Claims (6)
- Transporteur (17 ; 37), pour le transport d'un produit de couture (15) pendant le fonctionnement d'une machine à coudre (1),- comprenant au moins une partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28), laquelle est conçue pour une action conjointe par friction avec le produit de couture (15) et pour la réalisation d'un mouvement de transport d'une plaque à aiguilles (14) dans un évidement de plaque à aiguilles (16),- comprenant un corps de base (29) grâce auquel la partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28) est reliée fixement avec le support de transporteur (29a),caractérisé en ce- qu'un contour marginal (32) de la partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28), se transforme, dans une vue avec le transporteur (17 ; 37) monté, dans une projection sur un plan de la plaque à aiguilles (34), en un contour marginal (33) du corps de base (29) sans arêtes, et- que le transporteur (17 ; 37) a exactement un trou de point de couture (18), ou deux trous de points de couture (18, 18a), situés l'un à coté de l'autre, perpendiculaires à une direction de couture (N).
- Transporteur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un élément de transition (35) du contour marginal est formé par une barrette entre la partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28) et le corps de base (29), dont la largeur, vue avec le transporteur (17 ; 37) monté, dans une projection sur un plan de la plaque à aiguilles (34), correspond à la largeur du corps de base (29) dans la transition vers le corps de base (29) et à la largeur de la partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28) dans la transition vers la partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28).
- Transporteur selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de transition (35) entre les transitions a une largeur qui varie elle-même linéairement.
- Transporteur selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que la barrette (35) présente un renfort, perpendiculaire au plan de la plaque à aiguilles (34), qui, chaque fois, dans la transition, est plus faible que le renfort de la partie pour le transport (28, 28a ; 28) et le renfort du corps de base (29).
- Transporteur selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par une partie pour le transport (28, 28a) comprenant deux sous-ensembles de partie pour le transport (28, 28a), situés l'un à côté de l'autre, pour l'utilisation d'une machine à coudre à deux aiguilles, le contour marginal (32) de la partie pour le transport (28, 28a) se transformant en un contour marginal (33) du corps de base (29), sans arêtes, vu avec le transporteur (37) monté, dans une projection sur un plan de la plaque à aiguilles (34), sur les deux côtés du transporteur (37).
- Machine à coudre- comprenant une plaque à aiguilles (14) avec un évidement de plaque à aiguilles (16),- comprenant une tige à aiguille (9), entraînée vers le haut et vers le bas, avec une aiguille à coudre (10) pouvant y être rapportée,- comprenant un transporteur (37), selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, disposé dans l'évidement de la plaque à aiguilles (16) pour l'exécution d'un mouvement de transport.
