Abstract

L'invention concerne un article moulé par injection décoré, composé d'au moins un matériau plastique moulé et d'au moins un élément de décoration relié fixement de façon mécanique audit matériau. L'élément de décoration présente une ou plusieurs couches et un décor et/ou une couche de protection, ainsi qu'au moins un joint de moulage formé lors du processus de moulage par injection dans la zone de fermeture du moule ou dans la zone de transition entre au moins deux éléments individuels du moule, sur le matériau plastique moulé. Le ou les éléments de décoration ne recouvrent que partiellement une zone de surface du matériau plastique, délimitée par un joint de moulage s'étendant de façon annulaire sur le matériau plastique, et l'élément de décoration comporte au moins une couche de vernis de protection (4) et/ou au moins une couche de décoration (5), ainsi qu'au moins une couche de base (6) adjacente à la couche de vernis de protection ou de décoration, ramollissant à une température de moulage par injection du matériau plastique, ladite couche de base étant par ailleurs reliée au matériau plastique. L'invention concerne également une couche de transfert dans le moule ainsi qu'un procédé de fabrication de tel article moulé par injection.
