Abstract

Es wird ein neuer stapelbarer, zusammenlegbarer Transportkasten (1) beschrieben mit einer Bodenplatte (2) und vier Seitenwänden (3, 4), die mittels Gelenkverbindungen (28; 33) mit der Bodenplatte verbunden sind. Zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände sind dabei in einer ersten Ebene klappbar und die zwei anliegenden, sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände sind in einer zweiten, gegenüber der ersten höherliegenden Ebene klappbar. Die palettenförmige Bodenplatte (2) weist in den Eckbereichen Tragstützen (8) auf, die unterhalb der Bodenplatte als Rohrstück (10) und oberhalb als Winkelstück (11) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Winkelstücke (11) innen stufenförmig sind, um im zusammengelegten Zustand Rohrstücke (10) eines ähnlichen Transportkasten aufzunehmen. <IMAGE>

Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen stapelbaren Transportkasten aus Kunststoff nach dem Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1.
Es ist ein stapelbarer, zusammenlegbarer Transportkasten dieser Art z.B. bekannt aus EP-A-0 876 963, bei welchem die Seitenwände um eine gelenkige Verbindung nach innen klappbar sind. Ferner ist in einer der Seitenwände eine um eine horizontale Achse drehbare Klappe vorgesehen ist. Die Drehklappe ist mit einem Einsatzteil drehbar verbunden, welches in einen entsprechenden Einschnitt in der Seitenwand befestigt ist. Der Boden des Transportkastens ist an den Ecken und in der Mitte mit vertikalen Tragstützen versehen, die auf einem viereckigen Tragrahmen befestigt sind. Dieser Tragrahmen ist einstückig und massiv ausgebildet. Die weitere Ausgestaltung dieses Transportkasten kann dieser Schrift nicht entnommen werden.
Damit der Tragrahmen mechanisch genügend stabil ist, um Traglasten von über 1000 kg zuverlässig zu widerstehen, muss er eine bestimmte Dicke und Breite aufweisen. Bei Ausmassen des Transportkastens von mehr als 1 Meter auf 1 Meter bedarf die Herstellung eines solchen Tragrahmens besonders grosse Matrizen. Ausserdem muss der Tragrahmen mit den Tragstützen verschweisst oder mit einem Kunstharzklebstoff mit einer sehr hohen Festigkeit verleimt werden.
Ein weiterer stapelbarer, zusammenlegbarer Transportkasten ist in US-A-4,674,647 beschrieben, der aus einem palettenförmigen Bodenteil und zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände je mit einem tieferliegenden Scharnier und zwei weitere Seitenwände je mit einem höherliegenden Scharnier besteht. Die beiden Seitenwände mit dem höherliegenden Scharnier sind genau halb so hoch wie die Breite des Bodenteils, so dass sie in zusammengeklappten Zustand (siehe Fig. 5) nebeneinander zu liegen kommen. Damit ist die maximale Höhe des Transportkastens auf die halbe Breite des Bodenteils beschränkt. Es ist nicht erkennbar, dass dieser Transportkasten besonders stapelbar ist.
Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen stapelbaren zusammenlegbaren Transportkasten anzugeben, der in zusammengelegten Zustand einen gleichen aufgestellten Transportbehälter mit einem grösseren Last von 1000 kg und mehr problemlos tragen kann.
Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen stapelbaren, zusammenlegbaren Transportkasten mit den Merkmalen des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst.
Die Erfindung hat den grossen Vorteil, dass nunmehr Transportkasten mit schweren Lasten in beliebiger Reihenfolge mit zusammengelegten Transportkasten gestapelt werden können. Dies bietet völlig neue Möglichkeiten der Lagerlogistik, müssen doch leere, zusammengelegte Transportbehälter nicht separat gesammelt und transportiert werden.
Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung folgen aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen und aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in welcher die Erfindung anhand eines in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:

In den Figuren sind für dieselben Elemente jeweils dieselben Bezugszeichen verwendet worden und erstmalige Erklärungen betreffen alle Figuren, wenn nicht ausdrücklich anders erwähnt.
In den Figuren 1 und 2 ist ein stapelbarer, zusammenlegbarer Transportkasten 1 dargestellt mit einer palettenförmigen Bodenplatte 2, zwei längere, sich gegenüberliegende Seitenwände 3 und 5 und zwei kürzere, sich gegenüberliegende Seitenwände 4 und 6. Die Bodenplatte 2 ist in den Ecken mit Tragstützen 8 versehen, die unten aus einem Rohrstück 10 und oben aus einem Winkelstück 11 bestehen. Das Rohrstück 10 weist einen Querschnitt in der Form eines länglichen Sechsecks auf. Das Winkelstück 11 weist einen kurzen Abschnitt 12 und einen breiteren Abschnitt 13 auf. In der Mitte zwischen den Tragstützen 8 sind weitere als Rohrstück ausgebildete Tragstützen 15 vorgesehen, die einen sechseckigen Querschnitt aufweisen. Die Tragstützen 8 und 15 sind über Kufenelemente 16 miteinander verbunden. Die zusammengesteckten Kufenelemente 16 bilden ein geschlossenes Rechteck. Die aneinander liegenden Seitenwände 3 und 4 sind je mit einer Entnahmeklappe 18 bzw. 19 versehen, die im Wesentlichen trapezförmig ausgebildet sind. In den Seitenwänden 3 und 4 ist ein entsprechender Ausschnitt 21 bzw. 22 vorgesehen, in welchem die Entnahmeklappe 18 bzw. 19 bündig hineinpasst. Wie ersichtlich sind die Entnahmeklappen 18 bzw. 19 mittels zwei Scharnierelemente 23 am unteren Rand 24 des Ausschnittes 21 bzw. 22 drehbar befestigt. Ferner sind beiderseits der Entnahmeklappe 18 bzw. 19 Riegel 25 vorgesehen, womit die Entnahmeklappen 18 bzw. 19 mit der jeweiligen Seitenwand 3 bzw. 4 verriegelt werden können. Ferner sind an den Entnahmeklappen 18 und 19 Etikettenhalter 27 vorgesehen, die aus einer Kassette 27a und einem Haltegitter 27b besteht. Das Haltegitter 27b ist in seitlichen Nuten der Kassette 27a hineingeschoben und damit eine Etikette ausreichend fest geklemmt wird, so dass sie nicht herausfallen kann.
Wie in Figur 2 ersichtlich, ist die vordere, kürzere Seitenwand 4 mittels einer Gelenkverbindung oder eines Scharniers 28 nach innen klappbar. Diese Seitenwand 4 ist passend zum kürzeren Abschnitt 12 des Winkelstücks 11 mit einem rechteckigen Ausschnitt 29 versehen. Die längere Seitenwand 3 ist mit aufstehenden, nach innen gebogenen Rändern 30 ausgebildet. Diese Ränder 30 sind mit einer Fase 32 versehen, die sich nach oben hin leicht verjüngt. Auch die längere Seitenwand 3 ist mittels einer Gelenkverbindung oder eines Scharniers 33 nach innen klappbar. Wie ersichtlich liegt die Ebene der Gelenkverbindung 33 höher als die Ebene der Gelenkverbindung 28, so dass die kürzeren Seitenwände 4 und 6 im zusammengelegten Zustand unterhalb der zusammengeklappten längeren Seitenwände 3 und 5 zu liegen kommen. Die Seitenwände 3 und 5 sind ähnlich dem breiteren Abschnitt 13 des Winkelstücks 11 mit rechteckigen Ausschnitten 34 versehen. Ferner sind in der Seitenwand 4 Drehverschlüsse 35 vorgesehen, welche diese mit den Seitenwänden 3 und 5 verriegeln können.
Wie in den Figuren 3 und 4 dargestellt, sind die Kufenelemente 16 entweder als kurzes Element 16a und gegengleiches kurzes Element 16b, oder als langes Element 16c und gegengleiches langes Element 16d ausgebildet. Die Kufenelemente 16 bestehen dabei aus einem länglichen, hohlen Tragteil 36 und einem inneren Nocken 37 und einem äusseren Nocken 38. Die Kufenelemente 16 sind nun in der Mitte mittels Verbindungsstücke 39, die in die Hohlräume der Tragteile 36 hingesteckt werden, miteinander verbunden. Die beiden äusseren Nocken 37 eines kurzen Elements 16a und eines gegengleiches langes Element 16d sind ebenfalls gegengleich geformt und mit einer zackenförmigen Trennwand 40a bzw. 40d versehen. Diese beiden Trennwände 40a und 40d passen somit ineinander, so dass die beiden Nocken 38 in einen das Rohrstück 10 des Tragstützens 8 hineinpassen. Die beiden inneren Nocken 37 eines kurzen Elements 16a und eines gegengleichen kurzen Elementes 16b sind ebenfalls gegengleich ausgebildet und passen genau in den als Rohrstück ausgebildeten, mittigen Tragstützen 15 hinein. Auf diese Weise kann ein geschlossener rechteckigen Tragrahmen gebildet werden. Die Nocken 37 bzw. 38 können mittels (nicht-dargestellten) Schrauben an den Tragstützen 8 bzw. 15 befestigt sein, wozu in den Nocken 37 und 38 und in den Tragstützen 8 und 15 entsprechende Bohrungen 42 vorgesehen sind.
In den Figuren 5 und 6 ist die Seitenwand 3 mit ihren flachen Abdeckungen 43 und 44 näher dargestellt. Wie ersichtlich ist die Seitenwand 3 ebenfalls mit Verstärkungsrippen 45 versehen und weist sie unten drei Scharniere 46 auf, die in entsprechende (nicht-dargestellte) Scharnierteile in der Bodenplatte 2 hineingreifen. Die Seitenwand 3 wird seitlich von den Drehverschlüssen 35 (vgl. Figur 1) gehalten. Nach dem Lösen der Drehverschlüsse 35 kann die Seitenwand 3 mit dem Scharnier 33 (Fig. 1) nach innen geklappt werden.
In Figur 7 ist ein ähnlicher Transportbehälter 1 wie in Figur 1 in zusammengelegtem Zustand gezeigt, wobei hier die flachen Abdeckungen 43 und 44 der Seitenwände 3 und 5 nicht vorhanden sind. Ein solcher Transportbehälter 1 ist weniger verdrehungssteif, so dass die Tragfähigkeit der Seitenwände 3 und 5 wesentlich geringer ist als die Ausführung der Figur 1. Insbesondere beträgt die Tragfähigkeit bis etwa 1000 kg, wobei das Gewicht eines auf den Behälter 1 gestapelten ähnlichen Behälters (nicht dargestellt) im Bereich der Ränder 30 auf die Tragstützen 8 übertragen wird.
In Figur 8 ist der Transportbehälter 1 in zusammengeklappten Zustand gezeigt. Dabei ist deutlich erkennbar, dass zuerst die kürzeren Seitenwände 4 und 6 aufeinander gelegt worden sind und anschliessend die längeren Seitenwände 3 und 5. Da diese Seitenwände 3 und 5 identisch ausgebildet sind, spielt es keine Rolle in welcher Reihenfolge die beiden aufeinander gelegt werden. In dieser Figur ist deutlich zu sehen, dass die Winkelstücke 11 mit einer inneren Stufe 47 versehen sind, damit sie die Kufenelemente 16 eines gleichen Transportbehälters 1 aufnehmen können und somit sowohl zusammengeklappte als auch aufgestellte Transportbehälter 1 in beliebiger Reihenfolge gestapelt werden können.
Der hier beschriebene Transportbehälter 1 ist in einem Spritzgussverfahren aus einem hochwertigen, schlagfesten Kunststoff wie Polyethylen (PE) oder Polypropylen (PP) hergestellt. Die Grundfläche des Transportbehälters 1 beträgt 120 cm auf 100 cm und eine Höhe in nicht-zusammengeklappten Zustand von 90 cm. In zusammengeklappten Zustand beträgt die Höhe etwa 40 cm. Das Eigengewicht des Transportbehälters 1 beträgt etwa 50 kg.

Claims (11)

  1. Stapelbarer, zusammenlegbarer Transportkasten (1) aus Kunststoff mit einer Bodenplatte (2) und vier Seitenwänden (3, 4), die mittels Gelenkverbindungen (28; 33) mit der Bodenplatte verbunden sind, wobei zwei gegenüberliegende Seitenwände in einer ersten Ebene klappbar sind und die zwei anliegenden, sich gegenüberliegenden Seitenwände in einer zweiten, gegenüber der ersten höherliegenden Ebene klappbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Bodenplatte in den Eckbereichen Tragstützen (8) aufweist, die unterhalb der Bodenplatte als Rohrstück (10) und oberhalb als Winkelstück (11) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Winkelstücke (11) innen stufenförmig sind, um im zusammengelegten Zustand Rohrstücke (10) eines gleichen oder ähnlichen Transportkasten aufzunehmen.
  2. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Winkelstücke (11) mit einem kurzen Abschnitt (12) und einem langen Abschnitt (13) ausgebildet sind, und Seitenwände (3, 5) mit den höherliegenden Scharnieren entsprechend dem langen Abschnitt mit einem rechteckigen Ausschnitt (34) in den beiden Eckbereichen versehen sind.
  3. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die beiden Seitenwände (3, 5) höher sind als die halbe Breite des Transportkastens und mit nach innen gebogenen, nach oben verjüngten Rändern (30) versehen sind, derart dass sie übereinanderlegbar sind.
  4. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ränder (30) mit einer Fase (32) versehen sind.
  5. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwände (3, 5) zumindest im Bereich der Ecken und in der Verlängerung der Winkelstücke (11) mit Längs- und Querrippen versehen sind, die den Seitenwänden (3, 5) eine erhöhte Tragfähigkeit von etwa 1000 kg geben.
  6. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Fase der Seitenwände (3, 5) mit mehreren übereinanderliegenden Querrippen verstärkt ist.
  7. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 5 oder 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Längs- und Querrippen mit einer versteifenden flachen Abdeckung verschweisst sind, so dass sich eine Tragfähigkeit auf bis zu 4500 kg ergibt.
  8. Transportkasten nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Kufen (16) mit vorstehenden Nocken (37, 42) vorgesehen sind, die in den Rohrstücken (10) der Tragstützen (8) befestigt sind.
  9. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kufen aus gleichen und gegengleichen Kufenelementen (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) bestehen, die in den Rohrstücken (10) zusammengesteckt ein dem Umfang des Transportkasten entsprechendes Viereck bilden.
  10. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kufenelemente (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) und die Nocken (37, 42) hohl ausgebildet sind und die Nocken (37, 42) wabenförmige Verstärkungselemente aufweisen.
  11. Transportkasten nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Kufenelemente (16a, 16b, 16c, 16d) mit flachen Rillen versehen sind und die Kufenelemente mittels Verbindungsstücke (39) zu einem Viereck zusammensetzbar sind.
