Claims (17)
- Utilisation d'un polymère ayant un groupe oxazoline pendant comme agent de dispersion de nanotubes de carbone.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle le polymère est soluble dans l'eau.
- Utilisation selon la revendication 2, dans laquelle le polymère est obtenu par polymérisation radicalaire d'au moins deux monomères : un monomère oxazoline ayant un groupe polymérisable contenant une double liaison carbone-carbone en position 2, et un monomère (méth)acrylique ayant un groupe fonctionnel hydrophile.
- Dispersion de nanotubes de carbone, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un polymère ayant un groupe oxazoline pendant, des nanotubes de carbone et un solvant, dans laquelle les nanotubes de carbone sont dispersés dans le solvant.
- Dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon la revendication 4, dans laquelle le solvant est l'eau.
- Dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon la revendication 4 ou 5, comprenant en outre un agent de réticulation.
- Dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, comprenant en outre un polymère matriciel.
- Composition de formation de film mince électriquement conducteur comprenant la dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7.
- Film mince électriquement conducteur obtenu à partir de la composition de formation de film mince électriquement conducteur selon la revendication 8.
- Utilisation du film mince conducteur selon la revendication 9 comme couche de liaison électriquement conductrice qui est interposée entre, et lie ensemble, un substrat collecteur de courant qui constitue une électrode de dispositif de stockage d'énergie et une couche de matériau actif.
- Collecteur de courant composite pour une électrode de dispositif de stockage d'énergie, comprenant un substrat collecteur de courant et, formée sur le substrat, une couche de liaison électriquement conductrice constituée du film mince conducteur selon la revendication 9.
- Électrode pour dispositif de stockage d'énergie, comprenant le collecteur de courant composite pour une électrode de dispositif de stockage d'énergie selon la revendication 11.
- Électrode de dispositif de stockage d'énergie selon la revendication 12, comprenant le collecteur de courant composite pour une électrode de dispositif de stockage d'énergie selon la revendication 11 et, formée sur la couche de liaison conductrice du collecteur de courant composite, une couche de matériau actif.
- Dispositif de stockage d'énergie comprenant l'électrode de dispositif de stockage d'énergie selon la revendication 12 ou 13.
- Film mince obtenu à partir de la dispersion de nanotubes de carbone selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 7.
- Procédé de dispersion de nanotubes de carbone en utilisant un agent de dispersion de nanotubes de carbone pour disperser des nanotubes de carbone dans un solvant, le procédé étant caractérisé en ce que l'agent de dispersion de nanotubes de carbone est un polymère ayant un groupe oxazoline pendant.
- Procédé de production d'un agent de dispersion de nanotubes de carbone en utilisant un dispersant de nanotubes de carbone pour disperser des nanotubes de carbone dans un solvant, le procédé étant caractérisé par la réalisation d'un traitement de dispersion sur un mélange obtenu en mélangeant ensemble un agent de dispersion de nanotubes de carbone consistant en un polymère ayant un groupe oxazoline pendant, des nanotubes de carbone et un solvant.
