Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung zum Vereinzeln eines Schuppenstroms (2) von kontinuierlich geförderten, sich teilweise schuppenartig überdeckenden Druckprodukten (1), wie Zeitschriften, Broschuren u. dgl., in eine Folge beabstandeter Druckprodukte (1) mit einem mit einer ersten Geschwindigkeit (v1) angetriebenen ersten Förderer (3), einem diesem nachgeschalteten mit einer bezüglich der ersten Geschwindigkeit höheren zweiten Geschwindigkeit (v2) angetriebenen zweiten Förderer (4) und einer Entschuppungsvorrichtung (5, 6) zum Beschleunigen des jeweils ersten Druckproduktes (1) des Schuppenstroms (2) auf die zweite Geschwindigkeit (v2) und zum Aufrechterhalten der geschuppten Anordnung der nachfolgenden im Schuppenstrom (2) mit der ersten Geschwindigkeit (v1) geförderten Druckprodukte (1), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Entschuppungsvorrichtung aus zwei zwischen dem ersten und dem zweiten Förderer (3, 4) hintereinander angeordneten, als Saugbandförderer (5, 6) ausgebildeten Förderern besteht, dass der erste Saugbandförderer (5) mit der ersten Geschwindigkeit (v1 ) angetrieben ist, dass der zweite Saugbandförderer (6) mit der zweiten Geschwindigkeit (v2) angetrieben ist, dass der erste Saugbandförderer (5) ein in Bezug auf die Formathöhe (H) der Druckprodukte (1) längs der Förderrichtung (F) verstellbar angeordnetes Saugfeld (7) aufweist und dass der zweite Saugbandförderer (6) ein Saugfeld (8) aufweist, das in Förderrichtung (F) gesehen am Anfang des Saugbandförderers (6) unmittelbar vor der Bandumlenkung (14) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge des Saugfeldes (7) des ersten Saugbandförderers (5) längs der Förderrichtung (F) einstellbar gestaltet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, gekennzeichnet durch mit Öffnungen (19) versehene Transportbänder (9, 10) der Saugbandförderer (5, 6), wobei die Öffnungen (19) gleichmäßig über die endlose Länge verteilt auf einem etwa mittig positionierten Teilstück der Transportbandbreite angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich zur Vergrößerung der Saugfläche die Öffnungen (19) in den Transportbändern (9, 10) auf der die Druckprodukte (1) tragenden Seite als Taschen (19a) erweitern.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beim Vereinzeln die Saugfelder (7, 8) der Saugbandförderer (5, 6) ständig mit Unterdruck beaufschlagt sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Unterdruck von einem mit seinem Eingang (21a) mit den Saugfeldern (7, 8) verbundenen Seitenkanalverdichter (21) erzeugbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Saugbandförderer (5) quer zur Förderrichtung (F) verstellbar positionierbar ist zur Positionierung des Saugfeldes (7) in einem Bereich geringer Steifigkeit der Druckprodukte (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der zweite Saugbandförderer (6) quer zur Förderrichtung (F) verstellbar positionierbar ist zur Positionierung des Saugfeldes (8) in einem Bereich hoher Steifigkeit der abzuziehenden Druckprodukte (1).
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Saugbandförderer (5, 6) mit seitlichen Führungsschienen (17, 18) ausgestattet sind zum Ausrichten des vom ersten Förderer (3) zugeführten Schuppenstroms (2) bzw. zum Ausrichten der vereinzelten Druckprodukte (1).
