Claims (6)

  1. Récipient d'emballage flexible en matière plastique, dans lequel une zone (4) présentant une paroi intérieure et une paroi extérieure est formée par un chevauchement entre les deux bords extérieurs (2, 3) d'une feuille servant à la fabrication du récipient d'emballage et au moyen de lignes de joint soudées ou collées (7, 9, 10), des ouvertures (12) permettant à un gaz de sortir de l'intérieur du récipient dans la zone (4) entre la paroi intérieure et la paroi extérieure étant prévues dans la paroi intérieure, caractérisé en ce que les lignes de joint soudées resp. collées transversales (9, 10) entourant la zone (4) sont exécutées, au moins dans une zone partielle, de manière à ce qu'une sortie contrôlée d'un gaz soit garantie pour réduire une surpression apparue pendant ou après le remplissage.
  2. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les ouvertures (12) sont des perforations.
  3. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le récipient d'emballage (1) est un tube FFS, un sac en bloc, un sac à plis latéraux et/ou plat ouvert, un sac à valve (collé et soudé) ou sac à fond croisé, notamment un tube FFS.
  4. Récipient d'emballage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la zone (4) présentant une paroi intérieure et une paroi extérieure est formée par un chevauchement entre les deux bords extérieurs (2, 3) d'une feuille plate servant à la fabrication du récipient d'emballage.
  5. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de joint soudée resp. collée (9, 10) est affaiblie par une application, sur un côté ou plusieurs côtés, sur toute la surface ou une partie de la surface, d'un milieu de séparation (11) sur la matière plastique avant la soudure resp. le collage et permet par ce moyen la sortie d'un gaz.
  6. Récipient d'emballage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la ligne de joint soudée resp. collée (9, 10) est affaiblie par un traitement Corona (11') de la matière plastique, sur un côté ou plusieurs côtés, sur toute la surface ou une partie de la surface, avant la soudure resp. le collage et permet par ce moyen la sortie d'un gaz.
