Abstract
Description
Die Kontrolleinheit muss dementsprechend zum Zwecke des Service oder der Wartung der Aufzugsanlage zugänglich sein.
Diese Anordnung beansprucht einen grossen Raum da ein eigener Steuerkasten beim Schachttürrahmen angebaut ist. Da dieser Steuerkasten in der Regel nur auf einer Etage benötigt wird, erfordert dies bauliche und ästhetische Sonderlösungen für diese Etage.
Dies wird unter anderem dadurch ermöglicht, dass die Kontrolleinheit heutzutage kleiner sind und der Stromverbrauch sowie die entstehende Wärme reduziert werden konnte und damit beispielsweise keine platzraubenden Lüftungsanlagen erforderlich sind.
Die Kontrolleinheit wird vorzugsweise im Türrahmen, in einer Kammer, angebracht. Eine solche Kammer ist beispielsweise durch ein Türrahmenelement der Schachttür, meist durch ein vertikales Türpfostenelement, gebildet. Das Türpfostenelement weist Wände auf, welche die Kammer begrenzen. Eine dieser Wände weist eine Aussenöffnung auf, die ausserhalb des Aufzugsschachtes und damit in die Etage mündet. Die Wand des Türrahmenelementes, die diese Aussenöffnung aufweist, liegt im Wesentlichen parallel zu den Türflügeln der Schachttür. Dieselbe Wand weist im Allgemeinen auch einen Durchbruch auf, in dem ein Etagentableau angeordnet ist, über welches die Benutzer des Aufzugssystems die Aufzugskabine anfordern können.
Ein Nachteil dieser Anordnung ist, dass die vorzusehenden Öffnungen im Türrahmen gross ausgeführt sind, damit sämtliche Arbeiten, wie beispielsweise ein Ersatz von Geräten, durch diese Öffnungen vorgenommen werden können. Dies bedingt wiederum grossflächige Deckel was aufwändig und unschön ist.
Der Unterschied von Service- und Wartungsarbeiten liegt darin, dass zum Zwecke des Services ein begrenzter Zugriff zur Kontrolleinheit erforderlich ist und dafür kein grosser Raum benötigt wird. Demgegenüber sind im Rahmen der Wartung der Kontrolleinheit unter Umständen Teile zu ersetzten wofür ein entsprechend grosser Zugriffsraum notwendig ist.

- ein Verfahren zum Zugriff auf eine solche Kontrolleinheit im Türrahmen anzugeben.
Die Kammer weist eine Aussenöffnung auf, mittels der die Kammer von einer Etage aus zugänglich ist. Diese Aussenöffnung erlaubt einen Zugriff zur Kammer und zu der darin angeordneten Kontrolleinheit zum Zwecke des Service. Die Aussenöffnung ist mit einem Deckel versehen, welcher in geschlossenem Zustand, den Zugriff zur Kontrolleinheit verhindert oder in geöffnetem Zustand, der Servicelage des Deckels, den Zugriff zur Kontrolleinheit ermöglicht.
Vorteilhafterweise ist die Aussenöffnung an einer quer zu einem Türflügel der Schachttüre angeordneten Wand des Türrahmen angeordnet. Vorteilhaft ist dabei, dass die Abmessung des Türrahmen optimal genutzt werden kann, und der zugehörige Deckel an einem optisch vorteilhaften Ort angebracht werden kann.
Der Vorteil dieser Ausführung ist darin zu sehen, dass die Aussenöffnung und der zugehörige Deckel klein gehalten werden kann wodurch sich eine vorteilhafte optische Gestaltung des Deckels erreichen lässt. Im weiteren sind keine Kabelführungen über bewegte Teile notwendig, womit die Gefahr des Einklemmens oder Durchscheuern von Zuleitungen entfällt. Die Zugänglichkeit zum Zwecke des Service und der Wartung ist optimal gewährleistet.

Claims (10)
- Türrahmen (14) einer Schachttüre mit einer Kontrollanordnung für eine Aufzugsanlage mit einem Aufzugsschacht (11)wobei eine Kontrolleinheit (18), in einer Kammer (16) des Türrahmens (14) angeordnet ist,die Kontrolleinheit (18) stationär in der Kammer (16) montiert ist,die Kammer (16) eine auf eine Etage (9) mündende Aussenöffnung mit einem Deckel (17) aufweist, der aus einer Betriebslage, in welcher er die Aussenöffnung abschliesst, in eine Servicelage bringbar ist, in welcher ein Zugriff zur Kammer (16) frei ist, unddie Kammer (16) eine dem Inneren des Aufzugsschachtes (11) zugewandte Innenöffnung (16.21) aufweist, durch welche ein Zugriff zur Kammer (16) frei ist.
- Türrahmen (14) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (17) in der Servicelage vom Türrahmenelement (14.1) geöffnet oder demontiert ist. - Türrahmen (14) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aussenöffnung der Kammer (16) in einem vertikalen Türrahmenelement (14.1) des Türrahmens (14) angeordnet ist, und / oder die Aussenöffnung an einer quer zu einem Türflügel (12.1, 12.2) der Schachttüre angeordneten Wand (16.3) eines Türrahmenelementes (14.1) angeordnet ist. - Türrahmen (14) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (17) in der Betriebslage in die Wand (16.3) des Türrahmenelementes (14.1), vorzugsweise flächig, integriert ist. - Türrahmen (14) nach einem der obigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Deckel (17) in seinem demontierten Zustand als Sicherheitsbarriere verwendbar ist. - Türrahmen (14) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an einer Wand (16.1) die quer zu der Wand (16.3) des Türrahmenelementes (14.1) gerichtet ist, welche die Aussenöffnung aufweist, ein Etagentableau (20) vorgesehen ist. - Türrahmen (14) nach Anspruch 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenöffnung (16.21) grösser ist als die Aussenöffnung. - Türrahmen (14) nach einem der vorangehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Innenöffnung (16.21) der Kammer (16) eine Abdeckung (19) aufweist die aus einer Betriebslage, in welcher sie die Innenöffnung abschliesst, in eine Wartungslage bringbar ist, in welcher ein Zugriff zur Kammer (16) frei ist, und dass die Abdeckung (19) der Innenöffnung (16.21) mindestens teilweise deckend, feuerhemmend oder feuerbeständig ist. - Verfahren zum Zugriff auf eine Kontrolleinheit (18) einer Aufzugsanlage, welche Kontrolleinheit (18) in einer Kammer (16) innerhalb eines Türrahmenelementes (14.1) angeordnet ist, welcheeine auf eine Etage (9) mündende Aussenöffnung in einer Wand (16.3) aufweist und mittels eines Deckels (17) verschliessbar ist, unddie Aussenöffnung an einer quer zu einem Türflügel (12.1, 12.2) der Schachttüre angeordneten Wand (16.3) eines Türrahmenelementes (14.1) angeordnet ist, und die Kammer (16) eine dem Inneren des Aufzugsschachtes (11) zugewandte Innenöffnung (16.21) aufweist,wobei zum Zugriff auf die Kontrolleinheit der Deckel (17) von einer Betriebslage in eine Servicelage gebracht wird.
- Verfahren zum Zugriff auf eine Kontrolleinheit (18) nach Anspruch 9,
wobei zum Zugriff auf die Kontrolleinheitdie Aufzugskabine auf die Etage (9) oder so zwischen die Etage (9) und eine unten angrenzende Etage gefahren wird, dass ihr Dach oder ihre Arbeitsfläche in einer geeigneten Arbeitshöhe liegt,die Energiezufuhr der Aufzugsanlage unterbrochen oder die Aufzugsanlage in einen Wartungsmodus gebracht wird,die Türflügel (12.1, 12.2) geöffnet werden, unddie Wartung durch eine auf dem Dach oder der Arbeitsfläche der Aufzugskabine befindliche Bedienungsperson vorgenommen wird, indem auf die Kontrolleinheit (18) in der Kammer (16) mittels der Innenöffnung (16.21) zugegriffen wird.
