Gehwagen, auch Rollator genannt, mit schwenkbarem Norderrahmen
Beschreibung
Die Erfindung betrifft einen Gehwagen, auch Rollator genannt, mit schwenkbarem Norderrahmen, als Gehhilfe für ältere oder gehbehinderte Menschen.
Nach dem Stand der Technik ( Fig. 1) lässt sich ein Gehwagen zum vereinfachten Transport zwar zusammenklappen, aus Gründen der Kipp- und Standsicherheit ist dessen Rahmen bei Gebrauch jedoch auseinander zu klappen und festzustellen. Der Gehwagen nach dem Stand der Technik lässt sich bei angezogener Handbremse (1), die auf die Hinterräder wirkt, zwar um die Achse (8) der Hinterräder (7) drehen (Fig.2), so dass die Vorderräder (6) vom Untergrund abheben, wenn er entgegen der vorwärts gerichteten Laufrichtung an den Haltegriffen (2) zurückgezogen wird, jedoch lässt sich ein Hindernis
(5) nicht überwinden, da eine Vorwärtsbewegung in Laufrichtung bei angezogener Hinterradbremse (1) ausgeschlossen ist. Wird die Bremse gelöst, rollt der Gehwagen gegen die Laufrichtung zurück, bis alle Räder das ursprüngliche Niveau erreicht haben. Will man mit dem Gehwagen nach dem Stand der Technik ein Hindernis wie z.B. eine Bordsteinkante überwinden, ist er anzuheben und über das Hindernis zu tragen.
Erstrebt ist ein Gehwagen, der bei entsprechender Kipp- und Standsicherheit das Überwinden von Hindernissen, wie zum Beispiel Bordsteinkanten, erleichtert und unterstützt.
Die Erfindung zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe nach Anspruch 1 betrifft einen Gehwagen mit schwenkbarem Norderrahmen (Fig.3-5). Wird der Gehwagen mit seinen Norderrädern
(6) gegen ein Hindernis (5), zum Beispiel eine Bordsteinkante, geführt, blockieren die Norderräder (6) und der Norderrahmen (3) schwenkt im Drehpunkt (9) gegen die Laufrichtung auf den Hinterrahmen (4) ein und staucht dabei ein oder mehrere Federelemente (10), zum Beispiel Gasdruckstoßdämpfer oder hydraulische Stoßdämpfer (Fig.4). Die hierin gespei- cherte Energie in Form einer gestauchten Feder oder verdichteten Gases wirkt dem Einschwenken entgegen und drückt den Vorderrahmen (3) in Laufrich- tung zurück (Fig.5), wenn der Gehwagen am Haltegriff (2) nach hinten gezogen die Vorderräder (6) nach vorne frei gibt.
Nach der Erfindung schwenkt der Vorderrahmen (3) in Laufrichtung aus. Die Handbremse (1) blockiert währenddessen die Hinterräder (7). Der Gehwagen wird um die Achse der Hinterräder (8) gedreht, die Vorderräder (6) aufgestellt, die Bremse (1) gelöst und die Hinterräder (7) an das Hindernis (5) herangerollt und auf die Ebene der Vorderräder (6) gehebelt.
Dabei löst sich die Erfindung sowohl von der Frage, durch welche technische Einrichtung beim Einschwenken des Vorderrahmens Energie aufgenommen und gespeichert wird, um das anschließende Ausschwenken des Vorderrahmens in Laufrichtung zu bewirken, als auch deren Anordnung sowie die Anordnung des Drehpunktes des Vorderrahmens.
In den Figuren 3-5 ist ein Ausfuhrungsbeispiel der Erfindung dargestellt.
Der Vorderrahmen (3) ist um eine Achse im Drehpunkt (9) beweglich angeordnet. Der Gehwagen (Fig. 3) wird gegen ein Hindernis (5) geschoben, wobei der Vorderrahmen (3) um den Drehpunkt (9) gegen die Laufrichtung auf den Hinterrahmen (4) einschwenkt (Fig. 4) und hierbei auf das Federelement (10) wirkt. Über die Hinterradbremse (1) wird der Gehwagen festgestellt und anschließend an den Griffen (2) nach hinten gezogen. Dadurch dreht sich der Gehwagen um die Achse der Hinterräder (8), die Vorderräder (6) heben sich vom Boden ab (Fig. 5). Nach Überwindung des Hindernisses (5) schwenkt der Vorderrahmen (3) mit Hilfe der im Stoßdämpfer (10) gespeicherten Energie in Laufrichtung aus. Die Vorderräder (6) werden auf Höhe des zu überwindenden Hindernisses (5) abgestellt. Danach wird die Bremse (1) gelöst, die Hinterräder (7) an das Hindernis (5) herangerollt und auf die Höhe der Vorderräder (6) gehebelt.

Claims

Patentanspruch
Gehwagen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dessen Vorderrahmen (3) bei Blockade der Vorderräder (6) um einen Drehpunkt (9) entgegen der Laufrichtung auf den Hinterrahmen (4) zu einschwenkt und dabei ein oder mehrere Federelemente (10), wie zum Beispiel Gasdruckstoßdämpfer oder hydraulische Stoßdämpfer, staucht, die den Vorderrahmen (3) nach Überwindung der Blockade in Laufrichtung zurückdrücken.
