Claims (18)
- Vorrichtung zur Hohlraumkonservierung, insbesondere bei KFZ-Karosserieteilen, mitwobei der Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') eingangsseitig an die Konservierungsmittelleitung (2) und an die Transportmittelleitung (13) angeschlossen ist,einer Konservierungsmittelleitung (2) zur Zuführung eines Konservierungsmittels,einer Transportmittelleitung (13) zur Zuführung eines Transportmittels undeinem Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') zur Zerstäubung des Konservierungsmittels in dem Transportmittel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Zerstäubungsgrad des Vorzerstäubers (14, 14') einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') eingangsseitig mit einer ersten Steuerleitung (12) verbunden ist, durch die der Zerstäubungsgrad des Vorzerstäubers (14, 14') einstellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') ausgangsseitig mit einem steuerbaren Ausgangsventil (20) verbunden ist, das die Abgabemenge des zerstäubten Konservierungsmittels steuert.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsventil (20) zur Steuerung der Abgabemenge mit einer zweiten Steuerleitung (11) verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die erste Steuerleitung (12) und/oder die zweite Steuerleitung (11) und/oder die Transportmittelleitung (13) aus einer gemeinsamen Druckleitung (5) abzweigen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Steuerleitung (12) ein erstes Steuerventil (17) und/oder in der zweiten Steuerleitung (11) ein zweites Steuerventil (21) und/oder in der Transportmittelleitung (13) ein drittes Steuerventil (15) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der ersten Steuerleitung (12) ein erster Druckregler (17) und/oder in der Transportmittelleitung (13) ein zweiter Druckregler (16) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das erste Steuerventil (17) und/oder das zweite Steuerventil (21) und/oder das dritte Steuerventil (15) und/oder der erste Druckregler (17) und/oder der zweite Druckregler (16) gemeinsam in einer Ventileinheit (22) angeordnet ist, wobei die Ventileinheit (22) an einer beweglichen ersten Achse eines Roboters angebracht ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Ausgangsventil (20) und/oder der Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') an einer beweglichen zweiten Achse des Roboters angebracht sind.
- Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') für ein Konservierungsmittel zur Hohlraumkonservierung, insbesondere für eine Vorrichtung zur Hohlraumkonservierung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, mitwobei das Konservierungsmittel einen vorgegebenen Zerstäubungsgrad aufweist,einem Konservierungsmittelanschluß (25, 25') zur Zuführung des Konservierungsmittels,einem Transportmittelanschluß (24, 24') zur Zuführung eines Transportmittels,einem Abgabeanschluß (27, 27') zur Abgabe des Transportmittels mit dem darin enthaltenen Konservierungsmittel,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
der Zerstäubungsgrad einstellbar ist. - Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') nach Anspruch 10, gekennzeichnet durch einen Steuerfluidanschluß (26, 26') zur Zuführung eines Steuerfluids zur Einstellung des Zerstäubungsgrads.
- Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') nach Anspruch 10 oder 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass von dem Transportmittelanschluß (24, 24') eine Düse abgeht, die in eine Hohlraum mündet, um in dem Hohlraum einen Unterdruck zu erzeugen, wobei der Konservierungsmittelanschluß (25, 25') in den Hohlraum mündet, um das Konservierungsmittel durch den Unterdruck mitzureißen.
- Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerfluidanschluß (26, 26') ebenfalls in den Hohlraum mündet.
- Vorzerstäuber (14, 14') nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Steuerfluidanschluß (26, 26') stromabwärts hinter dem Konservierungsmittelanschluß (25, 25') in den Hohlraum mündet.
- Vorzerstäuber (14') nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zur Zuführung eines Spülmittels ein Spülmittelanschluß (28') vorgesehen ist.
- Vorzerstäuber (14') nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spülmittelanschluß (28') in den Hohlraum mündet.
- Vorzerstäuber (14') nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Spülmittelanschluß (28') stromabwärts hinter dem Konservierungsmittelanschluß und/oder stromabwärts hinter dem Steuerfluidanschluß in den Hohlraum mündet.
- Verwendung eines Vorzerstäubers (14, 14') nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 17 zur Vorzerstäubung von Konservierungsmittel bei der Hohlraumkonservierung vor der Applikation des Konservierungsmittels.
