Claims (9)
- Vorrichtung (1) zum Abbau eines Stapels (2,2',2") flacher Gegenstände (16) mit einer Auflagefläche (4) für den Stapel (2,2',2"), einer Wegfördereinrichtung (6) und einer Separiereinrichtung (11), die derart höhenverstellbar ist, dass ihr vertikaler Abstand zum obersten Gegenstand des Stapels (2,2',2") während des Stapelabbaus im wesentlichen konstant ist, die wenigstens den obersten Gegenstand aus dem Stapel (2,2',2") auszusondern und an eine Wegfördereinrichtung (6) zu übergeben imstande ist und eine Hubvorrichtung (3) aufweist, welche die Separiereinrichtung (11) nach erfolgtem Stapelabbau zur Aufnahme eines weiteren Stapels (2,2',2") auf der Auflagefläche (4) auf eine vorbestimmte Höhe anzuheben imstande ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Auflagefläche (4) in einer Zuförderebene (E) befindet, in der ein abzubauender Stapel (2,2',2") der Vorrichtung (1) von einer Zufördereinrichtung (5) zugeführt wird, dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (6) einen Übergabebereich aufweist, in dem Gegenstände (16) an die Wegfördereinrichtung (6) übergeben und von dieser zum Weitertransport aufgenommen werden, wobei die Höhe des Übergabebereichs an die momentane Stapelhöhe anpassbar ist, dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (6) eine Mehrzahl von Greifern (17,17') umfasst, die einzelne Gegenstände (16) zu übernehmen imstande sind, und dass eine Schliesskulisse (20) für die Greifer (17) mit der Separiereinrichtung (11) wirkverbunden ist, so dass die Höhe, in der die Greifer (17) geschlossen werden, an die momentane Stapelhöhe angepasst ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zufördereinrichtung (5) einen Bandförderer (9, 10) umfasst, dessen Förderband in der Zuförderebene (E) liegt und vorzugsweise die Auflagefläche (4) bildet.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Separiereinrichtung (11) beim Stapelabbau sich auf dem Stapel (2,2',2") abstützend gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorangegangenen Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Separiereinrichtung (11) den obersten Gegenstand in seiner Ebene zu bewegen imstande ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Separiereinrichtung (11) ein auf dem Stapel (2,2',2") aufliegendes Andruckelement (23) und ein damit verbundenes, parallel zur Auflagefläche (4) bewegliches Separierelement (12) aufweist, das den obersten Gegenstand zur Übergabe an eine Wegfördereinrichtung (6) zu bewegen imstande ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (6) mit der Separiereinrichtung (11) und/oder einem Andruckelement (23) , das auf dem Stapel (2,2',2") aufliegt, mechanisch gekoppelt ist.
- Vorrichtung (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6 dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (17,17') individuell entlang einer Bewegungsbahn beweglich sind.
- Verfahren zum Abbau eines Stapels (2,2',2") flacher Gegenstände (16), die auf einer Auflagefläche (4) aufliegen, bei welchem mit einer Separiereinrichtung (11) jeweils der oberste Gegenstand aus dem Stapel (2,2',2") ausgesondert und an eine Wegfördereinrichtung (6) übergeben wird, der vertikale Abstand der Separiereinrichtung (11) zum obersten Gegenstand des Stapels (2,2',2") während des Stapelabbaus im wesentlichen konstant ist und die Separiereinrichtung (11) nach Abbau des Stapels (2,2',2") auf eine vorbestimmte Höhe angehoben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein weiterer Stapel (2,2',2") durch Bewegung in der Ebene der Auflagefläche (4) (Zuführebene (E)) auf die Auflagefläche (4) gebracht wird und dass die Wegfördereinrichtung (6) eine Mehrzahl von Greifern (17, 17') umfasst, wobei jeweils ein Greifer (17) den von der Separiereinrichtung (11) ausgesonderten obersten Gegenstand des Stapels (2, 2', 2'') übernimmt und anschliessend mittels einer Schliesskulisse (20), welche mit der Separiereinrichtung (11) wirkverbunden ist, geschlossen wird, so dass die Höhe, in welcher der Greifer (17) geschlossen wird, an die momentane Stapelhöhe angepasst ist.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Greifer (17, 17') individuell entlang einer Bewegungsbahn beweglich sind.
