Claims (7)
- Sägezahngarnitur (S) bestehend aus Sägezahnstanzteilen (1), die ein am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendes prismatisches Element (2) aufweisen, das durch Aneinanderreihen der Sägezahnstanzteile ein Halteelement zur Befestigung an einem Tragekörper (T) wird,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das außenliegende prismatische Element (2) der Sägezahnstanzteile (1) eine in axialer Richtung des Tragekörpers (T) liegende Öffnung (7) aufweist, durch die ein zylindrischer, ovaler oder prismatischer Stab (8) mit entsprechenden Befestigungsbohrungen (9) eingebracht ist, um die Sägezahnstanzteile (1) mit dem Tragekörper zu verbinden, wobei der Stab (8) mittels Befestigungsschrauben (10) am Tragekörper (T) befestigt ist. - Sägezahngarnitur (S) bestehend aus Sägezahnstanzteilen (1), die ein am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendes prismatisches Element (2) aufweisen, das durch Aneinanderreihen der Sägezahnstanzteile ein Halteelement zur Befestigung an einem Tragekörper (T) wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das außenliegende prismatische Element (2) der Sägezahnstanzteile (1) eine ein- oder zweiseitige Schwalbenschwanzform besitzt und durch mindestens eine Prismenleiste (15) und Befestigungsschrauben (16) an dem Tragekörper (T) befestigt ist.
- Sägezahngarnitur (S) nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das außenliegende prismatische Element (2) eine zweiseitige Schwalbenschwanzform besitzt und dass dieses Element durch eine Prismenleiste (15) mit ebenfalls doppelseitigem Schwalbenschwanz und durch Befestigungsschrauben (16) mit dem Tragekörper (T) verbunden ist.
- Sägezahngarnitur (S) bestehend aus Sägezahnstanzteilen (1), die ein am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendes prismatisches Element (2) aufweisen, das durch Aneinanderreihen der Sägezahnstanzteile ein Halteelement zur Befestigung an einem Tragekörper (T) wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das außenliegende prismatische Element (2) eine zweiseitige Schwalbenschwanzform besitzt und von einem federnden Element (12) umschlossen ist, das durch Anziehen von Befestigungsschrauben (13) die Sägezahngarnitur (S) an dem Tragekörper (T) sowohl radial als auch axial befestigt.
- Sägezahngarnitur (S) bestehend aus Sägezahnstanzteilen (1), die ein am Stanzteilfuß außenliegendes prismatisches Element (2) aufweisen, das durch Aneinanderreihen der Sägezahnstanzteile ein Halteelement zur Befestigung an einem Tragekörper (T) wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das außenliegende prismatische Element (2) mit einem eingespritzten Kunststoffkörper (4) mit Gewindebohrungen (6) oder Kernbohrungen versehen ist und die Sägezahngarnitur (S) durch Befestigungsschrauben bzw. schneidende Schrauben am Tragekörper befestigt ist.
- Sägezahngarnitur (S) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Sägezahnstanzteile (1) durch einen eingespritzten Kunststoffkörper (4) fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Sägezahngarnitur (S) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die einzelnen Sägezahnstanzteile durch Löten, Schweißen oder Kleben fest miteinander verbunden sind.
