Claims (15)

  1. Dispositif pour couper des fruits et des légumes, en particulier des oignons, comportant un élément coupant (3) présentant plusieurs lames (2) et un pendant (4) qui sont disposés de manière pivotante l'un par rapport à l'autre, l'élément coupant (3) étant appuyé contre le pendant (4) pour couper l'aliment à découper (1) lors du pivotement, et le pendant (4) présentant un poinçon (5) qui appuie sur l'aliment à découper (1) afin de le faire passer au travers des lames (2) lors du pivotement, dans lequel les lames (2) s'enfoncent dans des renfoncements (8) correspondants du poinçon (5) qui, dans la position enfoncée des lames (2), applique l'élément coupant (3) sur le pendant (4), le pendant (4) présentant une surface de contact (9) sur son côté opposé à l'élément coupant (3), laquelle, en position d'utilisation du dispositif, parvient en dessous de l'élément coupant (3), caractérisé en ce que, pour recevoir l'aliment (1) découpé sur l'élément coupant (3), sur son côté opposé au pendant (4), un récipient (6) est disposé de manière amovible, lequel est constitué d'un matériau transparent, le récipient (6) ayant son fond (11) orienté vers le haut et reposant, avec le pourtour de son ouverture, sur l'élément coupant (3) dans la zone qui entoure les lames (2) et, pendant le mouvement pivotant, étant maintenu fermement sur l'élément coupant (3).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (6) est maintenu de manière amovible sur l'élément coupant (3) à l'aide d'une fermeture à baïonnette (7).
  3. Dispositif selon 1a revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (6) est maintenu de manière amovible sur l'élément coupant (3) à l'aide d'une fermeture à vis.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le récipient (6) est maintenu de manière amovible sur l'élément coupant (3) à l'aide d'une liaison par encliquetage.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon (5) est disposé de manière amovible sur le pendant (4).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon (5) est maintenu de manière amovible sur le pendant (4) à l'aide d'une liaison par encliquetage (12).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le poinçon (5) est disposé de manière imperdable sur le pendant (4) à l'aide d'éléments de fixation, de telle sorte que le poinçon (5), lors de la découpe de l'aliment à découper (1), est maintenu sur le pendant (4) à l'encontre de la pression exercée pendant un certain temps sur l'aliment à découper (1).

  13. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pendant (4) présente une surface de contact (9) sur son côté opposé à l'élément coupant (3).
  14. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le pendant (4) et l'élément coupant (3) sont configurés sous la forme de planches.
  15. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les lames (2) sont maintenues dans un bâti (13) disposé de manière amovible sur l'élément coupant (3).
