Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Schirm mit gebogenem Standrohr (1), Schieber (2), Schieberkrone (3), Krone (4), verschieden lange gekrümmte Spannstreben (5), gekrümmte Öffnungsstreben (6), asymmetrische Bespannung (7) und Öffnerbespannung (8) welche sich dadurch auszeichnet, dass der Schieber (2), die Spannstreben (5) und asymmetrische Bespannung (7) in der Schieberkrone (3) zusammengefasst sind und als Einheit am Standrohr (1) auf und ab gleiten, wobei die ein- oder ausschwingenden Öffnerstreben (6) einerseits am oberen Ende des Standrohres in der feststehenden Krone (4) und andererseits an den verschieden langen Spannstreben (5) befestigt sind.

Description

  • Es wird ein Schirm, bevorzugt zur Verwendung als Schattenspender, beschrieben. Die Erfindung ist jedoch prinzipiell auf alle Arten von Schirmen anwendbar und ist nicht ausschließlich auf die dargestellte Art eingeschränkt. Bei den meisten bisher verwendeten Schirmen ist die von unten öffnende und nach unten schließende Glocke mit vielen Variationen der Stand der Technik.
  • Ein hauptsächlicher Nachteil ist der Umstand, dass sich beim Öffnen oder Schließen der Schirmrand mit den Enden der Spannstreben immer unter dem Oberkörperniveau der bedienenden Person befindet. Die bedienende Person muss sich daher beim Öffnen und Schließen außerhalb des Schwingradius des Schirmrandes begeben. Erst nach einem bestimmten Öffnungs- oder Schließwinkel kann die Bedienung innerhalb oder außerhalb der Schirmglocke zum Ende des Öffnungs-oder Schließvorganges durchgeführt werden.
  • Außerdem wird bei diesem Ablauf durch die beim Öffnen schwerer werdende Schirmglocke (über Hebel der Öffnerstreben auf Spannstreben), der ohnehin schon kräfteraubenden Spannung des Bespannstoffes, noch ein zusätzlicher Kraftaufwand hinzugefügt.
    Der sich öffnende oder schließende Schirm benötigt mit seinen Aussenkanten einen großen Bewegungsradius und kann dadurch zu einem störenden Faktor für bedienende wie passive Personen und Gegenständen sein.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung stellt sich daher die Aufgabe, die bekannten Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu vermeiden.
  • Um die Nachteile des Standes der Technik zu vermeiden wird die Aufgabe dadurch gelöst, indem die Schieberkrone 3, die verschieden langen gekrümmten Spannstreben 5 und die asymmetrische Bespannung 7 im Schieber 2 zusammengefasst sind und als Einheit am gebogenen Standrohr 1 auf und ab gleiten.
    Die ein-oder ausschwingenden gekrümmten Öffnerstreben 6 sind dagegen einerseits am oberen Ende des Standrohres in der feststehenden Krone 4 und andererseits an den Spannstreben 5 befestigt.
  • Der besondere Vorteil des erfindungsgemäßen Schirmes liegt darin, dass das Standrohr 1 gebogen ist und die Spannstreben 5 verschiedene Längen aufweisen um eine asymmetrische Schirmform zu erhalten. Durch die gebogene Stange wird bewirkt dass der größtmögliche Schatten (bei dem meist schräg einfallenden Sonnenstrahlen) auf den Platz direkt neben dem Aufstellort des Schirmes fällt. Durch die asymmetrische Anordung der Schirmfläche wird der tiefer gelegene Teil des Schirms beim Sitzen oder beim Durchgehen unter dem Schirm nicht zur Behinderung. Ausserdem befindet sich der Schirmrand mit den Spannstrebenenden immer oberhalb der bedienenden Person, wodurch Personen oder Sachbeschädigung durch die Spitzen der Spannstreben oder der Bespannung selbst während des Öffnens oder Schließens des Schirmes ausgeschlossen sind.
    Die bedienende Person verbleibt während des gesamten Aufspann- oder Schließvorganges in einer möglichst bequemen Haltung direkt beim gebogenen Standrohr.
    Außerdem wird bei diesem erfindungsgemäßen Schirm der Aufspannvorgang dadurch erleichtert, indem die Spannstreben zentral und direkt über die Schieberkrone geöffnet werden und das zunehmende Gewicht der Spannstreben und der Bespannung ab dem Gelenk auswärts durch die unterstützende Hebelwirkung der Öffnerstreben dem Kraftaufwand des Aufspannens zu Hilfe kommt.
  • Der sich öffnende oder schließende erfindungsgemäße Schirm benötigt mit seinen Aussenkanten keinen ausschwingenden Bewegungsradius und ist für die bedienende Person und andere umstehende oder sitzende Personen wie auch Gegenständen kein störender Faktor.
    Weiters ist es sinnvoll, die Öffnerstreben 6 mit einer zusätzlichen Bespannung 8 zu versehen, was eine weitere Absorbierung der Wärmestrahlung durch den Luftzwischenraum bewirkt. Von oben ist dadurch der Blick auf das aussenliegende Gestänge verdeckt. Diese zusätzliche, eventuell andersfärbige Bespannung ist gemeinsam mit der Hauptbespannung eine weitere nutzbare Werbefläche.
    Die Bespannung 7 sollte nicht ganz bis zur Schieberkrone reichen sondern eine Öffnung ermöglichen damit bei geschlossenem Schirm eventuelles Regenwasser abfliessen kann.
    Um aber ein gänzliches Schließen des Schirmes zu ermöglichen ist es notwendig die Spannstreben 5 und die Öffnerstreben 6 mit dem gleichen Krümmungsradius wie das Standrohr 1 zu fertigen.
  • Die Erfindung wird nachstehend anhand der Figuren näher erläutert.
    In den Zeichnungen ist der erfindungsgemäße Schirm beispielsweise mit einer symbolischen Bedienungsperson dargestellt.
    Es versteht sich von selbst dass die bisher verwendeten Knickvorrichtungen genauso anwendbar sind.
    Gemäß dem dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiels wird verdeutlicht, dass sich der Schirmrand mit den Spannstrebenenden immer oberhalb der bedienenden Person befindet, wodurch Personen oder Sachbeschädigung durch die Spitzen der Spannstreben 5 oder der asymmetrischen Bespannung 7 selbst während des Öffnens oder Schließens des Schirmes ausgeschlossen sind.
  • Die bedienende Person verbleibt während des gesamtem Aufspann-oder Schließvorganges in einer möglichst bequemen Haltung direkt beim gebogenen Standrohr 1.
    Durch die asymmetrische Ausführung der verschieden langen Spannstreben 5 mit der Bespannung 7 Fig. 3 und dem gebogenen Standrohr 1 welche eine hochgestellte Schirmfläche mit geringerem Platzbedarf bewirkt ist durch die Schrägstellung eine große Schattenfläche gewährleistet.
    Die Figur 1 zeigt nach Anspruch 3 dass die Spannstreben 5 und die Öffnerstreben 6 den gleichen Krümmungsradius wie das gebogene Standrohr aufweisen um ein gänzliches Schließen des Schirmes zu ermöglichen.
    Die Figuren 1-3 zeigen nach Anspruch 4 , dass die Doppelbespannung 8 auf den Öffnerstreben 6 eine sinnvolle Ergänzung für eine verbesserte Wärmeisolierung gegenüber einfach bespannten Modellen aufweist. Ausserdem ist der Blick auf die oft nicht attraktiven Öffner- und Spannsteben 6+5 verdeckt.
    Dass durch diese 2. Bespannung eine weitere Werbefläche oder Designeffekt entsteht ist ein weiterer zusätzlicher Vorteil.
    Die Vorrichtung in Fig.4 zeigt, dass die Öffnerstreben 6 verschiebbar an den Spannstreben 5 befestigt sind um den Längenunterschied, welcher aus dem gebogenen Standrohr resultiert, auszugleichen.
    Die Fig.5 zeigt, dass bei geringem Platzangebot auch große Sonnenschirme möglich sind (z.B. Balkone).
    Bei mehreren Schirmen in Gastgärten ist eine schuppenförmige Aufstellung möglich, die durch das leichtere Entweichen der erhitzten Luft eine angenehmere Atmosphäre schaffen. Fig.6
    Sollte es regnen ist ein kontrollierter Wasserablauf auf der tiefer gelegenen Seite gegeben.
    Eine geringere Angriffsfläche für Wind von unten durch eine nach oben geöffnete Glocke (kein Fallschirmeffekt) lässt den Schirm wesentlich weniger leicht hochfliegen und durch in der Gegend herumwirbeln. Fig.7

Claims (4)

  1. Schirm, bevorzugt zur Schattenspendung, mit Standrohr (1), Schieber (2), Schieberkrone (3), Krone (4), gekrümmten Spannstreben (5), gekrümmten Öffnungsstreben (6) und asymmetrischer Bespannung (7), wobei die Schieberkrone (3), die Spannstreben (5) und Bespannung (7) im Schieber (2) zusammengefasst sind und als Einheit am Standrohr (1) auf und ab gleiten, die ein- oder ausschwingenden Öffnerstreben (6) einerseits am oberen Ende des Standrohres in der feststehenden Krone (4) und andererseits an den Spannstreben (5) befestigt sind, dadurch gekennnzeichnet, daß das Standrohr gebogen und die Spannstreben (5) verschiedene Längen aufweisen und dadurch eine asymmetrische Schirmfläche ergeben.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnerstreben (6) verschiebbar an den Spannstreben (5) befestigt sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet , dass die verschieden langen Spannstreben (5) und die Öffnerstreben (6) in der gleichen Krümmung wie das Standrohr (1) gefertigt werden um ein gänzliches Schliessen des Schirmes zu ermöglichen.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die obenliegenden Öffnerstreben (6) mit einer zusätzlichen Bespannung (8) versehen sind.
