Claims (1)

  1. Procédé de montage d'une flèche auxiliaire (3) disposée sur la flèche principale (5) d'une grue mobile et comprenant un dispositif auxiliaire,
    - un support étant monté sur la flèche principale (5) près de la tête (6) de celle-ci, support sur lequel le câble de levage (14) de la flèche principale (5) peut être guidé vers un point d'articulation sur la flèche auxiliaire (3),
    - le support étant constitué de deux supports basculants (8, 9) dont les bases se trouvent à proximité l'une de l'autre et dont les extrémités libres sont reliées entre elles,
    - les deux supports basculants (8, 9) étant reliés en permanence entre eux par une branche d'organe de traction (17),
    - la flèche auxiliaire (3) étant reliée à la tête (6) de la flèche principale (5) par le biais d'un adaptateur (4) sur lequel se trouvent les supports basculants,
    - le support basculant inférieur et support basculant supérieur étant posés à plat sur la flèche auxiliaire pour effectuer le transport,
    - une branche de liaison (13) à plusieurs éléments étant reliée en permanence au support basculant inférieur (9),
    - la branche de liaison (13) pouvant être reliée à un treuil de réglage (16) par le biais d'un palan (19),
    caractérisé par les étapes suivantes :
    la flèche auxiliaire (3) est montée sur la tête (6) de la flèche principale (5), les deux supports basculants (8, 9) étant placés à plat sur la flèche auxiliaire (3),
    le câble de levage (14) est déroulé du treuil principal (15) de la grue mobile et est relié à la branche de liaison (13) qui est reliée en permanence au support basculant inférieur(9), les deux supports basculants étant reliés entre eux par la branche d'organe de traction (17),
    un enroulement du câble de levage (14) est effectué sur le treuil (15), les supports basculants (8, 9) se mettant en position verticale,
    puis la branche de liaison (13) est reliée à une traverse mobile (11) et le câble de levage (14) est déroulé de telle sorte que la traverse (11) s'oriente le long d'une ligne allant de la traverse fixe (12) à la pointe (18) du support basculant inférieur (9),
    le palan (19) est alors tendu de telle sorte que le câble de levage (14) peut être découplé dans cette position de la branche de liaison (13),
    la flèche principale (5) est ensuite soulevée par le cylindre basculant (7) et le treuil de réglage (16) est déroulé simultanément de sorte que la distance entre la traverse mobile (11) et la traverse fixe (12) augmente,
    enfin le treuil de réglage (16) peut à nouveau être enroulé à partir d'une position angulaire prédéterminée de la flèche principale de telle sorte que la distance entre la traverse mobile (11) et la traverse fixe (12) diminue de sorte que la flèche auxiliaire réglable (3) se soulève du sol, car elle est reliée au support basculant supérieur (8) au moyen d'une autre branche d'organe de traction (10).
