Description
Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun darin ein Gerät zu schaffen, mit dem auch größere Distanzen zwischen Transportgerät und Arbeitsbühne bewältigt werden können, wobei gleichzeitig eine geringere Wartungsintensität sowie Umweltgefährdung durch Leckagen der Hydraulik oder Geräuschentwicklung sowie eine gute Ansteuerbarkeit erzielt wird.
Das Gerät wird vorzugsweise mit einem elektrischen Antrieb betrieben. Damit wird eine sehr gute Ansteuerbarkeit realisiert. Leckagen, wie sie bei einer Hydraulik auftreten könnten, werden durch den elektrischen Antrieb vermieden. Außerdem arbeitet das Gerät mit einer relativ geringeren Geräuschentwicklung durch die Wahl eines elektrischen Hauptantriebes.
Im Schaltkaston 15 ist die Steuerung des Gerätes angeordnet.
Claims (7)
- Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren, wobei
auf einem Hauptrahmen (1) ein längs zum Hauptrahmen in einer Führung (2) verfahrbarer Antriebswagen (5) angeordnet ist, wobei dieser mit einem elektrischen Antrieb versehen ist und
auf dem sich eine mit dem Antriebswagen (5) gelenkig verbundene Rinne (6) befindet, die auf einer an einem Ende des Hauptrahmens (1) angeordneten Schwinge (7) abgestützt ist, wobei die Schwinge (7) drehbar gelagert auf oder an dem Hauptrahmen befestigt ist und in sich starr ausgebildet ist und
dass mindestens ein Lift entlang des Hauptrahmens angeordnet ist, die in Wirkverbindung mit einem Gestängelager (4) stehen, auf dem Bohrstangen und Rohre parallel zum Hauptrahmen (1) gelagert werden. - Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Gerät mit hydraulischen Radsätzen ausgestattet ist, die vorzugsweise drehbar gelagert sind. - Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das äußere Ende der Rinne (6) mit darin befindlichem Bohrgestänge oder Rohren bis in Höhe der Arbeitsbühne und einem unter dem Haken oder Top Drive angeordneten Elevator vorzugsweise in Höhen zwischen 2 und 20 Metern anhebbar ausgebildet ist. - Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Rinne (6) an dem Ende, welches auf der Höhe des Hauptrahmens beim Hochfahren verbleibt, einen Linearverfahrwagen für die in der Rinne befindliche Bohrstange aufweist. - Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Lifte (3) mit leicht lösbaren Bolzenverbindungen oder anderen form- oder kraftschlüssigen Verbindungen am Hauptrahmen (1) befestigt sind. - Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Schwinge (7) eine Stellung einem Winkel von über 90° zur Längsachse des Hauptrahmens aufweist. - Gerät zum Transport und zur Handhabung von Bohrgestängen und Rohren nach einem der vorherigen Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass an oder in der Rinne (6),
vorzugsweise an einer Längsseite der Rinne (6),
und/oder an oder in dem Linearverfahrwagen (8) mindestens eine Auswerfereinheit (9) angeordnet ist.
