Claims (12)
- Aufspulmaschine zum Aufwickeln zumindest eines synthetischen Fadens (5) mit mehreren an einem Maschinengestell (1) angebrachten Bauteilen (2, 9), die rotierend antreibbar sind , mit mehreren den Bauteilen (2, 9) zugeordneten Antrieben (8, 14) und mit einer Steuereinrichtung (17) zur Steuerung der Antriebe (8, 14), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einem der Bauteile (2) ein Datenbaustein (19) zugeordnet ist und daß der Datenbaustein (19) durch die Steuereinrichtung (17) beschreibbar und/oder auslesbar ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenbaustein (19) zur Datenaufnahme speicherbar ausgebildet ist, wobei der gespeicherte Datensatz des Datenbausteins (19) durch die Steuereinrichtung (17) lesbar ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der gespeicherte Datensatz durch Aggregatdaten, Funktionsdaten und/oder Betriebsdaten gebildet ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Sensoreinrichtung (18) zur Erfassung der ausgeführten Betriebsdaten des Bauteils (2) vorgesehen ist, welche mit der Steuereinrichtung (17) verbunden ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenbaustein (19) an dem Bauteil (2) angebracht ist und zusammen mit dem Bauteil (2) auswechselbar ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datenbaustein (19) über eine Steckverbindung (20) mit der Steuereinrichtung (17) verbunden ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach einem der vorgenannten Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauteil eine Spulspindel (2) ist, auf welcher zumindest eine Spulhülse (3) zur Aufnahme einer gewickelten Spule (4) aufgespannt ist.
- Aufspulmaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Bauteil eine Andrückwalze (9) ist, welche beim Aufwickeln des Fadens (5) am Umfang der bewickelten Spule (4) anliegt.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Aufspulmaschine, die mehrere rotierend angetriebene Bauteil aufweist, deren Antriebe zum Aufwickeln von zumindest einem Faden gesteuert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einem der Bauteile ein Datenbaustein mit einem Datensatz zugeordnet ist, wobei der Datensatz Betriebsdaten des Bauteils enthält, und daß der Datensatz ausgelesen wird, um den Antrieb des Bauteils in Abhängigkeit von den Betriebsdaten zu steuern.
- Verfahren zur Steuerung einer Aufspulmaschine, die mehrere rotierend angetriebene Bauteil aufweist, deren Antriebe zum Aufwickeln von zumindest einem Faden gesteuert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest einem der Bauteile ein Datenbaustein zugeordnet ist, wobei der Datenbaustein zur Datenaufnahme speicherbar ist, und daß von dem Bauteil ausgeführte Betriebsdaten erfaßt und in dem Datenbaustein hinterlegt werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Betriebsdaten eine Angabe über die zulässigen Lastwechsel des Bauteils enthalten, daß die von dem Bauteil ausgeführten Lastwechsel (LA) erfaßt und mit den zulässigen Lastwechsel (LMax) verglichen werden und daß bei Überschreiten der zulässigen Lastwechsel (LA > LMax) ein Alarmsignal erzeugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Datensatz in dem Datenbaustein überschreibbar und/oder änderbar ist.
