Ein Winkelstück (12) ist dazu an einer der Quer- oder Längsseite angeformt, dessen freies Ende mit dem freien Ende einer der anliegenden Längs- oder Querseite ein Scharnier (13) bildet. Das Scharnier (13) weist im aufgeklappten und im zusammengelegten Zustand je eine Rastposition auf, in welcher die Längsseite (2, 3) und die anliegende Querseite (5, 6) einrastbar sind.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Aufsatzrahmen für einen Transportkasten oder eine Palette nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
    • STAND DER TECHNIK
  • Es gibt Transportkasten aus Kunststoff mit Palettenfüssen, welche für den Transport von grossen Werkzeugstücken in der Industrie verwendet werden. Beispiele von solchen Transportkasten sind aus dem Katalog der Firma Georg Utz AG, CH-5620 Bremgarten entnehmbar. Ein solcher Transportkasten, welcher gestapelt und zusammengelegt werden kann, ist beispielsweise auch in EP-A-1 473 240 ausführlich beschrieben. Bei solchen Transportkasten muss darauf geachtet werden, dass eine ausgewogene Lastverteilung auf die Eckbereichen erfolgt, um ein Tordieren der Seitenwände des Transportkastens zu verhindern. Dazu sind die Eckbereiche mit rohrförmigen Tragstützen versehen, welche eine grosse Formstabilität des Transportkastens gewährleisten. Es ist nun bekannt, solche Transportkasten mit einem Aufsatzrahmen zu erhöhen, damit eine grössere Beladung möglich wird. Ein solcher Aufsatzrahmen besteht aus zwei gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten und dazwischenliegenden zweigeteilten Querseiten, die über eine Scharnierverbindung zusammenlegbar sind. Bei den bekannten Aufsatzrahmen ist die Stabilität beim Aufbau auf einen Transportkasten nicht gewährleistet, da ein Ausbauchen des Aufsatzrahmens nicht ausgeschlossen werden kann. Des Weiteren sind die bekannten Aufsatzrahmen zwar zusammenlegbar, können aber durch das Eigengewicht sehr leicht automatisch wieder aufklappen, was beim Entnehmen und Versorgen des Einsatzrahmens sehr hinderlich sein kann.
    • AUFGABE DER ERFINDUNG
  • Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde ein Aufsatzrahmen der vorgenannten Art so zu verbessern, dass im aufgeklappten Zustand eine grössere Formstabilität gewährleistet und im zusammengelegten Zustand ein automatisches Aufklappen verhindert wird.
    • GEGENSTAND DER ERFINDUNG
  • Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen Aufsatzrahmen mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
  • Der erfindungsgemässe Aufsatzrahmen hat den grossen Vorteil, dass sowohl im aufgeklappten Zustand als auch im zusammengelegten Zustand eine grosse Formstabilität gewährleistet ist, d.h. der Aufsatzrahmen ebenso steif und stabil wie der als Basis dienende Transportkasten oder eine dementsprechende Palette ist. Dies hat den Vorteil, dass sich damit ein Transportkasten mit einem vergrösserten Inhalt ergibt, wobei die genauen Ausmassen am oberen Rand beibehalten werden. Dadurch können dieselben Deckel wie bei dem üblichen Transportkasten verwendet werden. Eine mit einem solchen Transportrahmen versehene Palette kann als niedriger Behälter für kleinere Werkstücke eingesetzt werden.
    • BESCHREIBUNG EINES AUSFÜHRUNGSBEISPIELES DER ERFINDUNG
  • Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen und aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in welcher die Erfindung anhand eines in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

  • In den Figuren sind für dieselben Elemente jeweils dieselben Bezugszeichen verwendet, wenn nichts anderes angegeben ist.
  • Figur 1 zeigt ein Aufsatzrahmen 1 im geöffneten Zustand, mit zwei gegenüberliegenden Längsseiten 2 und 3 und jeweils eine rechte Querseite 5 und linke Querseite 6. Wie ersichtlich sind die Längsseiten 2 und 3 und die Querseiten 5 und 6 mit Längs- und Querrippen 8 in einem groben Rasten versehen, und in den Eckbereichen 9 Langs- und Querrippen 10 mit einem dichten Raster versehen. Zwischen der rechten und linken Querseiten 5 und 6 sind innen und aussen Verbindungsstücke 11 vorgesehen, die mit einander befestigt ein doppelgelenkiges Scharnier bilden.
  • Figur 2 zeigt dasselbe Aufsatzrahmen 1 in zusammengeklapptem Zustand. Dabei ist erkennbar, dass die Querseiten 5 und 6 jeweils ein Winkelstück 12 aufweisen, welches zusammen mit der Stirnseite der Längsseiten 2 und 3 drei 7übereinanderliegende Scharniere 13 bilden.
  • In den Figuren 3 und 4 ist nun die linke Querseite 6 von aussen und von innen dargestellt. Am freien Ende des Winkelstückes 12 sind quaderförmige Einschnitte 15 mit Führungsrippen 16 und Bohrungen 17 vorgesehen. Zwischen den Einschnitten 15 ist je eine winkelförmige quaderförmige flache Nut 18 eingelassen, wobei der Winkel mit der Kante des Winkelstücks 12 verläuft. Am anderen Ende der Querseite 6 ist ein vorstehender Lappen 19 angeformt, welcher vier durch einen kreuzförmigen Steg 21 gebildete Vertiefungen 22 aufweist. Anliegend zum Lappen 19 sind vier Nocken 23 vorgesehen, welche durch eine kreuzförmige Nut 24 voneinander getrennt sind. Oberhalb des Lappens 19 ist ein Stift 26 zwischen einem oberen Vorsprung 27 an der Querseite 6 und dem Lappen 19 vorgesehen, welcher parallel zur kurzen Seite der Querseite 6 verläuft. Unterhalb der Nocken 23 ist ein Stift 28 zwischen einem unteren Vorsprung 29 und den Nocken 23 vorgesehen, welcher ebenfalls parallel zur kurzen Seite der Querseite 6 verläuft. Am Vorsprung 27 auf der Innenseite ist bündig ein kleiner, leicht abgekanteter Nocken 30 vorgesehen. Am Vorsprung 29 auf der Innenseite ist bündig ein kleiner, kubischer Nocken 31 vorgesehen. Ein gleicher kubischer Nocken 31 ist ebenfalls oberhalb des Lappens 19 vorgesehen. Ein gleicher abgekanteter Nocken 30 ist unterhalb der Nocken 23 vorgesehen. Die Nocken 30 und 31 sind in einer Linie parallel zur kurzen Seite der Querseite 6 ausgerichtet. Seitlich zu den beiden Stiften 26 und 28 sind abgekantete Anschläge 32 vorgesehen - in der Figur 3 links in der Figur 4 rechts zu sehen.
  • Ferner sind noch ein breiter winkelförmiger Anschlag 33 am Winkelstück 12 und ein Anschlag 34 am anderen Ende der Querseite 6 vorgesehen.
  • Fig. 5 zeigt die Längsseite 2 mit je drei Scharnierteilen 35 an den beiden Kurzseiten. Die Scharnierteilen 35 bestehen aus drei parallel angeordneten Flachstiften 36, wobei die beiden äusseren Flachstifte 36 je einen kreiszylindrischen Nocken 37 aufweisen, welche in die Bohrungen 17 der Querseiten 5 und 6 hineinpassen (vgl. Fig. 3 und 4). Zwischen den Scharnierteilen 35 sind leichte quaderförmige Erhöhungen 38 vorgesehen, welche mit den winkelförmigen Nuten 18 der Querseiten 5 und 6 zusammenwirken, um im aufgeklappten Zustand eine Rastposition und im zugeklappten Zustand eine Rastposition zu bilden.
  • In den Figuren 6 und 7 ist das Verbindungsstück 11 von innen und von aussen gezeigt, das zwei parallele halbkreiszylindrische Nuten 40 und 41, zwei vorstehende parallel angeordnete Zapfen 42 und 43 und zwei komplementäre Öffnungen 44 und 45 aufweist. Ferner sind zwei breite vorstehende Widerhaken 46 und 47 vorgesehen, welche in zwei komplementäre breite Öffnungen 48 und 49, die beidseitig von den Zapfen 42 und 43 angeordnet sind, eingreifen und eingehängt werden können. Zwei identische Verbindungsstücke 11 können somit durch Einrasten der Widerhaken 46 und 47 in die breiten Öffnungen 48 und 49 zusammengefügt werden, um die Stiftpaare 26 und 28 der Querseiten 5 und 6 zu umschliessen und so ein doppelgelenkiges Scharnier zu bilden.
  • Figur 8 zeigt nun das doppelgelenkige Scharnier mit dem Verbindungsstück 11 in aufgeklapptem Zustand von der Innenseite des Aufsatzrahmens 1, wobei teilweise den oberen Teil der linken Querseite 6 und den oberen Teil der rechten Querseite 5, beide mit dem abgekanteten Nocken 30 und dem kubischen Nocken 31, ersichtlich sind. Diese Nocken 30 und 31 bilden zusammen eine weitere Rastposition im aufgeklappten Zustand des Aufsatzrahmens 1. Figur 9 zeigt ähnlich wie in Figur 8 das doppelgelenkige Scharnier mit dem Verbindungsstück 11 jedoch nun im zusammengelegten Zustand. Die Nocken 30 und 31 befinden sich nun am äusseren Rand des Verbindungsstücks 11, welche das gegenüberliegende Winkelstück 11 (in der Figur nicht sichtbar) gegen die Anschläge 32 drücken, so dass eine weitere Rastposition gebildet wird, d.h. dass die Querseiten 5 und 6 nicht selbsttätig aufklappen können.
  • Figur 10 zeigt die beiden Querseiten 5 und 6 im zusammengelegten Zustand, wobei die Rastpositionen des oberen doppelgelenkigen Scharniers und des unteren doppelgelenkigen Scharniers erkennbar sind. Wenn die Querseiten 5 und 6 aufgeklappt werden - wie in Figur 1 dargestellt -, kann man gut aus der Figur 10 erkennen, dass der Lappen 19 mit seinem kreuzförmigen Steg 21 gegen die Nocken 23 geklemmt wird. Da auf der Gegenseite ebenfalls eine solche Klemmverbindung zwischen dem Lappen 19 und den Nocken 23 entsteht, ergibt sich eine sehr formstabile Verbindung, welche die Wände der darunter liegenden steif verlängern, so dass auch im oberen Bereich kein Ausbauchen zu befürchten ist.
  • Die Einzelteile des oben beschriebenen Aufsatzrahmens 1 werden aus einem geeigneten thermoplastischen Kunststoffmaterial wie beispielsweise ABS oder PE in einem Spritzgussverfahren hergestellt.
  • Es versteht sich für den Fachmann, dass der oben beschriebene Aufsatzrahmen 1 nicht nur für Transportkasten sondern auch für eine Palette aus Kunststoff geeignet ist. Damit ergibt sich bei Bedarf ein relativ tiefer Transportbehälter mit steifen Wänden, welcher für kleinere Werkstücke geeignet ist.

Claims (10)

  1. Aufsatzrahmen (1) für einen Transportkasten oder eine Palette, mit zwei Längsseiten (2, 3) und zwei mit Scharnieren versehenen, zusammenfaltbaren Querseiten (5, 6), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Winkelstück (12) an einer der Quer- oder Längsseite angeformt ist, dessen freien Ende mit dem freien Ende einer der anliegenden Längs- oder Querseite ein Scharnier (13) bildet, und das Scharnier (13) im aufgeklappten und im zusammengelegten Zustand je eine Rastposition aufweist, in welcher die Längsseite (2, 3) und die anliegende Querseite (5, 6) einrastbar sind.
  2. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastpositionen von einem leicht vorstehenden Nocken (38) auf der einen Seite der Quer- oder Längsseite und von einer winkelförmigen Nut (18) auf der anderen Seite der Längs- oder Querseite gebildet ist.
  3. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass benachbarte Querseiten (5, 6) an ihrem dem Scharnier (13) gegenüberliegenden Ende je mit einem vorstehenden Lappen (19) versehen sind, welche übereinanderliegend derart angeordnet sind, dass die Lappen (19) der benachbarten Querseiten (5, 6) im gestrecktem Zustand verschränkt zueinander sind.
  4. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass angrenzend zum Lappen (19) mindestens ein vorstehender Nocken (23) vorgesehen ist und der Lappen (19) auf der benachbarten Querseite mindestens eine zum Nocken komplementäre Vertiefung (22) aufweist.
  5. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Scharnier zwischen den Querseiten (5, 6) doppelgelenkig ist.
  6. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das doppelgelenkige Scharnier von je einem parallel zum kurzen Rand der jeweiligen Querseite angeordneten Stift (26, 28) und einem die beiden Stifte der benachbarten Querseiten umfassenden Verbindungsstück (11) gebildet ist.
  7. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsstück aus zwei Halbschalen (11) versehen mit je zwei halbkreiszylindrischen Nuten (40, 41) gebildet ist, welche Halbschalen mittels Schnappelemente (46, 47) miteinander verbindbar sind.
  8. Aufsatzrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querseiten (5, 6) im Bereich des Lappens (19) im zusammengelegten und im gestreckten Zustand je eine Rastposition aufweisen, in welche anliegende Querseiten einrastbar sind.
  9. Aufsatzrahmen nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rastpositionen von anliegenden rechteckigen Nocken (30, 31) auf den Querseiten (5, 6) gebildet sind.
  10. Aufsatzrahmen nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Querseiten (5, 6) vorstehende Anschläge (33, 34) aufweisen, welche zum Ausrichten des Aufsatzrahmens zum Rand des Transportkastens dienen.
