  • Sackmarkisen sind aus dem Stand der Technik hinreichend bekannt. Eine solche Sackmarkise wird am Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil an der Seitenwand im Übergang zum Dachbereich befestigt. Hierzu weist die Seitenwand des Wohnwagens oder Wohnmobils eine sogenannte Kederschiene auf, wobei korrespondierend hierzu die Sackmarkise einen Keder besitzt, wobei der Keder von der Kederschiene einschiebbar aufnehmbar ist. Keder und Kederschiene bilden hierbei eine Befestigungseinrichtung. Die Sackmarkise erstreckt sich lediglich über den im Wesentlichen horizontal verlaufenden Dachbereich des Wohnwagens oder des Wohnmobils. Der Grund hierfür ist darin zu finden, dass in am Wohnmobil oder Wohnwagen angeordneten Zustand die Markise zusammengerollt werden soll, um dann, nach Verstauen der zusammengerollten Markise in einem entsprechenden Markisensack, die Markise im am beispielsweise Wohnwagen befestigten Zustand zu transportieren. Die Markise selbst weist am vorderen Ende eine Markisenwelle auf, wobei an der Markisenwelle zum Aufstellen der Markise zu beiden Seiten Stützen angeordnet sind, die über Seile abgespannt werden. Darüber hinaus ist bekannt an der Markise Seitenwände anzubringen, so dass ein Markisenzelt entsteht. In diesem Zusammenhang ist aus der EP 2 341 197 A2 eine Sackmarkise bekannt, die eine Front und zwei Seitenwände zur Bildung eines Markisenzeltes aufweist. Von Sackmarkisen zu unterscheiden sind sogenannte eingezogene Vorzelte für Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobile bekannt. Ein solches eingezogenes Vorzelt zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass es der Kontur der Seitenwand des Wohnwagens sowohl im Bereich des Daches als auch im Bereich der vorderen und/oder hinteren Stirnfläche folgt. Das heißt, dass durch ein solches eingezogenes Vorzelt die komplette Seitenwand des Wohnwagens oder des Wohnmobils erfasst ist. Die Befestigung eines solchen Vorzeltes am Wohnwagen oder Wohnmobil erfolgt ebenfalls über Keder und Kederschiene. Soll nun allerdings beispielsweise der Wohnwagen seinen Standplatz wechseln, dann ist es erforderlich, dass das Vorzelt vollständig abgenommen wird. Dem gegenüber bleibt, wie bereits oben erläutert, die Sackmarkise während der Fahrt des Wohnwagens oder des Wohnmobils am Wohnwagen in einem an der Seitenwand des Wohnwagens oder Wohnmobils angeordneten Sack, der nach Aufnahme der Sackmarkise beispielsweise mittels Reißverschluss verschließbar ist.
  • Darüber hinaus ist bekannt eine Sackmarkise mit einem Vordach auszurüsten. Ein solches Vordach hat eine Länge, also eine Auskragung von etwa 50 Zentimeter bis 1 Meter und ist an der Markisenwelle angeordnet. Das Vordach weist zu beiden Seiten, also im seitlichen Randbereich des Vordaches, jeweils eine Vordachspannstange auf, wobei die jeweilige Vordachspannstange durch ein an der Markisenwelle anliegendes Böckchen mit einem Stutzen zur Aufnahme der Vordachspannstange an der Markisenwelle fixierbar ist. Am vorderen freien Ende der Vordachspannstange ist diese durch eine im Wesentlichen vertikal ausgerichtete Stütze auf dem Boden abgestützt. Des Weiteren sind die Stützen durch im Boden befestigte Seile abgespannt, so dass das Vordach selbst auch gespannt ist, um das Ablaufen von Regenwasser zu erleichtern.
  • Nachteilig an dieser bekannten Vordachkonstruktion ist, dass die Anordnung des Vordaches an der Markisenwelle äußerst fragil ist, und zwar in dem Sinn, dass das Böckchen an der Markisenwelle nur durch Kraft- bzw. Reibschluss hält, das heißt, dass das Böckchen an der Markisenwelle nur dann verbleibt, wenn die Vordachbahn durch die Vordachspannstange unter einer starken Spannung steht. Insbesondere bei aufkommendem Wind kommt es immer wieder vor, dass das Böckchen sich von der Markisenwelle löst und somit das Vordach zusammenfällt. Auch ist von Nachteil, dass das Vordach am vorderen Ende zu beiden Seiten durch die Stützen gegenüber dem Boden abgestützt und durch Seile abgespannt ist. Das heißt, dass sowohl die Markisenwelle durch Stützen gegenüber dem Boden abgestützt ist, als auch das vordere Ende des Vordaches. Mithin finden sich vier Stützen im Abstand von etwa 50 Zentimeter bis 1 Meter voneinander. Dies schränkt die Bewegungsfreiheit ein, wobei insbesondere die Abspannseile auch Stolperfallen darstellen.
  • In diesem Zusammenhang zeigt die DE 20 2010 008 210 U1 eine Rollmarkise mit einem Vordach, wobei das Vordach mit einem Ende an der Markisenwelle angeordnet ist. Am anderen, vorderen Ende ist das Vordach durch Seile am Boden abgespannt.
  • Die der Erfindung zugrunde liegende Aufgabe besteht demzufolge darin hier Abhilfe zu schaffen. Insbesondere soll der Aufbau des Vordaches erleichtert werden, und insbesondere die Bewegungsfreiheit der Bewohner nach Möglichkeit nur geringfügig eingeschränkt werden.
  • Zur Lösung der Aufgabe wird erfindungsgemäß vorgeschlagen, dass das Vordach frei auskragend an der Markise angeordnet ist. Ist das Vordach frei auskragend an der Markise angeordnet findet naturgemäß eine Einschränkung der Bewegungsfreiheit der Bewohner z. B. eines Wohnwagens im Bereich des Vordaches auf dem Boden nicht statt.
  • Vorteilhafte Merkmale und Ausgestaltungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen. Erfindungsgemäß ist vorgesehen, dass das Vordach mindestens an jeder Seite eine Vordachspannstange aufweist, die im Bereich der Markisenwelle mit der Markise längenveränderlich in Verbindung stehen. In diesem Zusammenhang ist nach einer besonderen Ausführungsform vorgesehen, dass die Markise mindestens zu jeder Längsseite eine Markisenspannstange aufweist, wobei jede Markisenspannstange durch die Markisenwelle gehalten ist, wobei die Vordachspannstange mit der Markisenspannstange teleskopierbar verbunden ist. Hieraus wird deutlich, dass die Vordachspannstange durch die Markisenspannstange gehalten ist und zwar teleskopierbar gehalten ist, wobei vorzugsweise die Vordachspannstange gegenüber der Markisenspannstange festlegbar ist, also beispielsweise die Vordachspannstange mit der Markisenspannstange klemmbar in Verbindung bringbar ist.
  • Des Weiteren ist in diesem Zusammenhang insbesondere vorgesehen, dass die Markisenwelle zur Aufnahme der Markisenspannstange und/oder der Vordachspannstange eine Bohrung aufweist. Daraus folgt, dass die Markisenwelle die Markisenspannstange und/oder die Vordachspannstange formschlüssig aufnimmt.
  • Um die Markisenbahn durch die Markisenspannstangen spannen zu können, ist nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass die Markisenspannstange zur Anlage an der Markisenwelle einen Anschlag aufweist. Der Anschlag kann hierbei ein Bund oder ein Nocken sein, der auf der Markisenspannstange angeordnet ist.
  • Um zu verhindern, dass die Markisenwelle selbst mit einer Bohrung versehen werden muss, ist nach einem vorteilhaften Merkmal der Erfindung vorgesehen, dass die Markisenwelle ein Anschlussstück mit einer entsprechenden Bohrung zur Aufnahme der Markisenspannstange und/oder der Vordachspannstange aufweist. Dieses Anschlussstück ist seitlich in die Markisenwelle einsteckbar und mit der Markisenwelle insbesondere drehfest verbunden.
  • Das Vordach weist nach einem weiteren Merkmal der Erfindung eine Vordachbahn, insbesondere eine Vordachstoffbahn auf, wobei die Vordachbahn am vorderen freien Ende zu beiden Seiten jeweils eine Aufnahme für die Vordachspannstange aufweist. Die Aufnahme kann hierbei zum einen als an der Vordachbahn angeordnete Tasche angeordnet sein oder als Stift, der am freien Ende der Vordachspannstange angeordnet ist, und der eine Öse in der Vordachbahn aufnimmt.
  • Die Vordachbahn bildet vorteilhaft mit der Markisenbahn eine einteilige Dachbahn. Im Bereich der Markisenwelle weist die Dachbahn einen Keder auf, wodurch sie an der Markisenwelle in einer entsprechenden Kedernut fixierbar ist. Vorteilhaft bei der Verwendung einer solchen einteiligen Dachbahn gegenüber einer zweiteiligen Dachbahn mit Vordachbahn und Markisenbahn ist, dass nicht die Gefahr besteht, dass Wasser eindringt.
  • Anhand der Zeichnungen wird die Erfindung nachstehend beispielhaft näher erläutert:

  • Gemäß Figur 1 ist der Wohnwagen insgesamt mit 1 bezeichnet. Der Wohnwagen 1 umfasst die Seitenwand 3, wobei an der Seitenwand 3 in etwa parallel zur Dachkante ein Sack 5 angeordnet ist, der der Aufnahme der Sackmarkise dient.
  • Die Sackmarkise 10 zeigt eine das Dach der Markise bildende Markisenbahn 12, insbesondere eine Markisenstoffbahn. Die Markisenbahn 12 bildet zusammen mit der Vordachbahn 36 eine einteilige Dachbahn 37, die an der Markisenwelle befestigt ist. Hierbei ist die Dachbahn 37 durch eine Kederverbindung 38 mit der Markisenwelle 20 verbunden. Die Kederverbindung 38 umfasst einen an der Dachbahn angeordneten Keder 38a, der in einer entsprechenden Kedernut 38b durch seitliches Einschieben aufnehmbar ist. Zu beiden Längsseiten der Markisenbahn 12 ist jeweils eine Markisenspannstange 14 vorgesehen ist (Figur 2), die mit der Markisenbahn 12 in Verbindung steht. Die Markisenbahn zeigt im Bereich des Sackes 5, der - wie bereits ausgeführt - an der Seitenwand 3 des Wohnwagens 1 befestigt ist, zu beiden Seiten jeweils eine Tasche 16 zur einsteckbaren Aufnahme der Markisenspannstange 14. Die Markisenwelle 20 weist ein Anschlussstück 22 auf, das seitlich in die Markisenwelle 20 einsteckbar ist, und drehfest mit der Markisenwelle verbunden ist. Das Anschlussstück 22 besitzt eine Bohrung 24, die der Aufnahme der Markisenspannstange 14 dient. Die Markisenbahn 12, weist zur Erzeugung einer Vorspannung auf die Markisenbahn 12 mindestens einen Anschlag 28 auf, wodurch sich die Markisenspannstange an dem Anschlussstück 22 der Markisenwelle abstützen kann. Die Markisenspannstange 14 ragt durch das Anschlussstück 22 hindurch, wobei am überstehenden Ende einer jeden Markisenspannstange jeweils eine Vordachspannstange 30 zur Bildung des frei auskragenden Vordachs 31 befestigt ist. Die Vordachspannstange 30 ist insbesondere teleskopierbar in der Markisenspannstange 14 angeordnet, wobei durch eine Klemmeinrichtung 40 die Vordachspannstange 30 gegenüber der Markisenspannstange 14 festlegbar ist. Die Klemmeinrichtung 40 umfasst eine Manschette 41, wobei die Manschette 41 einen Längsschlitz 41a mit seitlichen Stegen 41b aufweist (Fig. 4), wobei durch einen schwenkbaren Hebel 42 mit seitlichen Schenkeln 42a der Längsschlitz in der Manschette durch die Schenkel 42a zusammengedrückt werden kann. Hierbei wird auf die Markisenspannstange 14 eine entsprechende Kraft in radialer Richtung ausgeübt, die dafür sorgt, dass die in der Markisenspannstange 14 mit dem Schlitz 14a teleskopierbar angeordnete Vordachspannstange 30 gegenüber der Markisenspannstange 14 klemmbar, also kraftschlüssig, fixierbar ist. Am vorderen Ende weist die Vordachspannstange 30 einen Stift 32 auf, der durch eine Öse 34 der Vordachbahn 36 ragt, wodurch die Vordachbahn 36 als Teil der Dachbahn 37 gegenüber der Markise bzw. insbesondere der Markisenwelle 20 spannbar ist. Alternativ zu der Fixierung der Vordachbahn 36 durch Stift 32 und Öse 34 an der jeweiligen Vordachspannstange 30 kann gemäß Figur 3 auch vorgesehen sein, die Vordachbahn im Bereich des vorderen Endes mit einer Tasche 39 zu versehen, in der die Vordachspannstange 30 einliegt.
  • Die Markisenwelle 20 wird zu beiden Enden durch eine Stütze 50 gehalten, die endseitig ein durch ein Gewinde herausdrehbares Nutstück 51 aufweist, das in eine entsprechende Nut 21 in der Markisenwelle seitlich einführbar ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Sackmarkise zur Anordnung an einen Wohnwagen (1) oder ein Wohnmobil, wobei die Sackmarkise (10) eine Markisenwelle (20) und eine Markisenbahn (12) aufweist, wobei auf die Markisenwelle (20) die Markisenbahn (12) aufrollbar ist, wobei die Markisenwelle (20) auf dem Boden durch mindestens eine Stütze (50) abstützbar ist, wobei die Markisenwelle (20) auf der der Markisenbahn (12) gegenüberliegenden Seite ein Vordach (31) aufweist
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Vordach (31) frei auskragend an der Markisenwelle (20) angeordnet ist, wobei das Vordach (31) mindestens an jeder Seite eine Vordachspannstange (30) aufweist, die im Bereich der Markisenwelle (20) mit der Markise längenveränderlich in Verbindung steht.
  2. Sackmarkise (10) nach Anspruch 1,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Markise mindestens zu jeder Längsseite eine Markisenspannstange (14) aufweist, wobei jede Markisenspannstange (14) durch die Markisenwelle (20) gehalten ist, wobei die Vordachspannstange (30) mit der Markisenspannstange (14) teleskopierbar verbunden ist.
  3. Sackmarkise (10) nach Anspruch 2,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vordachspannstange (30) gegenüber der Markisenspannstange (14) festlegbar ist.
  4. Sackmarkise (10) nach Anspruch 2 oder 3,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Markisenwelle (20) zur Aufnahme der Markisenspannstange (14) und/oder der Vordachspannstange (30) eine Bohrung aufweist.
  5. Sackmarkise (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 4,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Markisenwelle (20) ein Anschlussstück (22) mit einer Bohrung (24) zur Aufnahme der Markisenspannstange (14) und/oder der Vordachspannstange (30) aufweist.
  6. Sackmarkise (10) nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass das Vordach (31) eine Vordachbahn (36), insbesondere eine Vordachstoffbahn aufweist, wobei die Vordachbahn (36) am vorderen freien Ende zu beiden Enden jeweils eine Aufnahme für die Vordachspannstange (30) aufweist.
  7. Sackmarkise (10) nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aufnahme als an der Vordachbahn (36) angeordnete Tasche (39) ausgebildet ist.
  8. Sackmarkise (10) nach Anspruch 6,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Aufnahme als Stift (32) ausgebildet ist, der am freien Ende der Vordachspannstange angeordnet ist, und der eine Öse (34) in der Vordachbahn (36) aufnimmt.
  9. Sackmarkise (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 8,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Vordachbahn (36) mit der Markisenbahn (12) eine einteilige Dachbahn (37) bildet, die an der Markisenwelle (20) durch eine Kederverbindung (38) befestigt ist.
  10. Sackmarkise (10) nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 9,
    dadurch gekennzeichnet,
    dass die Markisenspannstange (14) zur Anlage an der Markisenwelle (20) einen Anschlag (28) aufweist.
