Abstract
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Rundkamm (1) einer Kämmmaschine mit einem, parallel zu seiner Drehachse (D) angeordneten Grundkörper (5), auf dessen Aussenumfang (U) mindestens ein Kämmelement (K1-K4) aufliegt und wenigstens einem, mit dem Kämmelement verbundenen Halteelement (10, 40), welches wenigstens eine Gewindebohrung (18) aufweist, in welche jeweils ein erster, mit einem Gewinde versehener Endabschnitt (E1) eines Gewindebolzens (6) hineinragt, welcher einen Mittenabschnitt (14) aufweist, der durch eine radial ausgerichtete Öffnung (12) des Grundkörpers (5) hindurchragt und der Gewindebolzen (6) mit einem zweiten Endabschnitt (E2) versehen ist, mit welchem er sich auf einer inneren Stützfläche (26) des Grundkörpers (5) im Bereich der jeweiligen Öffnung (12) abstützt, wobei die Querschnittsfläche des zweiten Endabschnittes (E2) die Querschnittsfläche der jeweiligen Öffnung (12) zumindest teilweise überragt. Ein erfindungsgemässes Ausführungsbeispiel der Befestigung des vorderen Kämmelementes K1 wird in

Zwischen einer inneren Stützfläche 26 des Grundkörpers 5 und einer Stützfläche 28 des zweiten Endabschnittes E2 ist auf dem Mittenabschnitt 14 des Gewindebolzens 6 eine Druckfeder in Form einer Schraubenfeder 30 angebracht. Da sich das Federelement 30 (31) auf der inneren Stützfläche 26 abstützt, wird durch die, beim Spannen des Federelementes 30 resultierende Federkraft, eine Kraft M erzeugt, über welche der zweite Endabschnitt E2 des Gewindebolzens 6 von der inneren Stützfläche des Grundkörpers 5 weggedrückt wird. Dadurch wird auch das, über das Halteelement 10 mit dem Gewindebolzen verbundene Kämmelement mit seiner Grundfläche F1 gegen die Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 5 im Bereich der Stützrippen S1, S2 gedrückt, bzw. verspannt. Ein überziehen der jeweiligen Gewindebolzen ist somit ausgeschlossen, da dieser mit seinem Absatz 15 zu einem Endanschlag an der Fläche 17 des Halteelementes kommt. D.h., das Kämmelement wird ausschliesslich über die resultierende Federkraft des Federelementes 30 (31) gegen den Aussenumfang U des Grundkörpers verspannt und in dieser Lage fixiert. Durch die vorgegebenen geometrischen Verhältnisse der Gewindebolzen und des Halteelementes wird eine gleichmässige und konstante Anpresskraft an allen Befestigungsstellen gewährleistet. Das Anzugsmoment der Gewindebolzen hat keinen Einfluss mehr auf die Anpresskraft, mit welcher das jeweilige Kämmelement gegen die Umfangsfläche U des Grundkörpers 5 verspannt, bzw. gedrückt wird.When screwing the first end portion E1 in the holding
