Claims (14)
- Dispositif pour la découpe d'aliments avec une partie de base (1), qui présente un logement (2) pour une partie coupante (3), et avec une partie d'actionnement (4), qui peut être fixée de façon articulée à la partie de base (1), de telle manière que la partie d'actionnement (4) puisse pivoter pour appuyer le produit à découper contre la partie coupante (3), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif présente au moins un outil de découpe (11) à la manière d'un taille-crayon, dans lequel l'outil de découpe (11) à la manière d'un taille-crayon peut être introduit dans le logement (2) ou dans lequel il se trouve une autre partie de base (1), qui présente l'outil de découpe (11) à la manière d'un taille-crayon et qui peut être assemblée à la partie d' actionnement (4) au lieu de la partie de base (1), ou dans lequel la partie d'actionnement (4) présente l'outil de découpe (11) à la manière d'un taille-crayon.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que:a. l'outil de découpe (11) peut être introduit dans le logement au lieu de la partie coupante (3), et/oub. l'outil de découpe (11) peut être introduit de façon ajustée dans le logement, et/ouc. l'outil de découpe (11) peut être introduit dans le logement en encliquetage avec le châssis.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que:a. l'outil de découpe (11) présente une plaque de maintien qui présente, au point de vue de la forme et de la grandeur, le même contour extérieur que la partie coupante (3), et/oub. l'outil de découpe (11) présente une plaque de maintien, dans laquelle on peut insérer au choix au moins un de plusieurs inserts de coupe différents (19), et/ouc. l'outil de coupe (11) présente une plaque de maintien, dans laquelle on peut insérer au choix au moins un de plusieurs inserts de coupe différents (19), dans lequel chaque insert de coupe (19) présente un espace de réception (14), en particulier conique, pour l'introduction d'un aliment, à la paroi duquel est disposée une lame de coupe (15), et/oud. l'outil de découpe (11) présente une plaque de maintien, dans laquelle on peut insérer au choix au moins un de plusieurs inserts de coupe différents (19), dans lequel chaque insert de coupe (19) présente un espace de réception (14), en particulier conique, pour l'introduction d'un aliment, dans lequel l'aliment peut tourner.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par un insert insérable dans le logement, en particulier de façon ajustée et/ou en encliquetage, qui présente aussi bien la partie coupante (3) que l'outil de découpe (11).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce quea. l'outil de découpe (11) présente un espace de réception (14), en particulier conique, pour l'introduction d'un aliment, à la paroi duquel est disposée une lame de coupe (15), et/oub. l'outil de découpe (11) présente un espace de réception (14), en particulier conique, pour l'introduction d'un aliment, dans lequel l'aliment peut tourner, et/ouc. l'outil de découpe (11) présente un espace de réception (14), en particulier conique, pour l'introduction d'un aliment, dans lequel l'aliment peut tourner ou à la paroi duquel est disposée une lame de coupe (15), dans lequel un tranchant de la lame de coupe (15) pénètre dans l'espace de réception (14) et/ou dans lequel la lame de coupe (15) est disposée de telle manière qu'elle découpe une tranche d'un aliment tournant dans l'espace de réception (14).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce quea. l'outil de découpe (11) découpe une tranche ayant une première épaisseur d'un aliment tournant dans le sens horaire dans l'espace de réception (14), et l'outil de découpe (11) découpe une tranche ayant une deuxième épaisseur, qui est différente de la première épaisseur, d'un aliment tournant dans le sens antihoraire dans l'espace de réception (14), et/oub. l'outil de découpe (11) est configuré de telle manière que des tranches d'épaisseur différente puissent être découpées en fonction du sens de rotation.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce quea. l'outil de découpe (11) est configuré de façon à découper simultanément plusieurs torsades en forme de spirale d'un aliment, et/oub. l'outil de découpe (11) présente un dispositif de coupe, qui divise la tranche à découper ou la tranche déjà découpée en plusieurs bandes parallèles les unes aux autres, et/ouc. l'outil de découpe (11) présente une lame de coupe (15), qui découpe une tranche du produit à découper, et un dispositif de coupe, qui comporte d'autres lames de coupe (15) disposées perpendiculairement à la lame de coupe (15).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce quea. le dispositif présente au moins un autre outil de découpe (13) présentant les caractéristiques additionnelles d'une des revendications 2 à 11, oub. le dispositif présente au moins un autre outil de découpe (13) présentant les caractéristiques additionnelles d'une des revendications 2 à 11, dans lequel l'autre outil de découpe (13) présente une autre grandeur que l'outil de découpe (11), et/ou l'espace de réception (14) de l'autre outil de découpe (13) présente une autre conicité que l'espace de réception (14) de l'outil de découpe (11).

- Système de découpe d'aliment, comprenant un dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 3 à 10 et comprenant une partie de maintien (28) avec une ouverture de distribution et avec un logement d'insert de coupe (29), dans lequel on peut fixer au choix un des inserts de coupe (19), d'une façon séparable en particulier sans outil.
- Système de découpe d'aliment selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce quea. la partie de maintien (28) présente une partie de poignée (26), et/oub. la partie de maintien (28) est réalisée de façon à être maintenue dans une main, en particulier exclusivement dans une main, et/ouc. la partie de maintien (28) est réalisée de façon à être, lors de son utilisation, maintenue exclusivement dans une main de telle manière que l'utilisateur puisse faire tourner avec son autre main le produit à découper par rapport à l'insert de coupe (19), et/oud. la partie de maintien (28) est réalisée en forme de cylindre circulaire, et/oue. la partie de maintien (28) est réalisée sous forme allongée, et/ouf. la partie de maintien (28) est réalisée en forme de tube, et/oug. le logement d'insert de coupe (29) et l'ouverture de distribution sont disposés à des extrémités opposées de la partie de maintien (28).
