Definitions

  • the invention relates to a warp knitting machine with a machine frame and at least two guide bars that carry guide needles and are movable in the offset direction, wherein a basic position of the guide bar is changeable transversely to the offset direction, wherein at least one guide bar is arranged on a transversely displaceable in the machine frame support, the can be positioned by a central drive.
  • DE 101 07 809 A1 shows such a warp knitting machine, in which a plurality of guide bars are arranged on a support.
  • the carrier of this guide bar is movable transversely to the movement path of the needle bar by a drive device having a linear guide.
  • Each guide rail is suspended by several arms. Each arm is attached to a support arm via a pair of unilaterally mounted bolts, which in turn is mounted on a hanger shaft. A bolt of each bolt pair is for changing the lateral guide rail distance arranged eccentrically rotatable and lockable on his arm. If the distance of the guide needles to be changed, then you must make a change in their angular position at the corresponding guide bar. For this you have to loosen a nut on each bolt, turn the bolt eccentrically and then tighten the nut again. This is very expensive.
  • US 6,289,703 B1 describes a Raschel machine with multiple guide bars, which are arranged on a common carrier.
  • the carrier is pivoted about an axis during a work cycle of the machine. The altitude of this axis and thus the distance between the guide needles and knitting needles can be changed by means of an adjustment.
  • the distance of the needle bar can be adjusted to increase the distance between the two Grundwarenbahnen in a spacer knit or can reduce.
  • at least a portion of the guide bars must be adapted to the changed distance of the working needles, so that a perfect interaction of working needles and hole needles can be maintained.
  • the guide bars are often attached to guide bar levers, which in turn are clamped on hanger shafts.
  • the hanger shafts are mounted with bearing blocks on one or more trusses in the machine frame.
  • the guide bar levers are provided with guide bar guides in which the guide bars are accommodated.
  • the guide bars lead for the purpose of patterning a lateral Offset parallel to the working width.
  • the guide bars usually perform a swinging motion during the kneading process.
  • the needles attached to the guide bars swing through the lanes of the working needles.
  • the fürschwing Gay is often brought about by an eccentric or crank mechanism, which is located in the machine frame. By a plunger, a machine lever is controlled, which is provided with several holes.
  • a linkage connects the machine lever with a control lever, which is clamped on the hanger shaft.
  • the connecting linkage can be plugged into one of several holes of the machine lever. Because in usually several of these levers are distributed over the entire working width of the warp knitting machine, a distance adjustment of the guide bar is also very expensive here.
  • the invention has for its object to perform the adjustment of the basic position of the guide bars in a simple manner.
  • the basic position of the guide bar can be changed.
  • This positioning of the carrier can be carried out virtually with a single action, because only the central drive must be put into operation.
  • the central drive acts on the carrier as a whole, so that one can effect a displacement of the carrier closer to the offset direction with relatively little effort.
  • Such a shift changes the basic position of the guide bar.
  • the basic position of the corresponding guide bar can be adapted to changed positions of the knitting needles in a simple manner. If two guide bars are each arranged on a carrier, wherein the carriers can be moved in opposite directions by the central drive, this is of considerable advantage, in particular in the case of double-sided warp knitting machines, which produce a spacer knitted fabric.
  • the working needles also adjusted in opposite directions. If you can now adjust the guide needles in the opposite direction, then an adjustment of the basic position of the guide needles is simplified to the working needle contour.
  • two guide bars can be positioned simultaneously. This positioning is done so that predetermined boundary conditions are automatically met, for example, a symmetrical arrangement of the guide bar.
  • the carrier is designed as a crossmember, which is mounted on at least two carriages, which are displaceable on guide rails.
  • the rails then run transversely to the offset direction, ie transversely to the working width of the warp knitting machine. If these rails are arranged with a sufficient distance from each other, then you can maintain the alignment of the crosshead with high accuracy parallel to the offset direction.
  • the carriages provide, in cooperation with the rails, a low-friction movement possibility for the traverse.
  • the central drive can therefore be made comparatively weak.
  • the central drive has at least one threaded spindle which engages in a threaded bushing on the carrier and is held stationary on the machine frame at least in the direction of its longitudinal extent.
  • the carrier By a rotational movement of the threaded spindle in one direction, the carrier is displaced in a first direction.
  • the threaded spindle is rotated in the other direction, the carrier is displaced in the opposite direction. Since a relatively large transmission ratio is associated with such a thread pairing between threaded spindle and threaded bushing, it is on the one hand possible to position the corresponding guide bar relatively accurately. On the other hand, only a comparatively small force is required for the displacement of the guide bar with its carrier.
  • the threaded spindle has two oppositely directed threaded portions which engage in threaded bushes on the carriers with correspondingly oppositely directed threads.
  • the threaded spindle is rotated in one direction, then the two carriers are moved towards each other, so that the distance of the guide bar decreases. If the threaded spindle is rotated in the other direction, then the distance between the carriers and the associated guide bar is increased accordingly.
  • the threaded spindle is mounted in a fixed main frame in the machine frame.
  • the main crossbar then serves as a fixed stop and fixed point.
  • At least two threaded spindles are arranged, which are synchronously coupled to each other via connecting means.
  • Such connecting means may be, for example, gears or chains, it being ensured that the rotation of a threaded spindle is transmitted directly to one or more other threaded spindles.
  • a warp knitting machine 1 has a machine frame 2, in which two knitting needle bars 3, 4 are arranged. A spacer fabric 5 can be seen between the knitting needle bars 3, 4.
  • the knitting machine 1 has guide needles in the form of hole needles, which are arranged on six guide bars 8-13.
  • two outer guide bars 8, 9 are arranged on guide bar levers 14 and the other two outer guide bars 10, 11 to guide bar levers 15. Since the guide bar levers 14, 15 are arranged one behind the other in the view, only one guide bar lever 14, 15 can be seen in each case.
  • the guide bars 8, 9 are mainly associated with the knitting needle bar 3.
  • the guide bars 8, 9 and 10, 11 mainly produce a product ground.
  • the guide bars 10, 11 are mainly associated with the knitting needle bar 4.
  • the guide bars 12, 13 serve to lay the spacer threads of the spacer knitted fabric 5.
  • the guide bars 8-13 are movable in a manner known per se in the offset direction, i. perpendicular to the drawing plane.
  • a drive provided for this purpose is not shown in detail.
  • the guide bars 8-13 can be moved so that the hole needles attached to them swing through needle holes on the knitting needle bars 3, 4. This is based on the representation of the figure from the basic position shown in the figure to the right or to the left. Also the necessary drive is not shown separately.
  • the levers 14, which carry the two left guide bars 8, 9, are attached to a cross member 16.
  • the cross member 16 is arranged on a guide carriage 17 which is displaceable on rails 18.
  • the rails 18 are transverse to the offset direction, i. arranged transversely to the width direction of the warp knitting machine 1. Conveniently, one will provide over the width of the warp knitting machine a plurality of carriages 17 with corresponding rails 18, for example one per guide bar lever, so that the cross bar 16 is sufficiently supported in the width direction.
  • the guide bar levers 15 are attached to a crossbar 19 which is arranged on a carriage 20 which is displaceable on rails 21.
  • the rails 21 have the same orientation as the rails 18.
  • a main cross member 22 is arranged approximately in the middle of the machine frame 2.
  • the main cross member 22 is fixedly mounted on the machine frame 2.
  • a threaded spindle 23 has a first threaded portion 24 which engages with a threaded bushing 25 which is connected to the first cross member 16. Furthermore, the threaded spindle 23 has a second threaded portion 26, which is in engagement with a threaded bushing 27, which is connected to the second cross member 19.
  • the threaded portions 24, 26 have oppositely directed slopes. The same applies to the threaded bushes 25, 27. If now the threaded spindle 23 is rotated in one direction, then the first cross member 16 is moved (relative to the representation of the figure) to the right and the second cross member 19 to the left. The two trusses 16, 19 thus approach the main crossbar 22. When the threaded spindle 23 is rotated in the opposite direction, then the two trusses 16, 19 are removed from the main crosspiece 22.
  • the movement of the trusses 16, 19 relative to the main beam 22 is symmetrical, ie, the guide bars 8, 9 and 10, 11 are symmetrically displaced to a center plane 29. It can be ensured by turning the threaded spindle 23 in a simple manner that the guide bars 8, 9 and 10, 11 the knitting needle bars 3, 4 are tracked when the knitting needle bars 3, 4 are adjusted.
  • the threaded spindle 23 is mounted on the main cross member in bearings 30, 31.
  • An axial stop 32 ensures that the threaded spindle 23 can not shift in the direction of its longitudinal extent.
  • a single threaded spindle 23 it will be sufficient to arrange a single threaded spindle 23 approximately in the middle of the trusses 16, 19, 22. In some cases, however, it may be useful to distribute a plurality of threaded spindles 23 across the width of the warp knitting machine 1. In this case, it makes sense to connect the threaded spindles 23 with connecting means, such as a toothed belt 33 or a chain, which are guided by sprockets 34 which are rotatably connected to the respective threaded spindles 23. In this case, the trusses 16, 19 distributed over their length at a plurality of positions with a force applied to the displacement.
  • connecting means such as a toothed belt 33 or a chain
