本发明公开了一种注塑工艺,包括下列步骤:(1)在热转印网布上使用热转印涂料印刷需要的图案,印刷完成后固化干燥;(2)将热转印网布放置在模具内层需要转印的位置;(3)将模具加热,在模具内腔内注入蒸汽,注满后保持压力并将注入蒸汽的注入口封闭。本发明的方法能够达到一次性完成多色产品的成型和着色的效果,而且有几个颜色都不会增加产品的成本,大大提高了工作效率;其制成品的表面光泽度好于通过现有的注塑生产工艺生产的成品,光泽度达到94度以上,减少了产品喷涂的步骤,进一步节省了生产成本,提高了经济效益。

本发明涉及一种注塑工艺,属于化工生产领域。
背景技术
注塑机是一种能一次成型外型复杂、尺寸精确或带有金属嵌件的质地密致的塑料制品的机器,被广泛应用于国防、机电、汽车、交通运输、建材、包装、农业、文教卫生等各个领域以及人们日常生活之中。注射成型工艺对各种塑料的加工具有良好的适应性,生产能力较高,并易于实现自动化。在塑料工业迅速发展的今天,注塑机不论在数量上或品种上都占有重要地位,从而成为目前塑料机械中增长最快,生产数量最多的机种之一。而现有注塑机却只能生产半成品,然后再根据产品要求进行的着色,并且只能一次加一个色,造成生产成本高,工作效率低。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明所要解决的技术问题是,提供一种注塑工艺,可一次性做成着色产品,节约成本,提高工作效率,并且有效的提高了成品表面的光泽度。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采取的技术方案是,一种注塑工艺,包括下列步骤:
(1)在热转印网布上使用热转印涂料印刷需要的图案,印刷完成后固化干燥;
(2)将热转印网布放置在模具内层需要转印的位置;
(3)将模具加热,在模具内腔内注入蒸汽,注满后保持压力并将注入蒸汽的注入口封闭;
(4)加热的同时,在模具中同时注入两种不同物质热熔后的熔浆流,一种为ABS塑料,一种为PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯);
(5)将ABS塑料和PMMA注满后,保持住压力并且停止对模具的加热,加热时间为10分钟;
(6)将模具冷却,温度降至70摄氏度时开模,取出成品。
优化的,上述注塑工艺,所述步骤(1)中的固化干燥的温度为82摄氏度,干燥时间小于50分钟。
优化的,上述注塑工艺,所述步骤(4)中ABS塑料和PMMA的熔浆流的温度分别为300摄氏度和350摄氏度。
优化的,上述注塑工艺,所述步骤(4)中ABS塑料和PMMA的重量比为1∶1。
本发明的方法能够达到一次性完成多色产品的成型和着色的效果,而且有几个颜色都不会增加产品的成本,大大提高了工作效率;其制成品的表面光泽度好于通过现有的注塑生产工艺生产的成品,光泽度达到94度以上,减少了产品喷涂的步骤,进一步节省了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
具体实施方式
本发明为一种注塑工艺,包括下列步骤:

(4)加热的同时,在模具中同时注入两种不同物质热熔后的熔浆流,一种为ABS塑料,一种为PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯);
(5)将ABS塑料和PMMA注满后,保持住压力并且停止对模具的加热,加热时间为10分钟;
(6)将模具冷却,温度降至70摄氏度时开模,取出成品。
步骤(1)中的固化干燥的温度为82摄氏度,干燥时间小于50分钟。

Claims (4)

1.一种注塑工艺,包括下列步骤:
(1)在热转印网布上使用热转印涂料印刷需要的图案,印刷完成后固化干燥;
(2)将热转印网布放置在模具内层需要转印的位置;
(3)将模具加热,在模具内腔内注入蒸汽,注满后保持压力并将注入蒸汽的注入口封闭;
(4)加热的同时,在模具中同时注入两种不同物质热熔后的熔浆流,一种为ABS塑料,一种为PMMA(聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯);
(5)将ABS塑料和PMMA注满后,保持住压力并且停止对模具的加热,加热时间为10分钟;
(6)将模具冷却,温度降至70摄氏度时开模,取出成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中的固化干燥的温度为82摄氏度,干燥时间小于50分钟。
3.根据权利要求1所述的注塑工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中ABS塑料和PMMA的熔浆流的温度分别为300摄氏度和350摄氏度。
