Definitions
- the present invention relates to the preamble of the independent claims 1, 11 and 12 a textile machine with several spinning positions and various Devices for this.
- Such devices are well known in textile technology. Such The device can be found, for example, in DE 42 12 701 C2. This document reveals a rotor spinning machine with a plurality of arranged side by side Spinning stations, each spinning station a can template, a spinning unit and has a winding device.
- a disadvantage of a device according to the patent just mentioned is that in the event of failure of the spinning unit or the winding unit, the entire spinning station except Operation is.
- the published patent application DE 36 24 904 A 1 discloses a non-generic textile machine, or a package winding machine, which works on a modular principle consists of pre-assembled units.
- This package winding machine can with the help of several standardized and pre-assembled units can be converted to different types.
- the modular principle is therefore for cross-winding machines known. Cross-winding machines perform a rewinding process, which is much easier than the spinning process in a spinning station, because the In contrast to spinning machines, the winding machine works with a coherent, continuous yarn.
- non-generic texturing machines it is also known, for example, from DE 36 23 370 A1 and DE 197 05 810 A1, to provide several modules for the machine.
- spinning machines work also texturing machines with continuous and above all elastic filaments.
- the present invention is therefore based on the object, the spinning positions to design that downtimes due to failures of machine components the spinning station or when converting the spinning station.
- the modular constructed and exchangeable spinning or winding units have next to it yet another advantage: thanks to the modular structure, you can use it Textile machine to produce yarn with different spinning processes. A spinning machine with such a modular structure is therefore versatile. On the same The machine can produce different yarns at the same time. For example, yarn made with an air spinning process and Yarn that is produced using a rotor spinning process. Thanks to the modular The structure and the interchangeability can be converted very quickly and thus produce faster and more flexible yarns according to customer requirements. Such Textile machines therefore not only allow shorter downtimes, but also increased ones Flexibility and lower investment costs.
- the use of interchangeable Winding units also have the advantage that different types of winding, or different coils can be produced.
- Figure 1 shows schematically (in cross section) a spinning station of a textile machine 1.
- the textile machine 1 is double-sided, the figure only one side of the machine shows (dash-dotted line shows the mirror axis of the textile machine 1).
- the spinning positions of the textile machine 1 have a can template 2 on.
- the can template 2 can be one or, as shown in the figure, two cans Record 14. It is irrelevant to the invention whether one or more cans 14 are present and whether the can template 2 in, next to or in front of the spinning station is arranged.
- a can template 2 has several spinning units 3, or more spinning stations, supplied with sliver. This means, that the invention also includes the possibility that a can template 2 several spinning stations (for example two) supplied with fiber material.
- the spinning unit 3 and the winding unit 4 modular and interchangeable (shown schematically in the figure).
- the term "modular” in the sense of the invention is to be understood such that it Units form self-supporting units composed of details, which can be attached to, in or on the textile machine frame 15. through Plug connections, not shown, can be used for the spinning units 3 and the winding units 4 if necessary with electricity and compressed air from the machine frame 15 out, as well as with control signals from a central machine control 5 become.
- the modular design of units 3 and 4 also allows different Spinning or winding units installed on the same textile machine frame 15 can be.
- different spinning units 3 can be provided be in relation to the spinning process or yarn formation process used, have different spin boxes 11.
- different spinning units 3 can be provided be in relation to the spinning process or yarn formation process used, have different spin boxes 11.
- on the same Textile machine frame 15 have individual spinning units 3 spinning boxes 11, which yarn is produced by the air spinning process and other spinning units 3 Have spin boxes 11, which produce the yarn by a rotor spinning process.
- the textile machine frame 15 must have appropriate connections for Electricity and compressed air as well as exhaust air must be equipped (not shown).
- the spinning unit 3 and Winding unit 4 are additionally connected via an exchangeable control unit 6.
- the exchangeable control unit 6 takes over control of the individual spinning station, in particular, it controls and monitors the yarn formation process at the Spinning unit 3 and the transfer of the produced yarn to the winding unit 4.
- Die interchangeable control unit 6 is in particular able to handle the different Delivery speeds of the different spinning units 3 for the winding unit 4 to be considered. This means that it is particularly able to control delivery speeds, or production speeds, of the spinning units 3 and winding units 4 to control.
- the central machine control 5 also with the interchangeable control units 6 of the individual Spinning stations to be connected. It can thus control commands, for example by the Operating personnel, from the central machine control 5 via the exchangeable Control units 6 of the individual spinning positions on the individual machine units (Spinning or winding units) are delivered.
- Such control signals which are output via the central control 5 are, for example, the on and off Turn off the entire spinning machine or delay in the refinement units (Drafting units) of the spinning units.
- the spinning unit 3 or the winding unit 4 have their own controls 7 and 8. These are used for implementation of the control commands received on the actually existing machine units (for Example with the spinning unit 3, the control of the motors 12 or the spinning box 11).
- the control of the spinning unit 8 has in particular a controlled shading and shadowing to control the entire spinning unit 3. This can be done using a specific procedure be provided.
- the textile machine points to everyone Spinning station or one for each spinning station also modular, in the sense of previous versions, built and interchangeable robot 9.
- the robot 9 serves to spin on when the machine is at a standstill by means of an auxiliary yarn to accomplish or in the event of thread breakage the thread end of the To accomplish the bobbin with the new yarn. It is also conceivable that the robot 9 operated several spinning stations (with the help of a movement device, not shown).
- the spinning units 3 preferably also have a refinement unit 10.
- the Refinement unit 10 shown in the figure represents a drafting system. It would be but also conceivable that an opening roller is present instead of the drafting system 10 is. Whether a refinement unit is used and what type depends in particular from the spinning process subsequently carried out in the spinning box 11. Is this Yarn formation process is a rotor spinning process, so an opening roller is preferred used as a refinement unit.
- the actual yarn formation process in the Spinning unit 3 is carried out in the spinning box 11.
- the invention also provides that various Spinning units 3 with different spinning boxes 11 are used can.
- the spin boxes 11 can use a rotor spinning process to produce a friction spinning process or a false twist process.
- the spinning unit 3 can also have yarn monitors 16 and thread monitors 17.
- the spinning unit 3 and the winding unit 4 preferably have also own drives 12 or 13, respectively.
- the spinning units, respectively the winding units are therefore independent of the drive technology.
- the interchangeable units 3 and 4 thus point to the essential Process stages own drives and are not mechanical Couplings on a central drive, which is located on the textile machine frame 15 would be attached.
- On the essential procedural stages, which own Have drives, in the winding unit 4 includes the winding, which is a drive 13 for the friction roller 18.
- the main procedural stages at Spinning unit 3 includes the refinement in the refinement unit (in the exemplary embodiment a drafting system according to the figure) and the outlet from the spinning box.
- the spinning unit 3 therefore has two separate drives 12 for the rollers of the drafting system and the Outlet roller pair on.
- the drives are preferably reluctance motors; it can but also other asynchronous motors can be used. It is quite conceivable that multiple units share drives for less important process steps exhibit. For example, several winding units can have 4 common drives for the traversing device 19 (mechanical power transmission by means of a Wave).
- the refinement in the refinement unit 10 drives 12
- the spinning unit 3 have yet another drive (not shown) for the spin box 11 (for example for the rotor spinning process).
- the use of separate drives for each unit - in particular for the essential process stages - has some advantages. For example are not mechanical clutches, power transmissions or gear ratios necessary. This makes the individual spinning positions more flexible or individually adjustable.
- the speed ratios can be electrical e.g. can be adjusted more easily (e.g. the delay in the refinement unit or the outflow speed of the Yarn from the spinning box).
- the drives in the spinning station can be synchronized - Should it be necessary - accomplished with the help of the controls 5 and / or 6 become. With the help of your own drives, it is also easier in terms of drive technology, different ones Spinning stations or spinning units on the same textile machine frame to operate simultaneously.
- the invention is particularly suitable for spinning units using an air spinning process Make yarn.
- the yarn is formed by air twist.
- the spin box has a fiber feed channel with a fiber guide surface for guiding the staple fiber bandage at the exit a swirl chamber is present, which in turn is a spindle with a yarn guide channel includes.
- the swirl chamber contains a fluid device, which a Vortex flow (air) around the inlet mouth of the thread guide channel of the spindle generated.
- the fiber structure or the yarn is through the yarn guide channel deducted.
- the vortex flow around the inlet mouth of the yarn guide channel causes twisting when pulling the longitudinal fiber structure outer fibers of the staple fiber association around its inner core. In this way a yarn is made from a staple fiber bandage.
- Such a process discloses for example the document EP 854 214 (equivalent to US 5,927.0260).
