Pack selon la revendication 4, dans lequel ladite boucle de décharge (30) est formée par une portion terminale (42) repliée une fois d'une extrémité de la bande de cerclage (20), l'autre extrémité (46) non repliée de la bande (20) étant placée sur cette portion terminale (42) repliée et étant collée et/ou soudée sur un premier point de jonction (43) en formant ladite boucle de décharge (30) située à l'intérieur et montrant vers le pack (10), et les extrémités de bande étant collées et/ou soudées entre elles sur un deuxième point de jonction (44) qui est espacé dudit premier point de jonction (43) et au moins légèrement espacé de la portion (42) repliée.
  6. Pack selon la revendication 1, dans lequel au moins une bande (20) du cerclage (18) présente, à distance du premier point de contact (22) des deux extrémités, au moins un tracé en forme de boucle dans lequel ladite bande est repliée deux fois et la zone repliée où trois portions de bande sont superposées est fixée, en particulier soudée ou collée sur au moins un deuxième point de contact (23) en reliant entre elles toutes les trois portions de bande superposées.
  7. Pack selon la revendication 6, dans lequel une portion intérieure de boucle qui montre vers le pack (10) et est limitée par ledit deuxième point de contact (23) forme une languette de décharge (50).
  8. Pack selon la revendication 6 ou 7, dans lequel une portion extérieure de boucle (52) qui montre vers la face extérieure du pack (10) et est limitée par ledit deuxième point de contact (23) et fait saillie librement forme une poignée à retirer (40) pour détendre et/ou ouvrir ladite bande de cerclage (20).
  9. Pack selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, dans lequel une extrémité de la bande (20), qui dépasse le point de contact (22) des extrémités de la bande de cerclage soudées ou collées entre elles, forme une poignée à retirer (40).
  10. Pack selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, dans lequel le point de contact (22) montrant vers l'extrémité en saillie et/ou le point de jonction des boucles de bande (50, 52) superposées trois fois présente un point structuré de collage et/ou de soudage (54) pour influencer et/ou faciliter une opération de détachement.
  11. Procédé de fabrication d'un pack selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, qui sera pourvu d'un cerclage (18) lequel sera appliqué par les étapes suivantes : insérer ladite bande (20) dans un cadre qui est mis en place autour du pack (10), serrer ladite bande (20) sur au moins un point, former une boucle de décharge (30) à proximité immédiate du point de serrage, retirer la portion de bande non serrée et tendre la bande (20), serrer les portions de bande au niveau de la boucle de décharge (30), souder les portions de bande superposées et libérer la bande de cerclage (18).
