Die Box 4' ist um einen Drehpunkt 28 verschwenkbar. Als Verschwenkantrieb dient eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit 29, die exzentrisch an der Box 4' angreift.

Claims (20)
- Warmwalzwerk mit einer mindestens einem der Gerüste vor- und/oder nachgeordnetem Rollgang (20, 20') zugeordneten, Anstellungen von mindestens einem der Gerüste beeinflussenden Planheitsmeßrolle (16, 16'),
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16, 16') aus ihrer Arbeitsstellung in eine abgeschirmte Stellung verlagerbar ist, und daß der Rollgang (20, 20') durch mindestens eine einschwenkbare Rollgangsrolle (14, 14') vervollständigbar ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16) sowie die Rollgangsrolle (14) bzw. Rollgangsrollen in einer um eine Achse antreibbar drehbaren Box (4) derart angeordnet sind, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16) und die Rollgangsrolle (14) durch Drehen (Pfeil 21) im gleichen Sinne alternativ in Arbeitsstellung führbar sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16) in aus ihrer Arbeitsstellung ausgefahrener Stellung durch eine Schirmplatte (3) komplett geschützt ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16) sowie die Rollgangsrolle (14) durch Zahngetriebe (11,12,13,15) antreibbar sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Box (4) beidseitig Zapfen (5, 7) aufweist, daß einem der Zapfen (5) eine Antriebsvorrichtung (Pfeil 17) zum Drehen der Box (4) zugeordnet ist, und daß der andere Zapfen (7) in einem angetriebenem Drehzapfen (8) mit die Planheitsmeßrolle (16) sowie die Rollgangsrolle (14) antreibender Antriebsvorrichtung (Pfeil 19) gelagert (10) ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Lager (10) des Zapfens (7) der Box (4) im Drehzapfen (8) und/oder in den mit diesem verbundenen Stirnrädern (11,12) vorgesehen ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens eine der Kreisscheiben (1,2) eine Rast (18) aufweist, die durch eine Stopvorrichtung arretierbar ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Drehzapfen (8) die Planheitsmeßrolle (16) sowie die Rollgangsrolle (14) über das Zahngetriebe (11,12,13,15) mit einer Umfangsgeschwindigkeit antreibt, welche der Vorschubgeschwindigkeit des Warmwalzbandes (22) über den Rollgang (20) entspricht. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16') sowie die mindestens eine Rollgangsrolle (14') in einer um Zapfen (36) verschwenkbaren Box (4') derart angeordnet sind, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16') und die Rollgangsrollen (14') durch Auf- und Abverschwenken alternativ in Arbeitsstellung führbar sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 1 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16') in aus ihrer Arbeitsstellung ausgefahrener Stellung durch Schutzeinrichtungen (30 bis 33) geschützt ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schutzeinrichtungen (30 bis 33) als Überleittische ausgebildet sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Planheitsmeßrolle (16') sowie die Rollgangsrollen (14') durch getrennte Antriebe (37, 37') antreibbar sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 12,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Antriebe (37, 37') stufenlos in ihrer Drehzahl und/oder ihrem Drehmoment regelbar sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 13,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Box (4') über eine Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (29) schwenkantreibbar ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach Anspruch 14,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kolben-Zylinder-Einheit (29) positionsgeregelt betreibbar ist. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 15,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Planheitsmeßrolle (16, 16') Kühlvorrichtungen (34) zugeordnet sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 16,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Planheitsmeßrolle (16, 16') Abblasvorrichtungen (35) zugeordnet sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor, auf und/oder hinter der Planheitsmeßrolle (16, 16') auf den Rollgang (20, 20') richtbare, druckluftspeisbare Düsenöffnungen vorgesehen sind. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß positionsgeregelte Niederhalterrollen (24, 24') den Umschlingungsgrad der Planheitsmeßrollen (16, 16') zu beeinflussen vermögen. - Warmwalzwerk nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 19,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Box (4') sowie der Niederhalterrolle (24') Anschläge zugeordnet sind, die eine Endposition der Wirkstellung definieren.
