Claims (17)
- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) pour un peigne circulaire (1) d'une peigneuse, lequel peut être relié à un corps de base (7) du peigne circulaire par des moyens de fixation (9, S), l'élément de peignage (K1-K3) comportant une multitude d'éléments de garniture (G1-G3 ; E1-E3) pourvus d'une garniture à dents (GZ), agencés côte à côte et orientés perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de l'élément de peignage, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de peignage (K1-K3) comporte une tige de maintien (H1-H3) avec une surface d'appui (A), sur laquelle reposent les éléments de garniture (E1-E3) avec leurs surfaces de base (T) opposées à la garniture à dents (ZG), et les extrémités des éléments de garniture - vues dans la direction longitudinale des éléments de garniture - font saillie sur les surfaces latérales (F) de la tige de maintien (H1-H3) adjacentes à la surface d'appui (A), et les éléments de garniture sont reliés à la tige de maintien (H1-H3) par au moins une soudure (P), l'au moins une soudure (P) étant appliquée entre la tige de maintien et les surfaces de base (T) des extrémités des éléments de garniture (E1-E3) faisant saillie sur la surface d'appui (A) de la tige de maintien (H1-H3).

- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (P) s'étendent respectivement en continu dans la direction longitudinale (L) de la tige de maintien (H1-H3).
- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (P) sont réalisées par soudage au laser.
- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que du côté opposé de sa surface d'appui (A), la tige de maintien (H1-H3) comporte un profilé de maintien (H) pour les éléments de garniture (E1-E3), lequel peut s'engager au moins partiellement par complémentarité de forme avec une admission (10) prévue dans le corps de base (7) du peigne circulaire (1).
- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de maintien (H) présente une section transversale en forme de queue d'aronde.
- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que du côté opposé de la surface d'appui (A), la tige de maintien (H1'-H3') est pourvue d'une rainure longitudinale (M) pour les éléments de garniture (E1-E3), laquelle peut s'engager au moins partiellement par complémentarité de forme avec un moyen de fixation (9).
- Élément de peignage (K1-K3) selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que la rainure longitudinale (M) présente une section transversale en forme de queue d'aronde.
- Peigne circulaire (1) d'une peigneuse, avec un corps de base (7) sur lequel sont fixés plusieurs éléments de peignage (K1-K3) agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction de rotation du peigne circulaire, par des moyens de fixation (9, S), chaque élément de peignage comportant une multitude d'éléments de garniture (G1-G3 ; E1-E3) pourvus d'une garniture à dents (ZG), agencés côte à côte et orientés perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale de l'élément de peignage, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de peignage (K1-K3) comportent respectivement une tige de maintien (H1-H3) avec une surface d'appui (A), sur laquelle les éléments de garniture (E1-E3) reposent avec leurs surfaces de base (T) opposées à la garniture à dents (ZG), et les extrémités des éléments de garniture qui - vues dans la direction longitudinale des éléments de garniture - font saillie sur les surfaces latérales (F) de la tige de maintien (H1-H3) adjacentes à la surface d'appui (A), dans lequel les extrémités opposées des éléments de garniture (E1-E3) d'éléments de peignage voisins sont directement adjacentes, et les éléments de garniture sont reliés à la tige de maintien (H1-H3) correspondante par au moins une soudure (P), l'au moins une soudure (P) étant appliquée entre la tige de maintien (H1-H3) et les surfaces de base (T) des extrémités des éléments de garniture faisant saillie sur la surface d'appui (A) de la tige de maintien.
- Peigne circulaire (1) selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une soudure (P) est prévue entre la tige de maintien et les surfaces de base (A) des deux extrémités des éléments de garniture (E1-E3) de l'élément de peignage (K1-K3) respectif qui font saillie sur la tige de maintien (H1-H3).
- Peigne circulaire (1) selon l'une des revendications 9 à 10, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (P) s'étendent respectivement en continu dans la direction longitudinale de la tige de maintien (H1-H3).
- Peigne circulaire (1) selon l'une des revendications 9 à 11, caractérisé en ce que les soudures (P) sont réalisées par soudage au laser.
- Peigne circulaire (1) selon l'une des revendications 9 à 12, caractérisé en ce que du côté opposé des éléments de garniture (E1-E3), la tige de maintien (H1'-H3') comporte un profilé de maintien (H), lequel peut s'engager au moins partiellement par complémentarité de forme avec une admission (10) prévue dans le corps de base (7) du peigne circulaire.
- Peigne circulaire (1) selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que le profilé de maintien (H) présente une section transversale en forme de queue d'aronde.
- Peigneuse avec un peigne circulaire (1) selon l'une des revendications 9 à 14.
- Peigne circulaire (1) d'une peigneuse avec un corps de base (7), sur lequel sont fixés plusieurs éléments de peignage (K1-K3) agencés les uns derrière les autres dans la direction de rotation du peigne circulaire, chaque élément de peignage étant constitué d'une multitude d'éléments de garniture (N1-N3) agencés côte à côte et orientés perpendiculairement à la direction de rotation (R) de l'élément de peignage, caractérisé en ce que les différents éléments de garniture (N1-N3) reposant avec leurs surfaces de base (T) sur le corps de base (7) - dans la direction longitudinale des éléments de garniture - sont reliés au corps de base (7) dans la région d'au moins l'une de leurs extrémités, par une soudure (P) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction longitudinale des éléments de garniture, les extrémités opposées des éléments de garniture (N1-N3) étant pourvues d'un décrochement (20, 22) de manière à ce que ces extrémités - vues dans la direction radiale du peigne circulaire (1) - se chevauchent en forme d'escalier et forment une surface de garniture fermée entre les éléments de garniture voisins.
