  • a first body part is provided for fixed mounting, for example in a fitted kitchen, while the second body part is displaceably mounted relative to the first body part.
  • the object of the invention is in particular to provide a kitchen extractor device which covers a cooktop particularly broad and also has advantageous cleaning properties.
  • the object is achieved by the features of claim 1, while advantageous embodiments and modifications of the invention can be taken from the dependent claims.
  • the invention is based on a kitchen extractor with a body which comprises a first, fixedly mounted body part and a second body part, which is movable in a direction of movement relative to the first body part.
  • the second body part at least partially forms an outside of the body oriented transversely to the direction of movement.
  • a transverse width of a suction region of the kitchen extractor device in particular in a front region, can be designed to be particularly large, whereby an extraction function of the kitchen extractor device can be improved.
  • a uniform, easy-to-clean outer surface without visible gaps between the two body parts can be achieved.
  • the orientation of a surface should be a direction of a surface normal of the corresponding surface.
  • the outer surface should be any surface of the kitchen extractor device directly accessible to an operator.
  • the kitchen extractor device can be designed as an ashtray or as a built-in extractor hood and is both advantageous in kitchens from private households as well as in professional kitchens.
