Die Anbringung der jeweiligen Garniturelemente E1 bis E3 auf den jeweiligen Haltestäben H1' bis H3' erfolgt ebenso über Schweissnähte P, wie im Ausführungsbeispiel der Fig.2 beschrieben worden ist. B. erzeugt durch Laserschweissung) verlaufen über die Breite L des Grundkörpers. Die vorderen Garniturelemente N1 sind an ihrem hinteren Ende mit einem stufenförmigen Absatz 20 versehen, welcher einen ebenfalls stufenförmigen Fortsatz 22 der nachfolgenden Garniturelemente N2 überragt. Der mit einen Überstandsmass k ausgebildete Fortsatz 22 ragt in den Freiraum des stufenförmigen Absatzes 20 und wird über dessen untere Fläche 21 in radialer Richtung auf der Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 7 gehalten. Zwischen der Innenfläche 19 und der Endfläche 23 des Fortsatzes 22 ist ein Abstand m vorgesehen. In dem dadurch gebildeten Freiraum ist eine Schweissnaht zwischen den Innenflächen 19 der Garniturelemente N2 und der Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 7 angebracht. Damit wird auch der Fortsatz 22 der Garniturelemente N3 in radialer Richtung durch die Absätze 20 der Garniturelemente N2 fixiert und gehalten. Am gegenüberliegenden Ende des Fortsatzes 22 werden die Garniturelemente N3 des Kämmelementes K3 über eine Schweissnaht P befestigt. In Fig.5a wird eine vergrösserte Ansicht der Gestaltung der Enden, bzw. deren Verbindung der Garniturelemente gezeigt. Auch mit dieser Ausführung erhält man eine geschlossene Kämmfläche ohne Unterbruch. Die Anbringung der Garniturelemente direkt auf dem Grundkörper ist einfach und kostengünstig durchzuführen. Entsprechend der Überdeckung der Enden zwischen den Garniturelementen N1 bis N3 werden die Garniturelemente in der Reihenfolge K1, K2 und K3 angebracht. D.h. als erstes werden die Garniturelemente N1 des ersten Kämmelementes K1 auf dem Grundkörper 7 (entsprechend der Darstellung nach Fig.4) aufgereiht und über die Schweissnähte P im Bereich ihrer Enden (wie gezeigt) z. B. über eine Laserschweissnaht mit dem Grundkörper 7 verbunden. Anschliessend werden die Garniturelemente N2 auf die Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 7 aufgesetzt und mit ihren Fortsätzen 22 unter die Fläche 21 des Absatzes 20 der Garniturelemente N1 geschoben. Dann werden diese am gegenüber liegenden Ende der Garniturelemente N2 über eine Schweissnaht P mit dem Grundkörper verbunden. Anschliessend werden die Garniturelemente N3 auf die Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 7 aufgesetzt und mit ihren Fortsätzen 22 unter die Fläche 21 des Absatzes 20 der Garniturelemente N2 geschoben. Claims (17)

  1. Combing element (K1-K3) for a circular comb (1) of a combing machine which is connectable to a base body (7) of the circular comb via fastening means (9, S), the combing element (K1-K3) having a plurality of adjacently situated clothing elements (G1-G3; E1-E3) which are oriented transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the combing element and provided with a toothed clothing (GZ), characterized in that the combing element (K1-K3) has a mounting bar (H1-H3) with a supporting surface (A) on which the clothing elements (E1-E3) rest with their base surfaces (T) opposite from the toothed clothing (ZG), and, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the clothing elements, the ends of the clothing elements protrude beyond the lateral faces (F) of the mounting bar (H1-H3) adjoining the supporting surface (A), and the clothing elements are joined to the mounting bar (H1-H3) by means of at least one weld seam (P), the at least one weld seam (P) being applied between the base surfaces (T) of the ends of the clothing elements (E1-E3) which protrude beyond the supporting surface (A) of the mounting bar (H1-H3), and the mounting bar.
  2. Combing element (K1-K3) according to Claim 1, characterized in that a weld seam (P) is provided between the base surfaces (T) of both ends of the clothing elements (E1-E3), which protrude beyond the supporting surface (A) of the mounting bar (H1-H3), and the mounting bar.
  3. Combing element (K1-K3) according to one of Claims 1 through 2, characterized in that the weld seams (P) in each case extend continuously in the longitudinal direction (L) of the mounting bar (H1-H3).

Combing element (K1-K3) according to one of Claims 1 through 4, characterized in that on the opposite side of its supporting surface (A) for the clothing elements (E1-E3), the mounting bar (H1-H3) has a mounting profile (H) which together with a receptacle (10) provided in the base body (7) of the circular comb (1) may establish an at least partial positive-fit connection.
  6. Combing element (K1-K3) according to Claim 5, characterized in that the mounting profile (H) has a dovetail-shaped cross section.

Combing element (K1-K3) according to one of Claims 1 through 4, characterized in that the mounting bar (H1'-H3') is provided with a longitudinal groove (M) on the opposite side of the supporting surface (A) for the clothing elements (E1-E3), which is able to establish an at least partial positive-fit connection with a fastening means (9).
  8. Combing element (K1-K3) according to Claim 7, characterized in that the longitudinal groove (M) has a dovetail-shaped cross section.
  9. Circular comb (1) of a combing machine, having a base body (7) on which multiple combing elements (K1-K3) which are situated one behind the other, viewed in the direction of rotation of the circular comb, are mounted via fastening means (9, S), the particular combing element having a plurality of adjacently situated clothing elements (G1-G3; E1-E3) which are oriented transversely with respect to the longitudinal direction of the combing element and provided with a toothed clothing (ZG), characterized in that the combing elements (K1-K3) in each case have a mounting bar (H1-H3) with a supporting surface (A) on which the clothing elements (E1-E3) rest with their base surfaces (T) opposite from the toothed clothing (ZG), and, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the clothing elements, the ends of the clothing elements protrude beyond the lateral faces (F) of the particular mounting bar (H1-H3) adjoining the supporting surface (A), the mutually facing ends of the clothing elements (E1-E3) of adjacent combing elements directly adjoining one another, and the clothing elements being connected to the particular mounting bar (H1-H3) by means of at least one weld seam (P), the at least one weld seam (P) being applied between the base surfaces (T) of the ends of the clothing elements protruding beyond the supporting surface (A) of the mounting bar (H1-H3), and the mounting bar.
  10. Circular comb (1) according to Claim 9, characterized in that a weld seam (P) is provided between the base surfaces (A) of both ends of the clothing elements (E1-E3) of the respective combing element (K1-K3), which protrude beyond the mounting bar (H1-H3), and the mounting bar.
