Claims (4)

  1. Procédé de montage d'une grue à tour (100) sans haubans, présentant les étapes suivantes :
    - construction d'une partie inférieure de grue à tour (20), jusqu'à une partie inférieure de sommet (21), à la hauteur souhaitée;
    - assemblage d'un système de flèche de levage (10), séparément de la partie inférieure de grue à tour (20), présentant les étapes suivantes :
    • préparation d'une flèche de levage (17);
    • montage d'un dispositif de levage (11) sur la flèche de levage (17);
    • montage d'un dispositif de roulement de chariot (14) sur la flèche de levage (17);
    • passage d'un câble de levage (13) du dispositif de levage sur la flèche de levage (17);
    • passage d'un câble de roulement de chariot (15) sur la flèche de levage (17);
    - établissement de la liaison entre le système de flèche de levage (10) et la partie inférieure de sommet (21);
    - ensuite, construction d'une contre-flèche (40) et établissement de la liaison entre la contre-flèche (40) et les parties de grue (10, 20) déjà montées.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la flèche de levage (17) se compose de modules (17a - 17f) individuels)
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'un contrepoids (41) est monté sur la contre-flèche (40), le montage s'effectuant avant ou après l'établissement de la liaison entre la contre-flèche (40) et les autres parties de la grue (10, 20).
