Claims (19)
- Schutzvorrichtung mit einem Schutzleisten aufweisenden Rahmen zum Halten einer Druckschablone in einer Ebene und mit Verbindungsmitteln zur Befestigung an einem Schablonenspannrahmen, wobei die Schutzleisten die Druckschablone über deren Umfang den Rand der Druckschablone abdeckend aufnehmen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeweils benachbarte Schutzleisten (3) den Rahmen (1) bildend mit jeweils einem ihrer Endbereiche (4, 5) eine Relativbewegung gegeneinander zulassend aneinander abgestützt sind.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen benachbarten Schutzleisten (3) jeweils ein Führungselement (10; 64; 72) angeordnet ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (10) scheibenförmig ausgebildet ist und jeweils in eine korrespondierende Nut (11) in den angrenzenden Endbereichen (4, 5) der benachbarten Schutzleisten (3) eingreift.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (10) eine bikonvexe Form aufweist und dass die korrespondierenden Nuten (11) einen konkaven Nutgrund (12) aufweisen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (64) als Bolzen (65) ausgebildet ist und jeweils in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (66, 67) in den angrenzenden Endbereichen (4, 5) der benachbarten Schutzleisten (3, 3') eingreift und dass der Bolzen (65) in zumindest einer der Ausnehmungen (66, 67) mit bezogen auf die Bolzenachse (70) Axialspiel (68, 69) und Radialspiel (71) angeordnet ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Führungselement (72) als Winkel (73) ausgebildet ist und jeweils in eine korrespondierende Ausnehmung (76, 77) in den angrenzenden Endbereichen (4, 5) der benachbarten Schutzleisten (3, 3') eingreift und dass zumindest ein Winkelschenkel (74, 75) des Winkels (73) in der korrespondierenden Ausnehmung (76, 77) mit bezogen auf die Achse (82, 83) des Winkelschenkels (74, 75) Axialspiel und Radialspiel angeordnet ist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rahmen (1) vier ein Rechteck bildende Schutzleisten (3) aufweist.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzleisten (3) jeweils zumindest einen sich senkrecht zur Rahmenebene erstreckenden Haltebolzen (18; 23; 55) zum Durchgreifen jeweils einer korrespondierenden Ausnehmung (19) in der Druckschablone (16) aufweisen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltebolzen (18) einen plastisch verformbaren Werkstoff aufweisen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 8 und 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltebolzen (23) an ihrem die Druckschablone (16) durchgreifbaren Ende (25) eine radiale Rillenstruktur (26) aufweisen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Haltebolzen (18) an ihrem die Druckschablone (16) durchgreifbaren Ende (20) eine axiale Ausnehmung (21) aufweisen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schutzleisten (3) jeweils zumindest einen sich senkrecht zu der Rahmenebene erstreckenden Positionierstift (62) zum Durchgreifen jeweils einer korrespondierenden Positionierausnehmung (63) in der Druckschablone (16) aufweisen.
- Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zumindest eine der Schutzleisten (3) im Querschnitt U-förmig ausgebildet ist und dass der Rand der Druckschablone zwischen den Schenkeln (85, 86) des U aufnehmbar ist.
- Schablonenspannrahmen zum Aufspannen einer in einer Schutzvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche gehaltenen Druckschablone, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Sitz (31) zur Aufnahme der Schutzvorrichtung (2) und eine Verbindungseinrichtung (32) zur Befestigung der Schutzvorrichtung (2) vorgesehen ist.
- Schablonenspannrahmen nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (31) einen Anschlag (35) senkrecht zur Rahmenebene der Schutzvorrichtung (2) und einen Anschlag (36) parallel zur Rahmenebene der Schutzvorrichtung (2) aufweist.
- Schablonenspannrahmen nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 14 und 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Sitz (31) eine optische Markierung (37) zur Anzeige einer vollständigen Aufnahme der Schutzvorrichtung (2) aufweist.
- Schablonenspannrahmen nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (32) eine Ausnehmung (40) zum verrastenden Eingriff eines Verbindungsstiftes (42) der Schutzvorrichtung (2) aufweist.
- Schablonenspannrahmen nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausnehmung (40) einen in eine Umfangsnut (43) des Verbindungsstiftes (42) eingreifbaren O-Ring (41) aufweist.
- Schablonenspannrahmen nach zumindest einem der Ansprüche 14 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Verbindungseinrichtung (32) ein die Schutzvorrichtung (2) in einer ersten Schiebestellung freigebendes und in einer zweiten Schiebestellung mit dem Schablonenspannrahmen (30) formschlüssig verbindendes Schiebeelement (46) aufweist.
