Claims (10)
- Procédé pour la réalisation d'un dispositif de serrure de porte pour un véhicule automobile comprenant une unité de poignée (1) pouvant être actionnée qui présente au moins un composant électronique et un connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7) pour la liaison électrique au véhicule automobile et comprenant en outre une unité de logement (2) côte véhicule qui peut loger l'unité de poignée (1) de manière pivotante et qui présente un connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) pour la liaison électrique au connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7),- dans une première étape du procédé, le connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) étant fixé dans une position de montage sur l'unité de logement (2) côte véhicule,- dans une deuxième étape du procédé, le connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7) étant relié au connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) et,- dans une troisième étape du procédé, le connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) ensemble avec le connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7) étant passés de la position de montage à la position de fonctionnement du dispositif de serrure de porte,caractérisé en ce que
le mouvement de sortie du connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) de la position de montage s'effectue pendant la troisième étape du procédé par un mouvement pivotant de l'unité de poignée (1). - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement pivotant s'effectue autour d'un axe de pivotement qui est parallèle à un axe de pivotement autour duquel l'unité de poignée (1) peut être pivotée par rapport à l'unité de logement (2) côte véhicule pour l'ouverture du dispositif de serrure de porte.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le passage du connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) de la position de montage à la position de fonctionnement comprend un mouvement de déplacement de préférence rectiligne.
- Procédé selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le mouvement de déplacement termine le passage du connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) de la position de montage à la position de fonctionnement.
- Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de serrure de porte comprend un câble (10) qui établit une liaison entre le connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) et l'électronique de bord du véhicule automobile, le câble (10) étant tendu lors du passage du connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) de la position de montage à la position de fonctionnement.
- Dispositif de serrure de porte pour un véhicule automobile comprenant une unité de poignée (1) pouvant être actionnée qui présente au moins un composant électronique et un connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7) pour la liaison électrique au véhicule automobile et comprenant en outre une unité de logement (2) côte véhicule qui peut loger l'unité de poignée (1) de manière pivotante et qui présente un connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) pour la liaison électrique au connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7), surtout réalisable par un procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7) est fixé sur l'unité de poignée (1) de telle manière que par le pivotement de l'unité de poignée (1) lors de la réalisation du dispositif de serrure de porte un pivotement du connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) sortant de la position de montage puisse se produire.
- Dispositif de serrure de porte selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) est accroché à l'unité de logement (2) dans la position de montage.
- Dispositif de serrure de porte selon l'une des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de logement (2) comprend un évidement (9) ouvert vers le côté de l'unité de poignée (1) dans lequel le connecteur partenaire côté véhicule (8) est disposé.
- Dispositif de serrure de porte selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que des limites latérales (17, 18) d'extrémité de l'évidement (9) se présentent au moins en partie en forme d'entonnoir pour supporter le pivotement de l'unité de poignée (1) vers l'unité de logement (2).
- Dispositif de serrure de porte selon l'une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'unité de poignée (1) comprend un épaulement de logement (4) sur lequel le connecteur partenaire côté poignée (7) est disposé, le côté de l'épaulement de logement (4) faisant face à l'unité de logement (2) pendant le mouvement pivotant de l'unité de poignée (1) vers l'unité de logement (2) étant réalisé de manière convexe et/ou arrondie pour supporter le mouvement pivotant.
