Claims (13)

  1. Appareil de récupération d'articles, comprenant :

    un dispositif d'identification d'article (254), inclus au sein de l'appareil de récupération d'articles et actionné pour fournir une identification d'un article tandis que l'article est toujours saisi par le dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article, et caractérisé en ce que le mouvement du dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article change la position relative entre l'article et le dispositif d'identification d'article de manière à faciliter ladite identification de l'article par le dispositif d'identification d'article.
  2. Appareil selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article est actionnable pour déplacer l'article suivant une configuration prédéterminée jusqu'à ce que le dispositif d'identification d'article ait réussi à identifier l'article étant déplacé.
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou 2, dans lequel le dispositif d'identification d'article (254) comprend une optique pour l'identification de l'article.
  4. Appareil selon la revendication 3, dans lequel le dispositif d'identification d'article (254) comprend :
    soit un lecteur de codes à barres,
    soit un système de prise d'images, tel qu'un appareil photo ou une caméra, analogique ou numérique, couplé à un dispositif d'analyse d'images qui reconnaît des images prédéterminées (couleur/motif ou texture, etc.),
    l'un ou l'autre desdits dispositifs d'identification d'article fournissant ainsi des identifications d'article durant l'opération de distribution.
  5. Appareil de distribution d'articles, comprenant :
    un appareil de récupération d'articles selon les revendications 1, 2, 3 ou 4, dans lequel
    le dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article comprend une extrémité (221) pour extraire sélectivement un article de la zone de stockage, et
    un mécanisme de positionnement (408) couplé au dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article et répondant à des signaux de commande pour positionner l'extrémité du dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article en alignement avec un article sélectionné saisir et extraire de la zone de stockage, et
    un mécanisme d'entraînement (410) couplé au dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article pour déplacer son extrémité dans une direction alignée avec l'article sélectionné à saisir et extraire de la zone de stockage, et
    un appareil de commande et d'interface utilisateur (400) pour permettre à un utilisateur de l'appareil de distribution de déclencher une opération de distribution d'article, et provoquer un mouvement contrôlé du dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article et du mécanisme de positionnement de manière qu'un article sélectionné soit extrait de la zone de stockage d'articles et déplacé vers une zone de distribution de l'appareil de distribution.
  6. Appareil selon la revendication 5, dans lequel le mouvement contrôlé du dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article et du mécanisme de positionnement amène le dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article à effectuer une configuration de déplacement dans la zone du dispositif d'identification d'article de manière à faciliter ladite identification de l'article par le dispositif d'identification d'article tandis que l'article se déplace de la zone de stockage d'articles vers la zone de récupération.
  7. Appareil selon la revendication 5 ou 6, dans lequel l'appareil de commande et d'interface utilisateur est actionnable pour utiliser l'identification d'article pour rendre l'appareil totalement ou partiellement inopérant.
  8. Appareil selon la revendication 7, dans lequel l'appareil de commande et d'interface utilisateur est actionnable pour empêcher la distribution d'articles depuis au moins une partie de la zone de stockage d'articles.
  9. Appareil selon la revendication 7 ou 8, dans lequel l'impossibilité d'utiliser l'appareil est utilisée comme mécanisme de contrainte pour une ou plusieurs des raisons suivantes :
    encourager un opérateur ou un propriétaire de l'appareil à déterminer des règles, l'encourager à rapporter à une autorité centrale les données concernant les ventes et le stock,
    encourager une personne approvisionnant l'appareil en articles à adhérer à des planogrammes prédéterminés de stockage d'articles (présentation d'articles appropriée),
    inciter ou motiver la personne approvisionnant l'appareil en articles à adhérer à des planogrammes prédéterminés de stockage d'articles.
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 7, 8 ou 9, dans lequel la zone de stockage est agencée pour stocker les articles le long d'une pluralité d'axes longitudinaux et l'appareil de commande et d'interface utilisateur est actionnable pour interrompre ou désactiver la distribution d'articles en alignement avec un ou plusieurs des axes longitudinaux.
  11. Appareil selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la désactivation de ladite distribution est surmontée, ou la distribution est revalidée, en réponse à :
    l'entrée dans la partie de commande de l'appareil de commande et d'interface utilisateur d'un signal d'autorisation codé, ou
    l'écoulement de la durée prédéterminée.
  12. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article comprend un dispositif d'aspiration (220, 226, 224) pour saisir un article par aspiration.
  13. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, dans lequel le dispositif de saisie et d'extraction d'article comprend une pince mécanique ou un dispositif électromagnétique pour saisir un article.
