Claims (12)
- Aushebescharnierband, aufweisend
ein Scharnierunterteil (5) mit Scharnierzapfen und ein Scharnieroberteil (1) mit Scharnierhülse (11), wobei in dem Scharnieroberteil (1) ein Bolzen (3) in einer senkrecht angeordneten Führung (12) gelagert ist und der Bolzen (3) parallel zueinander und entlang der Bolzenlänge angeordnete vorspringende Elemente (31) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
die vorspringenden Elemente (31) des Bolzens (3) in vorspringende Elemente (41) eines Stiftes (4), welcher in einer in das Scharnieroberteil (1) von außen eingelassenen Öffnung (13) so angeordnet ist, daß er von außen drehbar ist, greifen. - Scharnierband nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei den vorspringenden Elementen (31) um ein Gewinde handelt. - Scharnierband nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stift (4) parallel zum Bolzen (3) angeordnet ist und es sich bei den vorspringenden Elementen (41) um ein Gewinde handelt. - Scharnierband nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es sich bei dem Stift (4) um eine Madenschraube mit einem Inbus (42) handelt. - Scharnierband nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Madenschraube (4) in dem Bolzen (3) angeordnet ist. - Scharnierband nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Madenschraube über das Scharnieroberteil hinausragt und eine Schmuckkappe auf das herausragende Ende der Madenschraube aufgeschraubt ist. - Scharnierband nach Anspruch 5 oder 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Öffnung (13) eine entlang des Öffnungsumfangs verlaufende Nut eingelassen ist, in die mindestens ein am Umfang der Madenschraube (4) angebrachtes Bauteil (17) eingreift. - Scharnierband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge des Bolzens (3) länger ist als es der Länge des Hülsenraums (11) der Scharnierhülse (1) entspricht. - Scharnierband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Bolzen (3) mindestens eine entlang seiner Länge ausgebildete Feder (32) aufweist, die in einer in das Scharnieroberteil (1) eingelassenen Nut (14) geführt wird. - Scharnierband nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schmierung des Scharniers mit Hilfe einer durch den Bolzen (3) verlaufenden Bohrung für Öl erfolgt. - Scharnierband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kunststoffkappe auf den Bolzen aufgesetzt ist. - Scharnierband nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Kunststoffschale in die Mulde des Scharnierunterteils (5) eingesetzt ist.
