Claims (10)

  1. Transporteur (17) destiné au transport de produits de couture (15) pendant le fonctionnement d'une machine à coudre (1)
    - comprenant au moins une section de transport (28) qui est prévue pour une action simultanée par friction avec les produits de couture (15) et pour la réalisation d'un mouvement de transport dans un évidement de la plaque à aiguille (16) d'une plaque à aiguille (14), et qui est proche d'un domaine de déplacement de l'aiguille (29),
    - comprenant un corps de base (30) au dessus duquel la section de transport (28) est reliée solidement avec un support de transporteur (31),
    - comprenant une cloison de transporteur (32) qui est disposée en dessous de la section de transport (28) à proximité du domaine de déplacement de l'aiguille (29), la cloison de transporteur (32) étant conçue de sorte qu'elle s'étende sur le côté d'une aiguille (10), qui est à l'opposé d'un outil de formation du point (19), outil qui agit conjointement avec l'aiguille (10) pendant la couture lorsque le transporteur (17) est monté

  3. Transporteur selon les revendications 1 ou 2 caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de réglage (33) présente :
    - une section de réglage (34) solidaire du support,
    - un corps de réglage (35) qui s'appuie avec une force réglable d'une part sur la section de réglage (34) solidaire du support et d'autre part contre la cloison du transporteur (32).
  4. Transporteur selon la revendication 3 caractérisé en ce que la cloison du transporteur (32) présente une section d'affaiblissement (40) avec une épaisseur de cloison diminuée entre une section d'appui, sur laquelle s'appuie le corps de réglage (35) et une section de transition (39) jusqu'au corps de base (30).
  5. Transporteur selon la revendication 4 caractérisé en ce que dans la section d'affaiblissement (40) l'épaisseur de paroi de la cloison du transporteur (32) est divisée par deux.
  6. Transporteur selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 5 caractérisé en ce que la cloison du transporteur (32) est séparée des sections voisines (41) du corps de base (30) par des rainures annulaires (42).
  7. Transporteur selon la revendication 6 caractérisé en ce que le corps de réglage (35) s'appuie sur la cloison du transporteur (32) au niveau d'une extrémité libre (38) de celui-ci entre les deux rainures annulaires (42).
  8. Transporteur selon l'une des revendications de 3 à 7 caractérisé en ce que le corps de réglage (35) est conçu sous la forme d'une vis de réglage qui est vissée dans un filetage (36) de la section de réglage (34) solidaire du support et qui s'appuie sur une extrémité libre (37) contre la cloison du transporteur (32).
  9. Transporteur selon l'une des revendications de 3 à 8 caractérisé en ce que la section de réglage (34) solidaire du support est reliée avec le corps de base (30) en une pièce unique.
  10. Machine à coudre
    - comprenant une plaque à aiguille (14) avec un évidement de plaque à aiguille (16),
    - comprenant une tige d'aiguille (9) entraînée vers le haut et vers le bas au dessus de la plaque à aiguille (16), tige sur laquelle une aiguille à coudre (10) peut être rapportée,
    - comprenant un transporteur (17) selon l'une des revendications de 1 à 9 disposé dans l'évidement de la plaque à aiguille (16) pour l'exécution d'un mouvement de transport.
