Abstract
Description
Unter dem Begriff "unterschiedlichen Geometrien" kann z.B. die Ausbildung der Zahnform und dessen Anstellwinkel, wie auch z.B. die Zahndichte und der Abstand zwischen den Zahnreihen verstanden werden. Es sind jedoch noch weitere Unterscheidungsmöglichen denkbar, die hier nicht alle aufgeführt sind.

Es wäre auch denkbar, dass zur radialen Fixierung des jeweiligen Garniturelementes mehrere derartige Fortsätze 46, die über die Länge des Garniturelementes verteilt angeordnet sind, zu verwenden, wobei auf die seitliche Profilierung 39, 40, bzw. die seitliche formschlüssige Verbindung verzichtet wird.
Claims (18)
- Rundkamm für eine Kämmaschine mit einem Rundkammträger (3), welcher drehfest auf einer Welle (2) befestigt ist und auf welchem über einen Teilbereich seines Umfanges auf einem Grundkörper (4, GK) Zahngarnituren (5a - 5d, ZG) befestigt sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (GK) und die Zahngarnituren (ZG) einstückig sind und -in Drehrichtung (D) des Rundkammes (1) gesehen- aus wenigstens zwei aufeinander folgenden Garniturelementen (6a - 6e) besteht.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens bei einem der Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) die Zahnreihen (ZR) der Zahngarnituren (ZG) in einem Winkel (a, b) zur Drehrichtung (D) verlaufen.
- Rundkamm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Drehrichtung (D) gesehen - der Abstand (z) der Zahnspitzen in den Zahnreihen (ZR) der Zahngarnituren (ZG) des vorderen Garniturelementes (6a) grösser ist als derjenige mindestens eines der nachfolgenden Garniturelemente (6b - 6e).
- Rundkamm nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Drehrichtung (D) gesehen - wenigstens eines der Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) eine andere Länge als die übrigen Garniturelemente aufweist.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - entgegen der Drehrichtung (D) gesehen - die Länge der aufeinander folgenden Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) ansteigt.
- Rundkamm nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) auf dem Rundkammträger (3) über ein Verbindungsmittel (22, 28) befestigt sind.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel ein Klebstoff, eine Schweissung, Lötung oder ein anderweitiges, nicht näher bezeichnetes unlösbares Verbindungsmittel ist.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Verbindungsmittel wenigstens ein mechanisches Mittel (22) ist, das jeweils auf beiden Längsseiten (F) des jeweiligen Garniturelements (6a - 6e) in eine Ausnehmung (18, 20) des Rundkammträgers (3) und des Garniturelements hineinragt.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) auf der, den Zahnreihen (ZR) gegenüberliegenden Seite mit Fortsätzen (24) versehen sind, welche mit entsprechend ausgebildeten Ausnehmungen (25) im Rundkammträger (3) einen Formschluss bilden.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungselemente (28) vorgesehen sind, welche die Fortsätze (24) in den Ausnehmungen (25) fixieren.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) auf der, den Zahnreihen (ZR) gegenüberliegenden Seite wenigstens eine in ihrer Längsrichtung verlaufende Nut (32) aufweisen, in welche formschlüssig ein Nutenstein (34) eingreift, der über Befestigungsmittel (28) mit dem Rundkammträger (3) fixierbar ist.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Nut (32) schwalbenschwanzförmig ausgebildet ist.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rundkammträger (3) über den Bereich der Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) jeweils im Anschluss an deren beiden äusseren Enden (E) mit Flanschen (38) versehen ist, wobei die Seite (39) des Flansches, welche am betreffenden Ende (40) des Garniturelementes axial anliegt in radialer Richtung des Rundkammes (1) eine formschlüssige Verbindung mit dem entsprechend geformten Ende (40) des Garniturelementes bildet.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) auf der, den Zahnreihen (ZR) gegenüberliegenden Seite (12) - in radialer Richtung - mit dem Rundkammträger (3) wenigstens eine formschlüssige Verbindung bildet.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zusätzlich - in radialer Richtung - wenigstens eine formschlüssige Verbindung zwischen dem Rundkammträger (3) und der, den Zahnreihen (ZR) gegenüberliegenden Seite (12) vorgesehen ist.
- Rundkamm nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Befestigungsmittel (43, 44) vorgesehen sind, um die Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) in der Drehrichtung (D) zu fixieren.
- Garniturelemente (6a - 6e) für einen Rundkamm (1) einer Kämmaschine mit Zahnreihen (ZR) einer Zahngarnitur (ZG) die auf einem Grundkörper (4, GK) angeordnet sind dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Grundkörper (GK) und die Zahnreihen (ZR) der Zahngarnitur (ZG) einstückig ausgebildet sind.
- Kämmsegment (10) für einen Rundkamm (1) einer Kämmaschine mit Garniturelementen (6a - 6e) gemäss Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kämmsegment (10) wenigstens zwei Garniturelemente (6a -6e) aufweist, die mit unterschiedlichen Geometrien der Zahngarnituren (ZG) versehen sind.
