Claims (14)
- Dispositif pour couper des fruits et des légumes, en particulier des oignons, avec une partie de coupe (3) présentant plusieurs lames de coupe (2), et une pièce conjuguée (4), lesquelles peuvent pivoter l'une par rapport à l'autre, la partie de coupe (3) étant pressée contre la pièce conjuguée (4) lors de son pivotement pour couper le produit à couper, la pièce conjuguée (4) présentant un poinçon (5), qui, lors du pivotement, presse le produit à couper à travers les lames de coupe (2), les lames de coupe (2) plongeant dans des renfoncements correspondants (8) du poinçon (5), la partie de coupe (3) reposant sur la pièce conjuguée (4) dans la position enfoncée des lames de coupe (2), la pièce conjuguée (4) présentant sur son côté opposé à la partie de coupe (3) une surface de support (9) qui, dans la position d'utilisation du dispositif vient reposer sous la partie de coupe (3), caractérisé en ce que pour recevoir le produit à couper coupé sur la partie de coupe (3) sur son côté opposé à la pièce conjuguée (4), un récipient (6) est disposé de manière détachable au moyen d'une connexion par emboîtement à baïonnette (7), le récipient (6) étant tourné vers le haut avec son fond (11), s'appliquant avec sa bordure d'ouverture dans la région entourant les lames de coupe (2) contre la partie de coupe (3), et la partie associée au récipient (6) de la connexion par emboîtement à baïonnette (7) étant formée par des saillies du récipient (6) saillant latéralement vers l'extérieur au niveau de la bordure de l'ouverture.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (6) est maintenu fixement sur la partie de coupe (3) pendant le mouvement de pivotement.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la partie de coupe (3) présente une surface de support renfoncée par rapport à son côté supérieur pour la bordure de l'ouverture du récipient (6).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (6) se compose de matériau transparent.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon (5) est disposé de manière détachable sur la pièce conjuguée (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon (5) est maintenu au moyen d'une connexion par encliquetage (12) de manière détachable sur la pièce conjuguée (4).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon (5) est disposé sur la pièce conjuguée (4) de manière imperdable au moyen d'éléments de fixation, de sorte que le poinçon (5) soit fixé lors de la coupe du produit à couper sur la pièce conjuguée (4) à l'encontre de la pression appliquée sur le produit à couper.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les éléments de fixation présentent au moins un moyen de serrage (16) pouvant être fixé avec des vis (15) ou des moyens de fixation similaires sur la pièce conjuguée (4) ou sur le poinçon (5).

- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la profondeur du poinçon (5) est supérieure à la hauteur des lames de coupe (2).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la partie de coupe (3) et la pièce conjuguée (4) sont connectées l'une à l'autre de manière détachable.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce conjuguée (4) et la partie de coupe (3) sont réalisées en forme de planche.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lames de coupe (2) sont maintenues dans un cadre (13) disposé de manière détachable sur la partie de coupe (3).
