Claims (15)
- Gleiterbauteil für eine oder in einer Feststellvorrichtung, um einen (gewünschten) Öffnungswinkel eines Flügels (2) von Fenstern oder Türen mit einem, durch einen Handgriff (4) in wenigstens zwei Stellungen bewegbaren, in einer Beschlagsnut des Flügelrahmens (2) verdeckt angeordneten Betätigungsgestänge (5) einzustellen, das Bauteil bestehend auseinem in einer Führungsschiene (15) gleitend verschiebbarem Rumpfabschnitt (40), der zwischen einem Stangenabschnitt (11a,11b,11 ab) und den beiden Randflanschen (15a,15b) der Führungsschiene anbringbar ist und mit dem einen Ende eines Lenkers (70) gekoppelt werden kann, dessen anderes Ende im Abstand von der Flügelachse (3) an einem Blendrahmen anlenkbar ist;
beim Aufgleiten der Ausformungen auf die Bodenstege das Gleiterbauteil mit seinen Schulterflächen (41,42) an den Randflanschen (15a,15b) der Führungsschiene festsitzt. - Gleiterbauteil oder Feststellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Randflansche (15a,15b) an ihrer Unterseite eine oder mehrere in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene verlaufende Längsstege (15a',15b') aufweisen.
- Gleiterbauteil oder Feststellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei die Schulterflächen (41,42) durch in Längsrichtung der Führungsschiene (15) orientierte Profilierungen, wie Kerben, gebildet sind.
- Gleiterbauteil oder Feststellvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei wenigstens der untere, mit dem Stangenabschnitt zusammenwirkende Bereich oder Abschnitt des Gleiterbauteils aus eineminsbesondere verschleißfesten - Kunststoff besteht.
- Bauteil nach Anspruch 1 oder 4, wobei das Gleitstück zweiteilig ausgebildet ist und der obere, die profilierten Schulterflächen aufweisende Abschnitt aus Metall besteht und formschlüssig und über einen beide Abschnitte durchgreifenden Anlenkzapfen (60,61) für den Lenker (70) mit dem unteren Kunststoffabschnitt verbunden ist.
- Feststellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei eine Betätigungsrichtung der Stange (11) in beiden Richtungen (von rechts nach links und umgekehrt) möglich ist.
- Feststellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei der Stangenabschnitt (11) einen ablängbaren Bereich (11 c) aufweist, zur Kopplung an eine Eckumlenkung insbesondere als randseitig zumindest abschnittsweise verzahntes Flachstück.
- Feststellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Führungsschiene (15) ein Profil ist (Boden, Randflansche), geeignet oder passend für eine Beschlagsnut ohne Nacharbeit.
- Feststellvorrichtung nach einem der voranstehenden Ansprüche, wobei ein Sattelbauteil (80) vorgesehen ist, welches zur Befestigung und Lastaufnahme der Führungsschiene (15) in einer Beschlagsnut dient.
- Gleiterbauteil aus bevorzugt Kunststoff oder einem plastisch verformbaren anderen Werkstoff, mit einer größeren Länge (I) als Breite (b), und für eine Anwendung im Beschlagsbereich bei einer Feststellvorrichtung oder einer Ausstellvorrichtung (6), insbesondere mit Verschiebezustand, Übergangsposition von Gleitposition zu Bremsposition und zumindest einer Bremsposition,(a) wobei der Gleiterbauteil einen Rumpf- oder Sockelabschnitt (40) aufweist und zwei in Längsrichtung verlaufende Kerben (41, 42), welche zueinander einen Abstand (b1) aufweisen;(b) wobei der Abstand (b1) von einem Stegabschnitt (40a) eingenommen wird, der sich über ein Mehrfaches seiner Breite (b1) in Axialrichtung erstreckt.
- Gleiterbauteil nach Anspruch 10, wobei im wesentlichen in einer Mitte der axialen Erstreckung des Stegs eine Öffnung (50) für eine drehfähige Montage eines Lenkers vorgesehen ist.
- Gleiterbauteil nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Kerben im wesentlichen V-Form haben (41,42), insbesondere einer der Wände der V-Form stärker geneigt ist, als der andere Wandabschnitt derselben V-Kerbe.
- Gleiterbauteil nach Anspruch 10 oder 12, wobei die Kerben so angepasst sind, dass sie von einer C-förmigen Profilschiene mit keilförmig eingreifenden Stegen(15a',15b') geführt werden, zur verschiebbaren Fixierung des Gleiterbauteils.
- Gleiterbauteil nach Anspruch 10, wobei die Kerben über die ganze Länge (I) des Gleiterrumpfs oder Sockels (40) verlaufen.
- Gleiterbauteil nach Anspruch 10, wobei der Abstand (b1) größer ist als die maximale Breite der Kerben.
