In diese Ausnehmung 35 ragt (ebenfalls wie in Fig. 5) eine stufenförmige Bohrung 26. In diese Bohrung 26 wird eine Schraube 28 eingeführt, die in ein Gewinde 30 des jeweiligen Nutensteins 34 ragt. Beim Festziehen der Schraube 28 wird der Nutenstein 34 in radialer Richtung zur Rundkammachse 2 verschoben, wobei über die schwalbenschwanzartige Verbindung zwischen dem Nutenstein 34 und der Nute 32 das jeweilige Garniturelement gegen die Auflagefläche des Rundkammträgers verspannt und fixiert wird. Dabei weist das Garniturelement auf seiner Unterseite ein oder mehrere schwalbenschwanzförmige Fortsätze 46 auf, die in Drehrichtung D des Rundkammes verlaufen. Diese Fortsätze 46 sind in schwalbenschwanzförmige Nute 47 des Rundkammträgers 3 eingeführt und fixieren das Garniturelement in radialer Richtung. Zum Einfädeln des Fortsatzes 46 ist die Nut 47 an einer nicht gezeigten Stelle mit einer nach aussen hin vergrösserten Öffnung versehen.
Es wäre auch denkbar, dass zur radialen Fixierung des jeweiligen Garniturelementes mehrere derartige Fortsätze 46, die über die Länge des Garniturelementes verteilt angeordnet sind, zu verwenden, wobei auf die seitliche Profilierung 39, 40, bzw. die seitliche formschlüssige Verbindung verzichtet wird.

Claims (18)

  1. A circular comb for a combing machine comprising a circular comb carrier (3) which is fastened rotationally fixedly on a shaft (2) and on which successive toothed clothings (5a-5d, ZG) are fastened on a body (4, GK) over a partial area of its periphery, characterised in that the body (GK) is connected in one piece to the respective toothed clothing (ZG) to form a clothing element (6a-6e) and is divided into a plurality of elements according to the number of toothed clothings.
  2. The circular comb according to claim 1, characterised in that at least in one of the clothing elements (6a-6e) the rows of teeth (ZR) of the toothed clothings (ZG) run at an angle (a, b) to the direction of rotation (D).
  3. The circular comb according to any one of claims 1 to 2, characterised in that, when viewed in the direction of rotation (D), the spacing (z) of the tooth tips in the rows of teeth (ZR) of the toothed clothings (ZG) of the front clothing element (6a) is greater than that of at least one of the following clothing elements (6b-6e).
  4. The circular comb according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that, when viewed in the direction of rotation (D), at least one of the clothing elements (6a, 6b) has a different length to the other clothing elements.
  5. The circular comb according to claim 4, characterised in that, when viewed in the direction opposite to the direction of rotation (D), the length of the successive clothing elements (6a-6e) increases.
  6. The circular comb according to any one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the clothing elements (6a-6e) are fastened on the circular comb carrier (3) by means of a connecting means (22, 28).
  7. The circular comb according to claim 6, characterised in that the connecting means comprises an adhesive, welding, soldering or another type of undetachable connecting means not designated in detail.
  8. The circular comb according to claim 6, characterised in that the connecting means comprises at least one mechanical means (22) which projects on both longitudinal sides (F) of the respective clothing element (6a-6e) into a recess (18, 20) of the circular comb carrier (3) and the clothing element.
  9. The circular comb according to claim 6, characterised in that on the side opposite to the rows of teeth (ZR), the clothing elements (6a-6e) are provided with continuations (24) with form a form closure with correspondingly configured recesses (25) in the circular comb carrier (3).
  10. The circular comb according to claim 9, characterised in that fastening elements (28) are provided which fix the continuations (24) in the recesses (25).
  11. The circular comb according to claim 6, characterised in that on the side opposite to the rows of teeth (ZR), the clothing elements (6a-6e) are provided with at least one groove (32) running in the longitudinal direction in which a sliding block (34) engages positively and can be fixed by means of fastening means (28) to the circular comb carrier (3).
  12. The circular comb according to claim 11, characterised in that the groove (32) is configured as swallowtail-shaped.
  13. The circular comb according to claim 6, characterised in that the circular comb carrier (3) is provided with flanges (38) over the area of the clothing elements (6a-6e) in each case following the two outer ends (E), wherein the side (39) of the flange which abuts axially against the relevant end (40) of the clothing element in the radial direction of the circular comb (1) forms a positive connection with the correspondingly shaped end (40) of the clothing element.
  14. The circular comb according to claim 6, characterised in that the clothing elements (6a-6e) on the side (12) opposite to the rows of teeth (ZR) form at least one positive connection with the circular comb carrier (3) in the radial direction.
  15. The circular comb according to claim 13, characterised in that additionally in the radial direction, at least one positive connection is provided between the circular comb carrier (3) and the side (12) opposite to the rows of teeth (ZR).
  16. The circular comb according to claim 13, characterised in that fastening means (43, 33) are provided for fixing the clothing elements (6a-6e) in the direction of rotation (D).
  17. Clothing elements (6a-6e) for forming a comb segment (10) for a circular comb (1) of a combing machine with rows of teeth (ZR) of a toothed clothing (ZG) which are disposed on a body (4, GK) characterised in that the body (GK) and the rows of teeth (ZR) of the toothed clothing (ZG) are formed in one piece.
  18. A combing segment (10) for a circular comb (1) of a combing machine with clothing elements (6a-6e) according to claim 17, characterised in that the combing segment (10 is formed from at least two successively arranged clothing elements which are provided with toothed clothings (ZG) having different geometries.
