Claims (18)

  1. Peigne rond pour peigneuse, comportant un support de peigne rond (3) qui est fixé de manière fixe en rotation sur un arbre (2) et sur lequel sont fixées sur une sous-section de sa circonférence des garnitures dentées (5a-5d, ZG) se succédant sur un corps de base (4, GK), caractérisé en ce que le corps de base (GK), pour constituer un élément de garniture (6a-6e) est relié en un bloc avec la garniture dentée respective (ZG) et est divisé en plusieurs éléments en fonction du nombre de garnitures dentées.
  2. Peigne rond selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, dans au moins un des éléments de garniture (6a-6e), les rangées de dents (Z) des garnitures dentées (ZG) s'étendent suivant un angle (a, b) par rapport au sens de rotation (D).
  3. Peigne rond selon une des revendications 1 à 2, caractérisé en ce que - vu dans le sens de rotation (D)-, la distance (z) entre les pointes des dents des rangées de dents (ZR) des garnitures dentées (ZG) de l'élément de garniture avant (6a) est supérieure à la distance jusqu'à au moins un des éléments de garniture suivants (6b-6e).
  4. Peigne rond selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que - vu dans le sens de rotation (D)-, au moins un des éléments de garniture (6b-6e) présente une longueur autre que celles des autres éléments de garniture.
  5. Peigne rond la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que - vu dans le sens inverse au sens de rotation (D)-, la longueur des éléments de garniture (6a-6e) se succédant augmente.
  6. Peigne rond selon une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de garniture (6a-6e) sont fixés sur le support de peigne rond (3) par un moyen de raccordement (22, 28).
  7. Peigne rond la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de raccordement est une colle, une soudure, une brasure ou un moyen de raccordement autre indissociable et non désigné plus précisément.
  8. Peigne rond la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le moyen de raccordement est au moins un moyen mécanique (22) qui, respectivement sur les deux côtés longitudinaux (F) de l'élément de garniture respectif, (6a-6e) pénètre respectivement dans un évidement (18, 20) du support de peigne rond (3) et de l'élément de garniture.
  9. Peigne rond la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de garniture (6a-6e) situés sur la face opposée aux rangées de dents (ZR) sont pourvus de rallonges (4) qui établissent une correspondance géométrique avec des évidements conformés en conséquence (25) du support de peigne rond (3).
  10. Peigne rond la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des éléments de fixation (28) qui fixent les rallonges (24) dans les évidements (25).
  11. Peigne rond la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de garniture (6a-6e) situés sur la face opposée aux rangées de dents (ZR) présentent au moins une rainure s'étendant dans leur sens longitudinal dans laquelle s'engrène en correspondance géométrique un galet de rainure (34) qui peut être fixé à l'aide de moyens de fixation (28) au support de peigne rond (3).
  12. Peigne rond la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce que la rainure (32) est réalisée en forme de queue de cygne.
  13. Peigne rond la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le support de peigne rond (3), au dessus de la zone des éléments de garniture (6a-6e), respectivement à la suite de ses deux extrémités extérieures (E), est pourvu de brides (38), le côté (39) de la bride qui est contact axialement avec l'extrémité correspondante (40) de l'élément de garniture établissant dans le sens radial du peigne rond (1) une liaison par correspondance géométrique avec l'extrémité conformée en conséquence (40) de l'élément de garniture.
  14. Peigne rond la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de garniture (6a-6e), sur le côté opposé (12) aux rangées de dents (ZR) -dans le sens radial-établissent avec le support de peigne rond (3) au moins une liaison par correspondance géométrique.
  15. Peigne rond la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu en outre -dans le sens radial- au moins une liaison par correspondance géométrique entre le support de peigne rond (3) et le côté (12) opposé aux rangées de dents (ZR).
  16. Peigne rond la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu des moyens de fixation (43, 44) pour fixer les éléments de garniture (6a-6e) dans le sens de rotation (D).
  17. Eléments de garniture (6a-6e) pour la formation d'un segment de peigne (10) pour un peigne rond (1) d'une peigneuse par des rangées de dents (ZR) d'une garniture dentée (ZG), qui sont disposés sur un corps de base (4, GK), caractérisés en ce que le corps de base (GK) et les rangées de dents (ZR) de la garniture dentée (ZG) sont réalisés en un bloc.
  18. Segment de peigne (10) pour peigne rond (1) d'une peigneuse, comportant des éléments de garniture (6a-6e) selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que le segment de peigne (10) est composé d'au moins deux éléments de garniture (6a-6e) disposés l'un derrière l'autre et pourvus de géométries différentes de garnitures dentées (ZG).
