Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft einen Handschuh, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit Sport- und Freizeitbekleidung, sowie ein Bekleidungssystem mit dem Handschuh.
  • Aus der DE 295 17 484 U1 ist ein langärmeliges Kleidungsstück mit integriertem Handschutz bekannt, wobei das Bekleidungsstück jeweils einen Ärmelfortsatz zum Schutz des Handrückens besitzt, der über den Ärmelbund hinausreicht und auf der dem Handrücken zugewandten Seite eine Eingreifflasche für Finger besitzt, wobei am Ärmelfortsatz seitlich ein Daumenüberzug angeordnet ist.
  • Aus der DE 297 09 732 U1 ist ein wasserdichter, ein- oder zweiteiliger Schutzanzug insbesondere für Motorradfahrer bekannt, wobei der Schutzanzug mit den Ärmeln fest verbundene wasserdichte Handschuhe und mit den Hosenbeinen fest verbundene wasserdichte Stiefelgamaschen besitzt.
  • Aus der DE 299 06 194 U1 ist eine variable Jacke bekannt, wobei Handschuhe in den Unterarmen zwischen dem Obermaterial und dem Innenfutter befestigt und verstaut sind, welche mittels eines Reißverschlusses auf dem Handrücken an- und ausgezogen werden können.
  • Aus der DE 20 2004 012 642 U1 sind ein Bekleidungsstück, sowie ein System zur abgedichteten Verbindung von Bekleidungsstücken bekannt, wobei das Bekleidungsstück, insbesondere ein Handschuh, eine Schuh- oder Kopfbekleidung aus zumindest einer Materialschicht besteht, wobei die zumindest eine Materialschicht durch eine abdichtende, insbesondere flüssigkeitsdichte Funktionsschicht gebildet ist und das ein insbesondere rohrförmigen Schaft mit einer Aufnahme aufweist, wobei die Aufnahme mit einem insbesondere röhrenartigen Verbindungsstück eines weiteren Bekleidungsstückes und der Abschluss einer gegen Fremdstoffeintritt in einen Innenraum abgedichteten Verbindung koppelbar ist, wobei die Aufnahme an einer Außenseite und einer Innenseite des Schaftes angeordnet ist und die Aufnahme durch eine entlang des Schaftes verlaufende Manschette und eine, diese in einer Verschlussstellung zumindest bereichsweise überdeckenden Stulpe gebildet ist, wobei die Manschette und die Stulpe aus einem abdichtenden insbesondere flüssigkeitsundurchlässigen Material gebildet sind und die Manschette und/oder die Stulpe über wenigstens ein Befestigungselement derart am Schaft 15 angebracht ist, dass die Funktionsschicht nicht perforiert ist.
  • Aus der DE 20 2004 019 753 U1 ist ein Kleidungsstück mit angearbeiteten Handschuhen bekannt, wobei das Kleidungsstück insbesondere ein Body, Ganzanzug, Unteranzug, Catsuit oder Overall ist, mit an den Ärmeln angearbeiteten Handschuhen oder mit den Ärmeln fest verbundenen Handschuhen, die durch eine Naht oder einen Verschluss mit dem Armteil verbunden sind.
  • Aus der DE G 8207127.6 ist ein Anorak, Skianzug, Jackett oder dergleichen mit Handschuhen bekannt, wobei der Handschuh mithilfe eines teilbaren Reißverschlusses am Ärmel des zugehörigen Kleidungsstückes befestigt ist, wobei am offenen Ende des Handschuhs die eine Hälfte des teilbaren Reißverschlusses und am freien Ende des Ärmels die andere Hälfte des Reißverschlusses befestigt ist.
  • Aus der DE G 8426240.0 ist ein Handschuh für Windsurfer bekannt, wobei dieser Handschuh mit einer sich an den die Handinnenflächen und den Handrücken bedeckenden Teil anschließenden Stulpe ausgebildet ist und die Stulpe wenigstens auf einem Teil ihrer Länge die Form einer Hülse mit einer einem Kegelschnitt zumindest ähnlichen Kontur hat.
  • Aus der DE 103 49 616 A1 ist ein Bekleidungsstück mit Abdichtanordnung, sowie Verfahren zur Herstellung derselben bekannt, wobei das Bekleidungsstück mit einer Abdichtanordnung zum flüssigkeitsdichten Abdichten des Bekleidungsstückes gegen ein anderes Bekleidungsstück ausgebildet ist, wobei das Bekleidungsstück wenigstens eine flüssigkeitsdurchlässige äußere Materiallage, eine flüssigkeitsdurchlässige innere Materiallage und eine zwischen der äußeren und der inneren Materiallage angeordnete flüssigkeitsdichte Funktionslage besitzt, wobei die Abdichtanordnung in einem Überlappungsbereich, den das erste Bekleidungsstück mit dem zweiten Bekleidungsstück bildet, wenn beide Bekleidungsstück abdichtend miteinander verbunden sind, eine aus einem flüssigkeitsdichten Material bestehendes ringförmiges Abdichtglied umfasst, welches an einem radial inneren Umfang flüssigkeitsdicht mit der Funktionslage verbunden ist und wobei das Abdichtglied an einem radial äußeren Umfang wenigstens eine durch einen in sich geschlossenen Umfangsbereich gebildete, vom Material der äußeren Materiallage freie Abdichtfläche aufweist.
  • Aus der DE 196 01 561 C1 ist ein wasserdichter Handschuh bekannt, wobei der Handschuh eine Schaft und eine Stulpenröhre besitzt und zwischen beiden eine Ärmelaufnahmerinne gebildet ist, in die ein unterer Endbereich eines Ärmels eines von dem Benutzer des Handschuhs getragenen Kleidungsstücks hineinsteckbar ist.
  • Aus der DE 10 2004 029 017 B4 ist eine Kombinationsbekleidung bekannt, bei der eine langärmlige Oberbekleidung vorhanden ist und mindestens ein Ärmel der Oberbekleidung eine seitliche vom Ärmelende beanstandete Öffnung besitzt und ein Handschuh an dem Ärmelende verliersicher befestigt ist, wobei der Handschuh einen Innenbund besitzt, an dem das Befestigungselement angeordnet ist und der Ärmel einen Innenbund aufweist, an dem ein Befestigungselement angeordnet ist.
  • Weitere Handschuhe und/oder Jacken sind in den Druckschriften GB 468,296 A , GB 203,220 A , GB 105,214 A und US 24218481 beschrieben.
  • Insgesamt wurden im Stand der Technik schon eine Mehrzahl von Versuchen unternommen, die Ärmel von Bekleidung mit Handschuhen, insbesondere flüssigkeitsdicht zu verbinden, wobei allen vorgenannten Vorschlägen gemeinsam ist, dass diese jeweils sehr spezielle Kopplungsmittel benötigen, insbesondere an der Jacke, sodass einerseits eine schnelle und unkomplizierte Kopplung verhindert ist, und zum anderen die verschiedenen Bekleidungsteile speziell aufeinander konfektioniert sein müssen.
  • Aufgabe der Erfindung ist es, einen Handschuh zu schaffen, der einfach und schnell mit Oberbekleidungsstücken koppelbar ist, ohne, dass die Oberbekleidungsstücke hierfür speziell konfektioniert sein müssen.
  • Die Aufgabe wird mit einem Handschuh mit den Merkmalen des Anspruch 1 gelöst.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Es ist eine weitere Aufgabe der Erfindung ein Bekleidungssystem bestehend aus einem Bekleidungsoberteil und dem Handschuh zu schaffen, welches eine einfache Kopplung des Handschuhs am Oberbekleidungsstück ermöglicht.
  • Die Aufgabe wird mit einem Bekleidungssystem mit dem Merkmal des Anspruchs 7 gelöst.
  • Vorteilhafte Weiterbildungen sind in den hiervon abhängigen Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
  • Der Erfinder hat erkannt, dass es für die üblichen Anwendungen zum Beispiel beim Skifahren, Snowboarden oder Segeln völlig ausreichend ist, wenn ein Handschuh am Oberbekleidungsstück fixiert ist, sodass Handschuh und Oberbekleidungsstück in zumindest einem gewissen Bereich überlappend angeordnet sind.
  • Erfindungsgemäß ist eine Konfektionierung des Oberbekleidungsstückes speziell auf den Handschuh hin nicht notwendig, sondern für die Befestigung wird auf die vorhandenen Mittel an Oberbekleidungsstücken insbesondere für Sportzwecke zurückgegriffen.
  • Üblicherweise besitzt Sportbekleidung, insbesondere Ski- und Snowboardbekleidung einerseits, aber auch andererseits Segelbekleidung, an der unteren Ärmelbereich im Bereich des Handgelenkes Mittel, um in diesem Bereich die Ärmelweite zu verändern und insbesondere zu verringern. Üblicherweise werden hierfür Klettverschlüsse verwendet oder Druckknopfverschlüsse.
  • Bei diesen Klettverschlüssen oder Druckknopfverschlüssen befinden sich generell ein Verschlusspartner an einer am Ärmel angeordneten Lasche und ein Verschlusspartner am Ärmel, sodass abhängig von der Stellung der Lasche zum Verschlusspartner der Ärmel durch die Bildung einer Falte verengt wird. Bei Druckknöpfen können dies dementsprechend mehrere in Umfangsrichtung verteilte Druckknöpfe sein, bei Klettverschlüssen entsprechende, zu mindestens teilweise am Umfang verteilte erste Klettpartner, während der zweite Klettpartner an der Lasche, hierzu relativ kleiner, ausgebildet sein kann.
  • Erfindungsgemäß besitzt ein entsprechender Handschuh eine Lasche, welche an der Außenseite des Handschuhs angeordnet ist und auf einer Seite einen Verschlusspartner für den auf dem Ärmelumfang angeordneten Verschluss und auf der anderen Seite den Verschlusspartner für den Verschluss an der Lasche des Ärmels besitzt.
  • In dieser Weise kann der Handschuh mit seiner Lasche zwischen der Verstelllasche des Ärmels und dem Verschlusspartner des Ärmelumfangs festgelegt und befestigt werden. Es ist insofern erfindungsgemäß lediglich notwendig, die Handschuhlasche an dem Jackentyp anzupassen, was erheblich günstiger ist, als beide Teile aufeinander zu konfektionieren.
  • Hierbei sind Klettverschluss und Druckknopfverschluss lediglich Beispiele. Ganz generell ist die Erfindung somit das Vorsehen einer Lasche an einem Handschuh, welche zwischen dem "negativen" und "positiven" Verschlussmittel einer Ärmelweitenverstellung angeordnet werden kann, wobei bei einer vorgegebenen Verschlusseinrichtung am Ärmel (positiv oder negativ) die Unterseite der Lasche die korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (negativ oder positiv) besitzt und entsprechend einer Verschlusseinrichtung an der Unterseite der Ärmelverstelllasche (negativ oder positiv) die entsprechende korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (positiv oder negativ) aufweist.
  • Die Lasche am Handschuh stellt dabei, bezogen auf die Längserstreckung eines Armes axial von bzw. erstreckt sich axial zum Oberbekleidungsstück hin.
  • Am Beispiel eines Klettverschlusses besitzt der Ärmel umlaufend ein Flausch- oder Veloursband und die Ärmelverstelllasche besitzt, dem Veloursband zugewandt, das korrespondierende Hakenband.
  • Dementsprechend besitzt der erfindungsgemäße Handschuh eine Lasche, die dem Flausch- oder Veloursband des Ärmels zugewandt ein Hakenband besitzt und (auf der Oberseite) der Ärmelverstellasche zugewandt ein Flausch- oder Veloursband oder umgekehrt je nach Anordnung.
  • Unabhängig von der Lasche kann einer Ärmelstulpe des Handschuhes vorzugsweise in den Ärmel des oberen Bekleidungsstückes hineinragen, um eine Überlappung zu gewährleisten.
  • In gleicher Weise kann die Ärmelstulpe des Handschuhs auch über das offene Ärmelende überlappen, wobei in diesem Fall sowohl der Ärmelverschluss soweit nach oben von der Ärmelmündung wegversetzt sein muss, als auch die Lasche am Handschuh (axial) über die Handschuhmündung überstehen muss, um eine Befestigung zu ermöglichen.
  • Die Erfindung wird anhand einer Zeichnung beispielhaft erläutert. Es zeigen dabei:

  • Ein erfindungsgemäßer Handschuh 1 besitzt eine Befestigungslasche 2, welche vom Stoff des Handschuhs abstehend ausgebildet ist und insbesondere am Handschuh mit einer Naht, Verschweißung oder in sonstiger Weise verbunden ist. Die Lasche 2 besitzt auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten Verbindungsmittel 3,4 mit denen die Lasche 2 mit korrespondierenden Verbindungsmitteln 5,6 eines Oberbekleidungsstücks 7 korrespondieren kann. Insbesondere korrespondiert die Lasche 2 mit einem Mechanismus zum Verengen eines Ärmelabschnitts 8 des Oberbekleidungsstücks 7.
  • Hierzu sind an dem unteren Ärmelteil 8 des Oberbekleidungsstücks 7 die Befestigungsmittel 5,6 angeordnet, wobei das Befestigungsmittel 6 an einer Lasche 9 angeordnet ist, welche mit einem Ende 10 am Ärmel 8 befestigt ist, während sich ein freies Ende 11 in Umfangsrichtung des Ärmels 8 erstreckt.
    Die Lasche 2 des Handschuhs 1 erstreckt sich bezogen auf den Ärmel in eine im wesentlichen axiale Richtung, sodass die Lasche 2 bei angezogenem Handschuh in den Bereich zwischen die Befestigungsmittel 5 und 6 ragt und die korrespondierenden Befestigungsmittel 3,5 und 4,6 miteinander verbunden werden können, wodurch der Handschuh mit der Lasche 2 zwischen der Lasche 9 und dem Befestigungsmittel 5 bzw. dem Ärmel 8 am Oberbekleidungsstück festgelegt ist.
  • Die Befestigungsmittel 5,3; 4,6 können hierbei korrespondierende Klettverschluss Bestandteile, d.h. Hakenband und Flauschband sein, jedoch ist auch eine Ausführung mit Druckknöpfen (Figur 3) denkbar, wobei an der Lasche 2 ein Druckknopfteil ausgebildet ist, welches zum Ärmel 8 hin als Druckknopfoberteil (positiv) und zur Lasche 9 hin als Druckknopfunterteil (negativ) ausgebildet ist und insofern von herkömmlichen Druckknöpfen abweicht.
  • Selbstverständlich sind auch Reißverschlussteile bzw. -hälften denkbar, bei denen entsprechende Reißverschlussabschnitte an den jeweiligen Laschen 2,9 und am Ärmel 8 ausgebildet sind.
  • Bei der Erfindung ist von Vorteil, dass eine bereits bestehende Oberbekleidung nicht auf einen Handschuh speziell konfektioniert werden muss, sondern der Handschuh mit einer entsprechenden Verschlusskonfektionierung an der Lasche 2 zusätzlich zu einem bestehenden Oberbekleidungsstück angeboten werden kann.
  • Wird die Lasche 2 am Handschuh lösbar befestigbar ausgebildet, ist von Vorteil, dass bei bestehende Bekleidung der Handschuh noch leichter und flexibler auf die Oberbekleidung abgestimmt werden kann. Hierbei muss dann nur ein Handschuhgrundtyp hergestellt und angeboten werden, der dann mit der passenden separaten Lasche angeboten wird. Die Lasche kann dabei mit einem extra Befestigungsmittel am Handschuh angeordnet werden.
  • In diesem Fall besitzt die Lasche 2 somit erfindungsgemäß an beiden Enden korrespondierende Verschlussmittel einmal für die Ärmelweitenverstellung und einmal für die Handschuhweitenverstellung (Figur 4). Bei einer durch das Oberbekleidungsstücks 7 vorgegebenen Verschlusseinrichtung am Ärmel 5 (positiv oder negativ) ist die Unterseite der Lasche 2 zur Anordnung in diesem Bereich korrespondierend mit einer Verschlusseinrichtung 3 (negativ oder positiv) ausgebildet und dementsprechend ist eine Verschlusseinrichtung 6 an der Unterseite der Ärmelverstelllasche 9 (negativ oder positiv) ausgebildet und die entsprechende korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung 5 (positiv oder negativ) an der Lasche 2 ausgebildet. Zudem besitzt die Lasche 2 in diesem Fall zur Anordnung zwischen den "negativen" und den "positiven" Verschlussmitteln 14,15 an der Handschuhweitenverstellung an der Unterseite der Lasche eine Verschlusseinrichtung 16 (positiv oder negativ) die mit der Verschlusseinrichtung 14 am Handschuh 1 (negativ oder positiv) korrespondiert. Dementsprechend besitzt die Handschuhweitenverstelllasche an ihrer Unterseite eine Verschlusseinrichtung 15 (negativ oder positiv) und die Lasche an ihrer Oberseite eine entsprechend korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung 17 (positiv oder negativ).
  • Zudem sind separate Verbindungslaschen Teil der Erfindung, welche mit einer Ärmelweitenverstellung auf der einen Seite und der Handschuhweitenverstellung auf der anderen Seite zusammenwirken.
  • Die Erfindung ist dabei weder am Handschuh noch am Oberbekleidungsstück örtlich festgelegt, muss also nicht im Bereich des Handrückens oder der Handgelenkoberseite angeordnet sein, sondern kann am Umfang frei wählbar angeordnet sein.

Claims (11)

  1. Handschuh, insbesondere zur Verwendung in Verbindung mit Sport- und Freizeitbekleidung zur fixierten Anordnung an einem Ärmel eines Oberbekleidungsstücks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handschuh (1) eine Befestigungslasche (2) besitzt, welche vom Stoff des Handschuhs (1) abstehend ausgebildet ist und zur Anordnung zwischen den "negativen" und "positiven" Verschlussmitteln (5,6) einer Ärmelweitenverstellung vorgesehen ist, wobei bei einer durch das Oberbekleidungsstück (7) vorgegebenen Verschlusseinrichtung am Ärmel (5) (positiv oder negativ) die Unterseite der Lasche (2) die korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (3) (negativ oder positiv) besitzt und entsprechend für eine Verschlusseinrichtung (6) an der Unterseite der Ärmelverstelllasche (9) (negativ oder positiv) die entsprechende korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (5) (positiv oder negativ) an der Lasche 2 ausgebildet ist.
  2. Handschuh nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (2) mit einer Naht, Verschweißung, einem Reißverschluss, Druckknöpfen oder einem Klettverschluss fest oder lösbar mit dem Handschuh verbunden ist.
  3. Handschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (2) auf gegenüberliegenden Seiten Verbindungsmittel (3,4) besitzt, mit denen die Lasche (2) mit den korrespondierenden Verbindungsmitteln (5,6) des Oberbekleidungsstücks (7) korrespondierend ausgebildet ist.
  4. Handschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (2) bzw. die Verbindungsmittel (3,4) mit einem Mechanismus zum Verengen eines Ärmelabschnitts (8) des Oberbekleidungsstücks (7) korrespondieren.
  5. Handschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (2) des Handschuhs (1) sich bezogen auf die Mündung des Handschuhs bzw. die Längserstreckung des Handschuhs im Wesentlichen axial erstreckt, sodass die Lasche (2) bei angezogenem Handschuh in Richtung der Handschuhmündung ragt.
  6. Handschuh nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungsmittel bzw. Befestigungsmittel (3,4) korrespondierende Klettverschlussbestandteile, d.h. Hakenband und Velours bzw.-flauschband, Druckknopfunterteil und Druckknopfoberteil, Reißverschlusshälften und dergleichen sind.
  7. Bekleidungssystem bestehend aus einem Bekleidungsoberteil und einem Handschuh zum fixierten Anordnen des Handschuhs nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche am Ärmel eines Oberbekleidungsstücks, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Handschuh (1) eine Lasche (2) besitzt, welche Verbindungsmittel (3,4) aufweist mit denen die Laschen (2) mit korrespondierenden Verbindungsmittel (5,6) eines Oberbekleidungsstück korrespondierend verbindbar ist.
  8. Bekleidungssystem nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (2) mit einem Mechanismus zum Verengen eines Ärmelabschnitts (8) des Oberbekleidungsstücks (7) korrespondiert.
  9. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am unteren Ärmelteil (8) des Oberbekleidungsstücks (7) Befestigungsmittel (5,6) angeordnet sind, wobei das Befestigungsmittel (6) an einer Lasche (9) angeordnet ist, welche der Verengung eines Ärmels (8) dient, und welche mit einem Ende (10) am Ärmel (8) befestigt ist, während sich ein freies Ende (11) in Umfangsrichtung des Ärmels (8) erstreckt, wobei sich die Lasche (2) des Handschuhs (1) bezogen auf den Ärmel (8) in eine im Wesentlichen axiale Richtung erstreckt, sodass die Laschen (2) bei angezogenen Handschuh in dem Bereich zwischen die Befestigungsmittel (5,6) des Ärmels (8) ragt und die korrespondierenden Befestigungsmittel (3,5) und (4,6) miteinander verbindbar sind, wodurch der Handschuh (1) mit der Lasche (2) zwischen den Laschen (9) und den Befestigungsmitteln (5) bzw. im Ärmel (8) am Oberbekleidungsstück festlegbar ist.
  10. Bekleidungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Befestigungsmittel (5,3; 4,6) korrespondierende Klettverschlussbestandteile, d.h. Hakenband- und Flauschband oder Druckknöpfe oder Reißverschlussteile bzw. Hälften sind.
  11. Befestigungslasche für ein Bekleidungssystem nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Lasche (2) zur Anordnung zwischen den "negativen" und "positiven" Verschlussmitteln (5,6) einer Ärmelweitenverstellung und einer Handschuhweitenverstellung vorgesehen ist, wobei bei einer durch das Oberbekleidungsstück (7) vorgegebenen Verschlusseinrichtung am Ärmel (5) (positiv oder negativ) die Unterseite der Lasche (2) die korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (3) (negativ oder positiv) besitzt und entsprechend eine Verschlusseinrichtung (6) an der Unterseite der Ärmelverstelllasche (9) (negativ oder positiv) für die entsprechende korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (5) (positiv oder negativ) an der Lasche (2) ausgebildet ist und die Lasche zudem zur Anordnung zwischen den "negativen" und "positiven" Verschlussmitteln (14,15) einer Handschuhweitenverstellung vorgesehen ist, wobei bei einer durch den Handschuh (1) vorgegebenen Verschlusseinrichtung (14) (positiv oder negativ) die Unterseite der Lasche die korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (negativ oder positiv) (16) besitzt und entsprechend eine Verschlusseinrichtung (15) an der Unterseite der Handschuhweitenverstelllasche (negativ oder positiv) die entsprechende korrespondierende Verschlusseinrichtung (17) (positiv oder negativ) an der Lasche (2) ausgebildet ist.
