Claims (20)
- Hot rolling mill with a planarity measuring roller (16, 16') which is associated with at least one roller path (20, 20') arranged upstream and/or downstream of the stands and which influences settings of at least one of the stands, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16, 16') is displaceable from its working setting into a shielded setting and that the roller path (20, 20') can be complemented by at least one roller path roller (14, 14') able to be pivoted in.
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 1, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16) as well as the roller path roller (14) or roller path rollers are arranged in a box (4), which is rotationally drivable about an axis, in such a manner that the planarity measuring roller (16) and the roller path roller (14) can be led by rotation (arrow 21) in the same sense alternatively into working setting.
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16) is completely protected by a shielding plate (3) in the setting moved out of its working setting.
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16) and the roller path roller (14) are drivable by toothed gears (11, 12, 13, 15).
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that the box (4) has pins (5, 7) at both sides, that a drive device (arrow 17) for rotating the box (4) is associated with one of the pins (5) and that the other pin (7) is mounted (10) in a driven rotary pin (8) together with the planarity measuring roller (16) as well as the drive device (arrow 19) driving the roller path roller (14).
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 5, characterised in that the mounting (10) of the pin (7) of the box (5) is provided in the rotary pin (8) and/or in the gearwheels (11, 12) connected therewith.
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 6, characterised in that at least one of the circular discs (1, 2) has a detent (18) which is lockable by a stop device.
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the rotary pins (8) drive the planarity measuring roller (16) as well as the roller path roller (14) by way of the toothed gear (11, 12, 13, 15) at a circumferential speed which corresponds with the speed of advance of the hot rolled strip (22) over the roller path (22).
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 1, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16') as well as the at least one roller path roller (14') are arranged in a box (4'), which is pivotable about pins (36), in such a manner that the planarity measuring roller (16') and the roller path rollers (14') can be led by pivoting up and pivoting away alternatively into working setting.
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 1 or 9, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16') is protected in the setting, which is moved out of its working setting, by protective devices (30 to 33).
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 10, characterised in that the protective devices (30, to 33) are constructed as a transfer tables.
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 9 to 11, characterised in that the planarity measuring roller (16') as well as the roller path rollers (14') are drivable by separate drives (37, 37').
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 12, characterised in that the drives (37, 37') can be steplessly regulated in their rotational speed and/or their torque.
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 9 to 13, characterised in that the box (4') is pivotably drivable by way of a piston-cylinder unit (29).
- Hot rolling mill according to claim 14, characterised in that the piston-cylinder unit (29) is operable in position-regulated manner.
- Hot rolling mill according to claims 1 to 15, characterised in that cooling devices (34) are associated with the planarity measuring roller (16, 16').
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that blasting devices (35) are associated with the planarity measuring roller (16, 16').
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 17, characterised in that orientable nozzle openings feedable with compressed air are provided in front of, on and/or behind the planarity measuring roller (16, 16') on the roller path (20, 20').
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims 1 to 18, characterised in that position-regulated holding-down rollers (24, 24') are capable of influencing the degree of looping of the planarity measuring rollers (16, 16').
- Hot rolling mill according to one of claims of 9 to 19, characterised in that abutments are associated with the box (4') as well as the holding-down roller (24') and define an end position of the operative setting.
