Claims (8)
- 各紡績現場が1つのケンス給繊装置(2)と1つの紡績ユニット(3)と1つの巻上げユニット(4)とから成っており、紡績ユニット(3)と巻上げユニット(4)とがモジュール式に構成されており、かつ交換可能であり、かつ機械架台(15)内に装架できるか、又は前記機械架台(15)に沿って装架できる形式の多数の紡績現場を備えた紡績機械(1)において、紡績ユニット(3)と巻上げユニット(4)とがそれぞれ、独自のモータ(12,13)によって駆動され、そのためにそれぞれ磁気抵抗モータのような少なくとも1つの独自の駆動装置(12,13)を有していることを特徴とする、多数の紡績現場を備えた紡績機械(1)。
- 紡績機械(1)が機械制御センタ(5)を有している、請求項1記載の紡績機械(1)。
- 各紡績現場が、モジュール式に構成された交換可能な制御ユニット(6)を有している、請求項1又は2記載の紡績機械(1)。
- 紡績ユニット(3)及び/又は巻上げユニット(4)が付加的に夫々独自の制御装置(7,8)を有している、請求項1から3までのいずれか1項記載の紡績機械(1)。
- 各紡績現場が、糸継ぎのため又は始紡のためにモジュール式構成された交換可能なロボット(9)を有している、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載の紡績機械(1)。
- 紡績ユニット(3)が精繊ユニット(10)を有し、しかも該精繊ユニット(10)がドラフト機構(10)又は解繊ロールである、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項記載の紡績機械(1)。
- 紡績ユニット(3)が、ヤーンを空気紡績法によって生産する紡績ボックス(11)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の紡績機械(1)。
- 紡績ユニット(3)が、ヤーンをロータ紡績法、空気紡績法、摩擦紡績法又は仮撚り法のいずれか1つの方法によって生産する紡績ボックス(11)を有している、請求項1から6までのいずれか1項記載の紡績機械(1)。
