Claims (32)
- Anschlussvorrichtung (1) für einen Leiter (2), welchea) eine Klemmfeder (3) und vorzugsweise eine Stromschiene (4) aufweist, die in einem Metallkäfig (5) angeordnet ist/sind, der eine im Querschnitt eckige Form mit mindestens drei, vorzugsweise vier Seitenwänden (5a - 5d) aufweist und an wenigstens einem axialen Ende offen steht, das eine Einführöffnung (14) für den Leiter (2) ausbildet,b) wobei die Klemmfeder (3) zwei Längsschenkel (3a und 3b) aufweist, von denen der eine als Klemmschenkel (3b) ausgelegt ist, die spitzwinklig zueinander ausgerichtet und über eine Biegung (3c) miteinander verbunden sind,der erste Längsschenkel (3a) der Klemmfeder (3) an der Innenseite der ersten Seitenwand (5a) des Metallkäfigs (5) befestigt ist und abschnittsweise direkt an der Innenseite der Seitenwand (5a) anliegt,der Biegebereich (3b) der Klemmfeder (3) auf wenigstens einem direkt an den Metallkäfig (5) angeformten Steg (10a, 10b) aufliegt, undein Vorsprung (11) an der Innenseite einer der Seitenwände (5d) des Metallkäfigs als Begrenzung für die Auslenkung des Klemmschenkels (11) vorgesehen ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Vorsprung (7) an der ersten Seitenwand, welche in die Ausnehmung (6) eingreift, einen Hinterschnitt (9) für die Ausnehmung (6) ausbildet.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stromschiene (4) L-förmig ausgebildet ist und mit ihrem Kontaktschenkel (4a) an der Innenseite einer der Seitenwandungen anliegt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Schenkel (4b) der Stromschiene (4) die von der Einführöffnung (14) abgewandte axiale Öffnung des Metallkäfigs (5) übergreift und eine Begrenzung und einen Anschlag für den Leiter (2) ausbildet.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metallkäfig (5) aus einem gut leitenden Metall wie Kupfer besteht und stromleitende Funktion übernimmt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die zweite und vierte Seitenwand (5d) des Metallkäfigs (5) an der Einführseite jeweils einer der Stege (10a, 10b) angeformt ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Länge der Stege (10) vorzugsweise der Hälfte der Breite der Klemmfeder (3) entspricht und dass die Stege relativ zur Seitenwandebene nach innen hin umgebogen sind und als Auflage für den Biegebereich (3c) der Klemmfeder (3) dienen.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Klemmschenkel (3b) der Klemmfeder eben ausgebildet ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Längsschenkel in sich gewellt ausgebildet ist und derart wenigstens eine Auflage für einen Schraubendreher (16) oder für ein Betätigungsstück (21) beim Betätigen der Klemmfeder (3) ausbildet.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Metallkäfig (5) als Biegeteil aus einem gestanzten Blech geformt ist, wobei die beiden Ränder des Blechstreifens über eine schloßartige Verbindung (13) ineinandergreifen.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Ausstanzungen (36, 37) in den Seitenwänden (5b, 5d) des Metallkäfigs (5) die Klemmfeder (3) gegen weitere Seitenwände des Metallkäfigs (5) drücken und/oder daß der Klemmschenkel (3b) der Klemmfeder (3) im nichtbeschalteten Zustand an der Stromschiene (4) anliegt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußvorrichtung in eine Ausnehmung (18) eines Klemmengehäuses (17) eingesetzt ist, wobei in Einführrichtung hin Ausnehmungen (19, 20) zum Einführen eines Leiters sowie eines Schraubendrehers oder eines Betätigungsstückes im Klemmengehäuse ausgebildet ist, wobei in Einführrichtung hin Ausnehmungen (19, 19', 20) zum Einführen eines Leiters (2) und/oder eines Schraubendrehers (16) und/oder eines Betätigungsstückes (21) im Klemmengehäuse (17) ausgebildet ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in eine der Ausnehmungen (19') das auf den Klemmschenkel (3b) einwirkende Betätigungsstück (21) eingesetzt ist, wobei das Betätigungsstück (21) vorzugsweise auf den wellenförmigen Bereich des Klemmschenkels (3b) einwirkt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberseite des Betätigungsstückes (21) derart verbreitert ausgebildet ist, daß ein Markiererbereich (38) zum Anbringen eines Markierers ausgebildet ist, wobei das Klemmengehäuse (17) vorzugsweise mit einer entsprechenden Ausnehmung (39) zur Aufnahme des Markiererbereiches (37) versehen ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Metallkäfig (5) ein- oder beidseitig in Einführrichtung hin verjüngt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmfeder im Bereich der Anlage zum Klemmengehäuse im Bereich des ersten Längsschenkels eine Auswölbung (15) oder eine Verjüngung (40) oder Öffnungen (41) aufweist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die Klemmfeder (3) in ihrem Biegebereich (3c) verdickt.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschlußvorrichtung mit einem Prüfabgriff versehen ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an die der Einführöffnung (14) gegenüberliegende Seite der Anschlussvorrichtung (1) an den Metallkäfig (5), an die Klemmfeder (3) und an die Stromschiene (4) ein jeweils weiterer Schenkel (5e, 4c und 3d) angeformt ist, die aufeinander zugebogen sind, wobei zwischen dem weiteren Federschenkel (3d) und dem weiteren Stromschienenschenkel (4c) der Stromschiene (4) eine Anschlussmöglichkeit für einen Stiftstecker (25) ausgebildet ist und wobei der Schenkel (5e) des Metallkäfigs (5) als Anschlag zur Bewegung des Federschenkels (3d) dient.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen dem Biegebereich (3c) und einer der Seitenwände des Metallkäfigs (5) ein Querverbinder (27) und/oder ein weiterer Leiter (28) einführbar ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß entgegen der Einführrichtung zwischen ein abgebogenes Ende (26) der Klemmfeder (3) und eine Seitenwand (5a) des Metallkäfigs (5) ein Leiter und/oder ein Prüfabgriff und/oder ein Querverbinder (27) einführbar ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Metallkäfig Lötbeine (29) und/oder sonstige Steckvorrichtungen angeformt sind oder daß an die Anschlußvorrichtung SMD-Kontaktbereiche (35) angeformt sind oder daß die Stromschienen (4) aneinandergereihter Anschlußvorrichtungen (1) einstückig nach Art einer Platte (42) miteinander verbunden sind.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein Vorsprung (45) an der Außenseite des Metallkäfigs (5) ausgebildet ist, welcher in einer Ausnehmung eine Klemmengehäuses (17) oder eines sonstigen Übergehäuses verrastbar ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Klemmfeder (3) an den Metallkäfig angeprägt ist, insbesondere mittels Verprägungen (47 )im Bereich des an der ersten Seitenwand (5a) anliegenden Längsschenkels (3a).
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass weitere Ausstanzungen (48) in den zweiten und/oder vierten Seitenwänden (5b und 5d) in den Eckbereichen zur Stromschiene (4) hin vorgesehen sind, welche derart angeordnet und nach innen hin umgebogen sind, dass zwischen ihnen und der Stromschiene (4) ein Einführraum (49) für den Leiter (2) definiert ist.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die zweite Wand (5b) an ihrem freien Ende zum inneren des Metallkäfigs (5) hin gebogen ist, um einen Auflagebereich für den Biegebereich (3c) der Klemmfeder (3) zu realisieren.
- Anschlußvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass eine weitere Verprägung (50) zwischen der Stromschiene (4) und dem Metallkäfig (5) vorgesehen ist.
- Anschlussvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 1 oder nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, der Klemmschenkel (3b) an seinem freien Ende Zentrierspitzen (139, 140) aufweist.
- Anschlussvorrichtung (1) nach Anspruch 33, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Zentrierspitzen (39, 40) zumindest im unbeschalteten Zustand jeweils in entsprechend ausgeformte korrespondierende Ausnehmungen (141, 142) in der Stromschiene (4) eingreifen.
- Anschlussvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste Längsschenkel (3a) der Klemmfeder (3) an der Innenseite der ersten Seitenwand (5a) des Klemmkäfigs (5) befestigt ist und abschnittsweise direkt an der Innenseite der Seitenwand (5a) anliegt, und der Biegebereich (3b) der Klemmfeder (3) auf wenigstens einem direkt an den Klemmkäfig (5) angeformten Steg (10a, 10b) aufliegt.
- Anschlussvorrichtung (1) nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stromschiene (4) in Richtung ihrer Längserstreckung auf ihrer einem einzuführenden Leiter (28) zugewandten Bereich mit einer Rille (138) versehen ist, wobei der wenigstens eine Leiter (28) zwischen den Zentrierspitzen (39, 40) und der Rille (138) zentrierbar ist.
- Anschlussvorrichtung nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in der Stromschiene (4) erhabene Riefen (143) vor und/oder hinter den Ausnehmungen (141, 142) ausgebildet sind.
