Claims (10)
- Schleifteller (100) zur Drehmitnahme an einer Abtriebswelle (202) einer Schleifmaschine (200), insbesondere einer Handschleifmaschine, aufweisend mindestens eine Stützplatte (10) mit mindestens einer Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20), durch die beim Schleifen entstehender Schleifstaub (300) o. dgl. mittels mindestens einer in oder an der Schleifmaschine (200) angeordneten Absaugglocke (206) absaugbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20) aerodynamisch ausgebildet ist. - Schleifteller gemäß Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20) im wesentlichen oval ausgebildet ist. - Schleifteller gemäß Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20) vom Mittelpunkt (12) der Stützplatte (10) radial zum umlaufenden Rand (14) der Stützplatte (10) erstreckt. - Schleifteller gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Längsmittellinie (22) der Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20) in etwa kreisbogenförmig erstreckt. - Schleifteller gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20) in Richtung zum umlaufenden Rand (14) der Stützplatte (10) hin erweitert. - Schleifteller gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20), insbesondere der Längsseitenrand (24, 26) der Durchbrechung oder Öffnung (20), angeschliffen und/oder angeschrägt ist. - Schleifteller gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf der von der Schleifmaschine (200) abgewandten Fläche (16) der Stützplatte (10)mindestens ein erhabener Randabschnitt (30) und/oderzwischen mindestens zwei Durchbrechungen oder Öffnungen (20) mindestens eine Anformung (40) - Schleifteller gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass auf oder in der Stützplatte (10) mindestens ein sich radial erstreckender Versteifungssteg (50) vorgesehen ist. - Schleifteller gemäß Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Versteifungssteg (50)auf der der Schleifmaschine (200) zugewandten Fläche (18) der Stützplatte (10) vorgesehen ist und/oderzumindest partiell im Bereich zwischen mindestens zwei Durchbrechungen oder Öffnungen (20) verläuft. - Schleifmaschine (200), insbesondere einer Handschleifmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch
mindestens einen Schleifteller (100) gemäß mindestens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9.
