Claims (9)

  1. Métier à crochets pour galons comportant des aiguilles à tricoter (4), guidées suivant un mouvement de va-et-vient transversalement à un rail d'abattage (42), et des poussoirs correspondants (8) auxquels sont associés un ou plusieurs organes de guidage de fil de trame à tube (60) et un ou plusieurs organes de guidage de fils de chaîne (44) mobiles transversalement aux aiguilles à tricoter (4), les aiguilles à tricoter (4) et les poussoirs (8) étant disposés respectivement sur les faces tournées l'une l'autre de la barre d'aiguilles (6) et de la barre de poussoirs (10) prévue au-dessus de celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que les aiguilles à tricoter (4) et les poussoirs (8) possèdent des épaulements en queue d'aronde (18) qui sont maintenus dans des dispositifs de serrage appropriés (20, 22) des barres (6, 10).
  2. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les aiguilles à tricoter (4) et les poussoirs (8) sont aptes à être fixés respectivement à partir des faces opposées des barres (6, 10).
  3. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les aiguilles à tricoter (4) et les poussoirs (8) sont aptes à être fixés respectivement à partir des faces des barres (6, 10) opposées à la face de travail.
  4. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre d'aiguilles (6) et la barre de poussoirs (10) sont aptes à se déplacer en ligne droite suivant un mouvement de va-et-vient.
  5. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la barre d'aiguilles (6) et la barre de poussoirs (10) sont disposées respectivement sur des coulisseaux (26a, 26b) qui sont guidés suivant un mouvement de va-et-vient dans un carter d'engrenages (28).
  6. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu, dans le carter d'engrenages (28), des cames de commande entraînées (36, 38) qui coopèrent avec des galets d'entraînement (32a, 34a, 32b, 34b) prévus au niveau des coulisseaux (26a, 26b).
  7. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que des organes de guidage de fils de chaîne (44) associés aux aiguilles de poussoirs (2) sont reliés à la barre d'aiguilles (6) dans une relation d'entraînement.
  8. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que des organes de guidage de fils de chaîne (44) sont fixés à un support (46) sur lequel est disposé un bras (48) relié, par l'intermédiaire d'un élément d'accouplement (50), à un levier à genouillère (52) qui est lui-même accouplé à la barre d'aiguilles (6) par l'intermédiaire d'une seconde barre d'accouplement (56).
  9. Métier à crochets pour galons selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les aiguilles à tricoter (4) sont posées sur un rail d'abattage droit (42) sans guidage latéral.
