Claims (8)
- System zum Bereitstellen von Gebäudefunktionen an einen Benutzer, mit mindestens einer Sender/Empfängereinheit zur Kommunikation mit einem Kommunikationsmittel (3) des Benutzers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sender/Empfängereinheit vom Kommunikationsmittel (3) Identifikationsdaten empfängt und dass eine Rechnereinrichtung (7) über die Sender/Empfängereinheit benutzerspezifische Daten zum Ausführen von Gebäudefunktionen an das identifizierte Kommunikationsmittel (3) übermittelt.
- System nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Sender/Empfängereinheit vom Kommunikationsmittel (3) herrührende Identifikationsdaten als elektromagnetisches Feld empfängt und dass die Rechnereinrichtung (7) das Kommunikationsmittel (3) über die empfangenen Identifikationsdaten identifiziert.
- System nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rechnereinrichtung (7) benutzerspezifische Daten zum Erreichen von Gebäudediensten an das Kommunikationsmittel (3) übermittelt.
- System nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Gebäudedienste die Steuerung und Kontrolle von Heizungsanlagen und/oder die Steuerung und Kontrolle von Lichtanlagen und/oder die Steuerung und Kontrolle von Türen und/oder den Zutritt zum Gebäude und/oder den Zutritt zu Überwachungsanlagen und/oder den Zutritt zu einem hausinternen Telefonnetz und/oder den Zutritt zu einer Gebäudeinformationseinrichtung umfasst/en.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die an das Kommunikationsmittel (3) übermittelten benutzerspezifischen Daten nur für eine bestimmte Zeit verfügbar sind.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kommunikationsmittel (3) ein mobiles Funktelefon ist und dass die Rechnereinrichtung (7) einen Server (8) mit Speicher (9) umfasst.
- System nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Kommunikationsmittel (3) ein Anzeigeelement zum Anzeigen von Angaben und/oder Weisungen aufweist.
- Verfahren zum Bereitstellen von Gebäudefunktionen an einen Benutzer, mit mindestens einer Sender/Empfängereinheit zur Kommunikation mit einem Kommunikationsmittel (3) des Benutzers, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von der Sender/Empfängereinheit Identifikationsdaten des Kommunikationsmittels (3) empfangen werden und dass von einer Rechnereinrichtung (7) über die Sender/Empfängereinheit benutzerspezifische Daten zum Ausführen von Gebäudefunktionen an das identifizierte Kommunikationsmittel (3) übermittelt werden.
