Definitions

  • the invention relates to a dispensing device, in particular for a beer barrel, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Out DE 195 40 542 A1 is a beer keg with an integrated tap known, which is located in the outer surface of the beer keg in the lower part of the barrel.
  • the dispensing device consists essentially of a hollow cylindrical outer part and an axially displaceable in the outer part, also hollow cylindrical inner part, wherein the outer part protrudes through an opening in the lateral surface of the beer barrel in the beer barrel and is connected to the peripheral edges of the hole fixed to the wall of the beer barrel to seal the hole.
  • the hollow cylindrical outer part of the dispensing device has in its lateral surface an opening through which beer can enter into the interior of the outer part.
  • the likewise hollow cylindrical inner part has at its outer end in the region of the lateral surface below an outlet opening through which beer can be tapped, the inner end face of the hollow cylindrical inner part is free to allow entry of beer from the hollow cylindrical outer part in the inner part ,
  • the inner part is pushed completely into the outer part.
  • the dispensing device almost closes on its outside flush with the lateral surface of the beer keg, so that damage to the dispensing device during transport is largely excluded.
  • the opening in the lateral surface of the hollow cylindrical outer part is covered in this state by the lateral surface of the hollow cylindrical inner part, so that no beer can escape from the barrel.
  • the hollow cylindrical inner part is then pulled axially by means of an integrally formed on the outer end side of the inner part handle.
  • the beer flows through the opening in the outer surface of the outer part, then through the open inner end face of the inner part and is then discharged through the outlet opening in the lateral surface of the inner part.
  • a pipe pusher tap is known in which a fixed in a fixed outer tube against rotation inner tube is arranged extendable. Between the outer tube and the slide no additional seals are provided, but rather the slide at the outer end of the inner tube on the axis of a loosely rotatable handle, which can ensure a seal with the interposition of a sealing washer with inserted slide after screwing.
  • the invention has for its object to provide a seal for a dispensing device.
  • the object is - starting from the known dispensing device, solved in that between the inner part and the outer part at least one seal is arranged and that at least one seal in the region of the flow opening of the outer part is formed.
  • the dispensing device is constructed in two parts with a hollow cylindrical outer part and a hollow cylindrical inner part, wherein the hollow cylindrical inner part can be rotated about its longitudinal axis to bring corresponding openings in the lateral surfaces of the inner part and outer part more or less to coincide and thus the To control fluid flow.
  • the openings in the outer part and inner part in this case each have a special shape to allow for twisting a sensitive dosing of the liquid flow.
  • at least one of the two openings in the outer part and inner part in the direction of each decreasing width on the other opening to achieve a uniform increase in the liquid flow when opening, since the liquid flow depends on the size of the overlapping opening surfaces in overlap.
  • the openings may be formed, for example, triangular, with the tips of the triangles are each facing the other opening.
  • At least one seal can be arranged between the inner part and the outer part. It is advantageous if the at least one seal is formed in the region of the flow opening of the outer part.
  • a respective sealing ring is arranged before and / or behind the respective flow opening around the inner part. This prevents liquid from entering the gap between the inner part and the outer part and passing through the flow opening to the valve, in particular when the sealing rings are fixed in an annular groove in the outer part in front of and behind the flow opening of the outer part.
  • the seal is formed as a sleeve surrounding the flow opening in the wall of the outer part, which has a sealing bead along the outer periphery of the flow opening in the gap between the inner and the outer part.
  • the sealing bead is formed in the direction of the drum interior as a sealing surface, wherein advantageously the opening for the flow in the outer tube is formed as a slot in which the sealing bead is injected.
  • the sealing material has the actual flow opening through the outer part through. It makes sense that the areal extent is slightly more than the clear Next of the flow opening of the inner part. This ensures that even with partial or incipient overlap of the respective flow openings a seal against the intermediate gap between the inner and the outer part is ensured.
  • the seal consists of elastic, sprayable material. Especially it may be favorable that the seal for the flow opening in the outer part is formed integrally with the sealing seal between Zapfer and barrel, wherein the sealing seal is molded onto the outer part.
  • means are provided for releasably locking the inner part in the operating position, i. in the position in which the flow openings of the inner and the outer part are substantially aligned.
  • the limiting means may be formed as a means for releasably setting. It is advantageous if a latching recess is formed on the inner part, in which a spring arranged on the outer latching lug detachably engages.
  • the locking lug is formed on a resilient element which is integrally formed on the outer part.
  • the resilient element may be urged under pressure of the outer part enclosing the rubber seal in the operating position, so that the spring force originates both from the material from which the resilient element is created, as well as from the flexibility of the sealing material.
  • the dispensing device according to the invention is not limited to use in beer kegs, but can also be used with other liquid containers. It is only crucial that the dispensing device is pre-assembled in the wall of the liquid container, so that a liquid removal is possible without previous installation work.
  • outer part and inner part do not necessarily have to be cylindrical.
  • these components can also have a rectangular cross-section or be triangular, whereby rotation of the inner part in the outer part is also prevented.
  • Fig. 1 an area of a tap is shown in section.
  • the outer part 2 is provided with a seal 60 in the region of the flow openings 61 and 61 'between the outer part 2 and the inner part 5.
  • This seal is here formed integrally with the sealing element 3, which is arranged between the outer part 2 and the peripheral edge of the opening in the wall 1 of the barrel.
  • the sealing material in this case consists of elastic, sprayable material.
  • the seal 60 is formed as a separate part which is inserted into a slot 70 in the outer part 2.
  • the seal has towards the inner part 5 toward a sealing bead 63 which is slightly larger than the gap 64 between the inner part 5 and the outer part 2.
  • the slot extends in the direction Fugginnere, wherein the seal 60 has a portion 72 which is sufficiently large in order to completely cover the flow opening 61 'in the inner part 2, when it is located on the outer part 2 on this seal during the extraction of the inner part just before overlapping with the flow opening 61 in the outer part 2.
  • the seal 60 is formed as a sleeve 62, that is, on the outer side of the outer part 2, a bead-like edge is formed on the seal 60, so that the seal 60 in the slot 70 is buttoned.
  • This design ensures that beer will enter the gap 64 during incipient overlap the two openings 61 and 61 'does not take place, so that leakage of beer between the displaceable parts 2 and 5 is avoided.
  • the seal 60 consists of a set of sealing rings 60 'and 60 ", the sealing ring 60' being inserted in a corresponding groove 73 in the outer part 2 and the sealing ring 60" in a corresponding groove in the inner part 5.
  • This material can be mitangespritzt both as a separate part or in the production of the respective parts.
  • a sealing ring arrangement that is, if between the flow opening 61 in the inner part 5 and the barrel-side end of this inner part, a sealing ring 73 'is arranged, the outer part 2 remain open at the barrel end.
  • Fig. 1 is also another embodiment of a limiting device shown, which limits the path of the inner part when pulling out.
  • a groove 7 and on the outer part of a spring 6 may be formed in the inner part of a groove 7 and on the outer part of a spring 6 .
  • the groove 7 is then not mandatory if the inner part 5 has a different cross section of a circular cross-section, so that the security against rotation is already ensured by the outer shape.
  • a latching recess 66 instead of the groove 7, only a latching recess 66 may be provided into which a spring-loaded latching nose 67 arranged on the outer part removably engages.
  • a spring-loaded latching nose 67 arranged on the outer part removably engages.
  • the resilient detent in the front region of the outer part 2 in the immediate vicinity of the drum wall 1 is integrally formed on a resilient member 28, which in turn is integrally formed on the outer part.
  • the resilient member 28 is formed in the front region of the outer part 2, the outer part enclosing the rubber seal 3 can be advanced so far that it pushes the resilient member and thus the latch inwards and holds the locking lug in the recess 67 with additional spring force ,
  • the edges and surfaces can be designed so that, although a significant and noticeable locking is brought about, but that the inner part again under the application of a certain pressure from the operating position to the closed or rest position, in which no liquid is tapped, can be spent.
  • a ramp 69 for the in the clear Cross-section of the outer part, ie formed in the hollow edge 4, projecting locking lug 67.
  • the invention is not limited in its execution to the above-mentioned preferred embodiments. Rather, a number of variants are conceivable, which make use of the illustrated solution even with fundamentally different types of execution.
