Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour le broyage de denrées alimentaires avec une partie de base (3), qui présente un logement pour une partie de coupe (6) et à laquelle une partie d'actionnement (4) peut être attachée de façon articulée, de telle manière que la partie d'actionnement (4) puisse pivoter contre la partie de coupe (6) pour y enfoncer la matière de denrée alimentaire à broyer (20), caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un rabot de denrée alimentaire (5), qui peut être ou qui est attaché de façon articulée à la partie de base (3) en remplacement de la partie d'actionnement (4) ou en plus de la partie d'actionnement (4).
  2. Dispositif (1) pour le broyage de denrées alimentaires avec une partie de base (3), qui présente un logement pour une partie de coupe (6) et qui peut être attachée de façon articulée à la partie d'actionnement (4), de telle manière que la partie d'actionnement (4) puisse pivoter contre la partie de coupe (6) pour y enfoncer la matière de denrée alimentaire à broyer (20), caractérisé en ce que la partie d'actionnement (4) présente un support (8), auquel au moins un poinçon de presse (7) - de préférence de nouveau amovible - peut être ou est attaché, dans lequel un rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) forme le support (8) ou présente le support (8).
  3. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que
    a. d'une part la partie de base (3) présente au moins une tête d'articulation (10) et la partie d'actionnement (4) et/ou d'autre part le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) présente un logement d'articulation correspondant (11) pour la formation de la liaison articulée, ou
    b. d'une part la partie d'actionnement (4) et/ou le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) présente au moins une tête d'articulation (11) et d'autre part la partie de base (3) présente un logement d'articulation correspondant (11) pour la formation de la liaison articulée.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la liaison articulée est réalisée de telle manière que la partie d'actionnement (4) ou le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) puisse, au moins dans une position de pivotement prédéterminée, être séparé(e) de la partie de base (3), en particulier sans outil et/ou exclusivement par dissociation de la partie d'actionnement (4) et de la partie de base (3), et/ou
    b. la liaison articulée est réalisée de telle manière que la partie d'actionnement (4) ou le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) puisse, exclusivement dans une position de pivotement prédéterminée ou dans une plage de positions de pivotement prédéterminée, être séparé (e) de la partie de base (3), en particulier sans outil et/ou exclusivement par dissociation de la partie d'actionnement (4) et de la partie de base (3).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la position de pivotement prédéterminée est créée par un angle entre le plan de la partie de base (3) et le plan de la partie d'actionnement (4) compris dans la plage de 80° à 100°, en particulier de 90°, et/ou
    b. la plage de positions de pivotement prédéterminée présente une plage angulaire entre le plan de la partie de base (3) et le plan de la partie d'actionnement (4) de 70° à 110°, en particulier de 80° à 100°, et particulièrement de 85° à 95°.
  6. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le logement d'articulation (11) présente une ouverture radiale, à travers laquelle la tête d'articulation (10) peut être retirée du ou introduite dans le logement d'articulation (11) en direction radiale et/ou
    b. le logement d'articulation (11) présente une ouverture, à travers laquelle la tête d'articulation peut être retirée du ou introduite dans le logement d'articulation (11) le long d'une direction différente de la direction de l'axe de pivotement de la liaison articulée.
  7. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la tête d'articulation (10) en section transversale n'est pas ronde, en particulier est carrée, et/ou en ce que la liaison articulée est réalisée en forme d'articulation à charnière.
  8. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif (1) présente au moins un dispositif d'entraînement, en particulier un entraînement à ressort, pour soutenir ou accomplir le mouvement de pivotement de la partie d'actionnement (4) et/ou du rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) d'une position fermée à une position de chargement et/ou d'une position de chargement à une position fermée.
  9. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'entraînement peut être au choix enclenché ou déclenché et/ou en ce que la force de soutien du dispositif d'entraînement est réglable.
  10. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la partie de base (3) présente une ouverture de passage (19) pour la matière de denrée alimentaire broyée (20) et/ou le logement (16) pour la partie de coupe (6) présente une ouverture de passage (19) pour la matière de denrée alimentaire (20) broyée avec le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5), lorsqu'aucune partie de coupe (6) n'est introduite dans le logement (16), et/ou
    b. plusieurs parties de coupe (14, 15) peuvent être introduites simultanément dans le logement (16) et/ou des parties de coupe (14, 15) de grandeur différente peuvent être introduites dans le logement (16).
  11. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) présente au moins un élément de commande, avec lequel une épaisseur de coupe et/ou un motif de coupe peuvent être réglés et/ou
    b. le rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) présente au moins un élément de commande, avec lequel une épaisseur de coupe et/ou un motif de coupe peuvent être réglés, dans lequel ledit au moins un élément de commande est disposé sur le côté du rabot de denrée alimentaire (5) situé à l'opposé du côté de coupe du rabot de denrée alimentaire (5).
  12. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le dispositif (1) est conçu pour être installé sur une surface de travail pour une opération de broyage et/ou le dispositif (1) présente un pied pour l'installation sur une surface de travail et/ou
    b. le dispositif (1) est réalisé en forme de couvercle, qui peut être posé sur un récipient (18) - de préférence en recouvrant entièrement l'ouverture du récipient - et/ou peut être attaché à un récipient (18).
  13. Dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que
    a. la partie de base (3) est réalisée en forme de récipient (18) pour la matière de denrée alimentaire broyée (20) et/ou
    b. la partie de base (3) est réalisée en forme de pied pour l'installation du dispositif (1) sur une surface de travail ou présente un pied pour l'installation du dispositif (1) sur une surface de travail.
  14. Ustensile de cuisine avec un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, qui est réalisé en forme de couvercle, et avec un récipient (18), sur lequel le dispositif (1) est posé - de préférence en recouvrant entièrement l'ouverture du récipient - et/ou auquel le dispositif (1) est attaché d'une façon de nouveau amovible de préférence sans outil.
  15. Ustensile de cuisine selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que
    a. le récipient (18) est réalisé en forme de pied pour installer le dispositif (1) sur une surface de travail, et/ou
    b. l'ustensile de cuisine est réalisé de façon à être installé sur une surface de travail pour une opération de broyage.
